There is a supermarket opposite the building which is very convenient Ver cold during the daytime as there is almost no sunshine in. No heater during the day time. The restrooms are very small. One toilet in the room has no flush, while there is no reminder on it. The washbasin is too small, not match the price of the room
• Yu (10/5): - Super sauber und schön eingerichtet. Lage ist top und man erreicht alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten entweder zu Fuß aber schnell über U-Bahn. Es gibt direkt neben dem Apartment leckere und automatische Restaurants. Gegenüber von der Unterkunft ist ein Supermarkt wo man sich schnell und bequeme Sachen kaufen kann. Ich würde gerne wieder hier unterkommen wenn ich wieder nach Athen komme!

Lokalizacja wspaniała - w cichej i spokojnej okolicy a jednocześnie wszędzie blisko na piechotę lub do metra czy tramwaju/autobusu. Naprzeciwko apartamentu jest supermarket w którym można kupić sporo lokalnych produktów; poza tym wszędzie mnóstwo knajpek i restauracji; W apartamencie były też pełnowymiarowe kosmetyki do kąpieli oraz zapas papieru toaletowego; Kuchnia również nieźle wyposażona;

• Galia (10/5): Specious and comfortable apartment - We had a great stay at this apartment. It has two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a small but functional kitchen. The balcony was a bonus - we enjoyed sitting outside. The location is central yet surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to get around and still sleep well. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in and a late checkout by a couple of hours. Everything matched the listing, and overall it was a very good stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

• Rachele (8/5): - Prenotato per una persona disabile su sedia a rotelle, poiché la struttura era descritta come situata al piano terra, invece una volta arrivata c’è un grande gradino fuori dal portone e altri 4/5 scalini nell’atrio. Quindi un piano terra rialzato.

• Amelia (10/5): THIS PLACE SAVED OUR HOLIDAY - We loved this place and staying here saved our visit to Athens! We had booked a different apartment, and on arrival that place started repeatedly messaging me demanding we pay them more and harassing us to the point that we felt unsafe and needed to leave. I was able to book Jardin Maison for the same day, got immediate responses from the host and information to help us check in right away. When we arrived we were so much more comfortable, and the apartment was nicer than the one we left despite costing less. The building is secure and the host made it easy to find with detailed photos and instructions. There were two bathrooms with fantastic water pressure and wonderful hot water, two roomy bedrooms for my family of four to spread out, lots of closet space to hang our clothes and a fully stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, laundry soap, everything we could need. Lots of fluffy towels and extra blankets. There was an internal courtyard that we could access from a patio, but the mosquitos were thick after all the rain so we did not go out, just enjoyed the view of the greenery. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a grocery store across the street and several restaurants within a few blocks. Get a sandwich at Guaranteed, they are so good! We walked up Parthenonos street and easily accessed the pedestrian walkway Dionysiou Areopagitou that circles the Acropolis and Agora. A few blocks in another direction brought us into the popular Plaka neighborhood. It was wonderful to be in a quiet neighborhood that felt local but still close to all the tourist hot spots we might want to get to. It was easy to get a taxi/uber when we needed to go further, and we never felt unsafe even walking at night. I am so grateful that we found this place and will stay there every time we are in Athens! Nothing-we were blown away and loved it.

• Angela (9/5): Experience ‘real’ Athens just a bit away from the tourist zones - We loved the location! Felt it was an easy walk (for us) to get to the touristy spots yet it was in a distinct neighborhood with its own charm. The flat had everything we needed. And we really enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Bonus - it worked out that we could store our luggage in the final day, after check out, before we left for the airport. I’d stay here again if I ever came back. NA

• Sascha (9/5): - Das Apartment hat Klimaanlagen in jedem der zwei Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer. Es besitzt zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils eigenem WC und Dusche. Direkt neben an befindet sich ein MyMarket wo man alles nötige erhält.Alle Fenster in den Schlafzimmern können vollständig abgedunkelt werden. Internet (WLAN) ist vorhanden, jedoch leider nur recht langsam. Nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden, somit sind getrennte Aktivitäten schwer möglich.

The air conditioner is amazing. 1. Horrible internet 2. Beds are not comfortable 3. It could have been cleaner. In the main bedroom, once you open the closet there was papes/trash 4. I had coffee on a dirty cup, but didn’t figure it out soon enough.

Little balcony is perfect to have breakfast. Neighbours not noisy. Supermarket across flat open till 9pm, lots of cafes in the neighbourhood. Hardly anything not to like, maybe the WiFi on tv that was a bit hit and miss sometimes in the evenings, slowing down some streaming.

A lot of space to enjoy during the stay, also a nice cozy terrace on the garden of the building, surrounded by delightful orange and lemon trees. Easy communication with the host easy check in and out. Everything was perfect and we had good time visiting Athens from this adorable flat.

The facility is completely furnished, excellent and secured with security cameras. We would like to stay here again in the future 🤩🫶 No comment 👌
• Hayal (10/5): Good stay in central Athens - We booked this apartment at the last minute, after being let down by our original apartment an hour before we were due to check in. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location and we were grateful to be able to check in straight away after a long journey over to Athens. We had a car and finding parking on the street was a challenge but we managed.
