Guest Reviews
- Joan (10/5): Cozy studio with everything you need. - Beautiful open living space. The bed was comfortable. Everything you need to cook for yourself, if needed, is available. Coffee and tea was available. I really enjoyed our stay, and would come back. The door to the space has opaque glass. So, you can see shadows through it. So, there was a feeling of not having privacy. It would be simple to add a little cloth curtain over it.

- Johannes (7/5): Not a pleasure trip, in Victoria to visit hospitalized daughter. - Very comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen utensils. only saw hostess once, seemed hospitable and friendly. Good written instructions for entering and leaving suite. Microwave oven. Placement too high, awkward to reach into. Some electric outlets in kitchen area didn't work. Could use rubber mat on shower floor to prevent slipping. More information about heating system and space heater.
- anderson (10/5): Spacious tastefully decorated unit - This apartment was perfect for us. It is a large spacious open plan room with excellent kitchen facilities. The bathroom is small but more than adequate and there were some nice little extras like fresh coffee beans and grinder. Being an English girl I loved the tasteful decor which follows a British theme. The location is about 25 minutes from downtown Victoria. We had a car so this wasn't a problem for us. There are details on how to use public transport in a folder. There are also shops and restaurants about a 10 minute walk away.
The apartment is on a main road but is surprisingly quite quiet. We were not disturbed by the traffic noise.
- DANY (10/5): - Assez spatieux et très fonctionnel.

- ofneto (10/5): Cozy & comfy - The atmosphere is amazing, very clean and comfortable, feels like home., Unfortunately, a little bit of noise from the road in front and too bright in the morning. But the owner offer a eye mask so was okay!

- Sarah (10/5): Very cute and charming studio with nice helpful hosts. - Very cute studio. Decorated nicely. Private. Hosts communicated well and even brought me more towels when I ran out. Also provided coffee. Thank you! Only downside was the traffic noise. But it was a good location to all the places we wanted to visit.

- Cottrell (9/5): Superb - Great place with easy access to all the attractions around Victoria. Loved the open layout. Very comfortable. We wished we would have booked longer.
Reasonable price.
- Dale (10/5): We would happily stay here again. - Excellent value for the money. The window covering on the bathroom needs attention.
- Robert (8/5): All in all good. - Close to a nature trail. Felt spacious with high ceilings. Great shower! A bit warm with sun filtering in high ceilings and no blinds for upper windows.
- Kelly (8/5): A cute little studio for a decent price. - The space was pretty cute. Clean . I didn't like that there were no window coverings in the bathroom and the home behind it could see right in. People need privacy in the bathroom. I didn't like the Foxtail weeds everywhere on the property. They are extremely dangerous for dogs, being that it's a pet friendly rental. Also, the rule that dogs are prohibited from being on any furniture. I don't consider that "pet friendly ". The 50$ pet deposit is usually refundable if the pet did not make any mess or leave fur everywhere etc. Otherwise, the price was decent for the stay.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -

- Adventurernat (9/5): Could easily live there. Loved the UK decor, location, cleanliness and comfort. - Comfortable bed with super soft sheets & towels! It wasn't a room it was a whole open unit complete with kitchen, bath, bed & living room with added small touches like whole coffee beans, grinder & coffee machine, tea, ice cubes in freezer, water bottles in fridge etc.

- Robert (7/5): Good - It was a place to stay. This was NOT a B & B as there was no breakfast. No breakfast whatsoever. Too far out of town. Cold (had to get extra heater.) No table to eat at or work at. While there were pots there was no stove.
- Sharon (10/5): Cute suite comfortable bed! Great value! - Very clean and had everything we needed!
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb - Well appointed suite. Everything you need for a stay. Road noise
- Steve (10/5): Perfect Stay For One Or Two People - Well equipped studio, comfy bed, spacious for one or two people. Basket of magazines and flyers re local attractions made research easy. Also loved the jigsaw puzzle in there, nice touch.
- Josephine (8/5): We would go back to it. - Location was convenient for bus and bike trails and pub and shopping Traffic noise
- Valerie (7/5): Good spot for exploring the area, simple design, comfortable. - Simple and clean. Loved the shower! Decent kitchenette for making breakfasts. Location was okay for driving into Greater Victoria or going to Sooke and other western points. We enjoyed the village of Metchosin, especially the little coffee shop called The Broken Paddle. Very close to busy road so there’s a lot of traffic noise. It died down quite a bit at night so not hard to sleep.
- Deb (10/5): Lovely Langford Studio with a British flair. - This studio was very thoughtfully designed and equipped, even including popcorn and cookies! The bed was comfortable, wifi excellent, easy access and parking, and the hosts were super responsive…even delivering a blender in the morning for my husband’s smoothies. Everything was lovely…a little noise from traffic but that abated at night; blackout blinds might be a nice addition.

We could have used more information about where to walk dogs
- Lori (9/5): Superb -
- Otávio (8/5): A good place to stay - Super easy to access the property. The coffee was great and the hosts keep in touch with us through email to facilitate our stay. Also the interior design is great. Because the studio is located in front a road, we could hear the noise of the cars.
- Suzanne (9/5): A cute , comfortable studio in just the right location for what I needed. - A cute, comfortable studio with a great location for what I needed. Hosts were helpful, easy to work with and responsive. Bed was very comfortable and loved the sheets. There was some road noise but it was tolerable. I would definitely stay here again.
- James (8/5): Great place for a weekend stay in Langford/Victoria. - Room was large comfortable clean and had easy access. No surprises compared to the posting. It was close to the Galloping Goose trail system so we could ride our bikes to downtown Victoria. Host was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again. Shower was a little rustic in style but sufficient. Location was a little awkward to find at first.
