• Theresa (9/5): - Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt. Super Ausgangspunkt für alle Besichtigungen. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nicht genutzt, aber vorhanden: ein Extra-Raum mit Waschmaschine und einer weiteren Toilette, nutzbar von allen Appartements. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einfach und freundlich auf Englisch möglich. Der Zugang erfolgt mittels Code. Parkplatz kostet 15 €. Der Duschablauf war verstopft, sodass wir nur kurz drunter springen konnten, um das Bad nicht zu fluten. Das Bett war leider sehr unbequem und ausgelegen. Die Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für die Kinder bestand in der leider üblichen IKEA Klappcouch, die für zwei Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen sein dürfte.

• Kristin (10/5): Schön zentral und trotzdem ruhig - Das Appartement ist toll gelegen, sehr geräumig, neu und sauber. In die Altstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, dafür kann man nachts ruhig schlafen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Zum Komplex gehört zudem noch ein kleiner Innenhof, in dem man schön ruhig sitzen kann.
• Kacper (7/5): Fajny, ale niewygodny. - Dobra lokalizacja oraz fajne udogodnienia. Tragiczny materac zapadający się do środka. Dawno powininen zostać wymieniony. Z problemami kręgosłupa spanie było bardzo utrudnione.

• MAŁGORZATA (10/5): - doskonała lokalizacja blisko centrum, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu. Pani sprzatająca zapomniała zostawić kapsułki do ekspresu, jednak gospodarz w krótkim czasie e dostarczył, za co bardzo dziękujemy :)

• Kåre (8/5): Modern lägenhet centralt i Malaga. - Mycket centralt läge. Bra Wifi. Privat parkering för 15 EUR per natt. Bra varmluftsugn. Vi såg många små myror på golvet i badrum och hall. Spisfläkten sticker ut längre än diskbänken så vi slog oss flera gånger i huvudet på ett vasst hörn innan vi satte upp ett provisoriskt skydd av hushållspapper och tejp.

• Franz (8/5): Soddisfacente - Posizione, Pulizia, Stile architettonico e di arredamento, il fatto che sia un'appartamento quasi nuovo perchè ristrutturato di recente, il sistema di accesso ed il box auto (extra a pagamento) al chiuso e al coperto praticamente sull'altro lato della strada. Un'unica finestra vicino al letto che si affaccia sulla strada che purtroppo ha un traffico sopratutto per il passaggio di persone a piedi ed ogni tanto qualche macchina. però bisogna ammettere che è ben isonorizzato acusticamente, dall'interno con la finestra chiusa NON si sente nulla.
• оксана (10/5): The apartment is suitable, clean and modern. Everything you need to stay and rest. - The location is very good. Just cross the bridge and you will find yourself in historical center of Malaga. Howeve, the surrounding area is quite interesting and has its own charm.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z osobą zarządzającą, wszystko dobrze wyjaśnione i propozycje miejsc do zwiedzania Malagi Przydałaby się pralka. Materace już są trochę zużyte.

The owner was very kind and brought us some Spanish sweets. I would come again in the future and I highly recommend. The coffee machine didn't worked Eecommendation : I would also like in the future to find a couple of glasses.

Muy cerca del centro y una calle tranquila para dormir. El trato excepcional. Han estado todo el tiempo pendientes y respondiendo a nuestras consultas al momento. Recomendable 100% No hay nada que no me haya gustado
• Anete (9/5): Very nice apartment close to the city centre. Overall positive just a bit pricy. - Very nice, comfy apartment. The plus is that it was super close to the city centre and not so far from train station. The big bed matress has to be changed, it was not comfortable for my back. A bit noisy cuz the Windows are directly to the street and first floor. But it was not that bad.

• Pamela (8/5): Apartment had everything we needed. Location was very convenient - The apartment was very close to bus stop that takes you to / from bus station. The patio area was nice to sit and relax after a busy day seeing the sights The heating / air consumption worked really well. Due to time of year it was good to have a little heat to take chill out of the place. The entrance area was always clean and smelled so fresh. We felt the cooker hood was a safety hazard. There were a few bangs to the head. Maybe having bright colored tape across top of hood would help . A friendly sign or two in the entrance / hallway asking guests to keep be considerate of noise as they enter and exit the door would be helpful. This may be due to the location of our particular apartment as you can hear people coming and going. Small freezer section in the fridge.
• Réginald (9/5): clean, comfortable (used by 2 persons), close to the center and possibility to rent a parking place - appartement is clean, comfortable (used for 2 persons) and close to the center. The possibility to rent a parking place (additional fee) is a positive point and the additional fee for this parking place is reasonable. Good wifi. absence of user manual for the air conditioning and difficult to set it. Finally, I found the manual on internet and have had to do a reset of the installation to have access to the cooling functionality. On end of a sunny day on end of March, one of the walls is quite hot (no attached house) and the temperature reaches then 24°C inside the appartement. Absence of a large italian coffe machine or deep pans to make coffee (presence of a Nespresso or Dolce Gusto machine force the renters to buy capsules).

• Konstantin (8/5): Very good - Good location, just cross a channel using the closest bridge and enter the old town. Car parking available on the same street for some extra charge. As parking is problematic on the streets then this is a nice option to use. Apartments are fresh and look modern. We also got some wine as a compliment in a fridge! AC and heater were available which is useful for December stay when outside temperature was about 15C during daytime. As AC was noisy during sleep time then we used electric heater only. We got apartment right at the entrance with windows facing the street. It was noisy from time to time when pedestrians and cars passed across the street and especially in front of the window. We kept windows shades closed all the time because otherwise people just look inside the apartments. Inner walls were also not blocking noises from other apartments but happily we did not have noisy neighbours during our stay.

The location was very good, around 10 minutes walk to main attractions, quiet street, super clean appartment , very good equipped and with very nice garden! Our host Isabel was excellent, very kind and very friendly! Thanks Isabel for making our vacation beautiful! Parking place next to the apartment was great additional convenience! The bed and pillows were more than comfortable. We really enjoyed and I strongly recommend it! Nothing
• Magdalena (9/5): Superb - Great location, close to the city center. Parking spot right next to the property and it costs only 10 euro. Room was spotless clean and the host very informative and helpful. We 'meet' a cockroach in the room.

The apartment was very clean, everything was pretty new, bed was very comfortable (not too soft). there is an option to have a parking for a car next to the apartment the walls are thin so you can hear the noise from the outside or if someone comes to another apartment, also the apartment is quite dark as the window is next to street, but probably great during hot summer days. the washing machine in the apartment would be great also, also for our baby we missed the potty
