Yinghui (5/5): Disappointing facilities and services. - Facilities: The unit has a gas cook top but only one works. The igniter does not work. No notice for those nonworking items. The bedroom does not have a/c. Only the living room has. We had to keep the living room door open to cool down the bedroom. The bathroom is very narrow. I am a small size person, if I am not careful, I would bump to the heater pipe when trying to get to the toilet. Host: We called the host company to report the igniter not working. They said they will bring a working one by 6pm, but no one came and no communication on that. Supplies: Minimal supplies, not even a dish soap. Location : The unit is 30 minutes away from Duomo/train station.
Roman (10/5): Exceptional - We had an excellent stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and located in a great area — close to public transport and main attractions. Despite being central, it was very quiet and peaceful inside the inner courtyard. Everything we needed was provided, and the hosts were extremely supportive and kind throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their responsiveness and hospitality. Highly recommended!
Pavle (8/5): Great property on good location, but a bit pricy - Property is big renovated with all appliances present. It has lot of bars, coffee places and bakeries around. So warm reccomendation. Communication with property hosts is great and streightforward. Checkin procedure is complicated and expensive. So there is rule that checkin until 6pm is free and the keys are collected on other part of the city. Then checkin from 6pm-9pm is extra 20 euros and after 9pm is 40 extra euros. Also for extra bed linen it took another 10 euros.
