• Branislav (1/5): - The customer service was great even tho we ran into trouble but they helped nicely. It was not clean. There were stains and a bad smell. I couldn't sleep because there were stains on the bed too. There was dust (bad for me and mum who are allergic) and also there was trash in the bin-old, bad smelling. Warm water didn't run at night either.

• Sanjay (9/5): Cozy apartment is good value for money - Location was good ,All facilities except lack of hot water were good . Hosts were responsive but it was too late . Lack of mugs for coffee ,no coffee or tea pouches. If hosts take care of these small things it would go a long way to enhance staying experience
• Serhii (6/5): good price-quality ratio, read the conditions described - Personally, the price-quality ratio is always important to me. It is perfect here. From the pros: - a good area - you can leave your car under the house, as I understood, you don't have to pay for parking - Anker brand bakery is nearby - a Turkish bakery on the first floor - Billa Plus grocery store is nearby - near the subway - tram route number 2, which goes to the center, is nearby - a separate bedroom, albeit a small one - good internet - a kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove, and a minimum set of dishes (plates, cups, a frying pan, a saucepan) - washing machine (did not check if it works) Cons: - there is no kettle, microwave and dining table. If necessary, you can heat water for tea or coffee in a saucepan. - inconvenient square dishes, but this is not critical - the main minus for us was the lack of hot water. That is, she was probably on some schedule. Usually, only in the morning from 6 to 8. Maybe we got there during service work. However, the cost of these apartments was 70 euros per day for two adults and a child. I have not found similar prices in Vienna for this area, quality, and location.
