The windows filter very well the noise from the street and the location is perfect for moving to different parts of town! It was the first time I had to pay 250£ deposit on Booking for a flat

• Jez (10/5): Very good stay at a clean safe apartment - Very good stay at a clean apartment, stayed away with work and location was excellent for me. Local shops near by (Aldi and Londis) for all your needs. Used the oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, TV in lounge all in good working order, Was no plug in kitchen sink (so made one out of some kitchen foil!)
• Alysse (10/5): Great little place, close to a lot usually 4 stops to get into London on the tube. - It was a great place to stay and be self sufficient and cook ourselves and relax after a busy day site seeing. Very convenient for the Arsenal Game Not super ideal for 2 kids as the room was small but they managed fine for the short time . We had not issues but the stairs take getting use to, would want to have had a drink and use them or be unsteady on feet.

• Marit (9/5): - Fin design på lägenheten. Lämpar sig bra för en mindre familj som vi var. (Vi var två vuxna och en tonåring) Bra utrustat kök med spis, rymligt kylskåp, kaffekokare, vattenkokare, mm. Jättebra med två toaletter i lägenheten. Omgivningen kändes trygg att vara i. Närheten till tunnelbanan var toppen! Ljud från gatan hördes inte i rummet högst upp. Extrasängen var obekväm. Tvättmaskinen luktade illa (berodde nog på att luckan var stängd när vi kom) Det var väldigt lyhört i rummet ut mot gatan.

• Josine (10/5): Great choice - Very happy we selected this apartment. The location is fantastic, just steps from Piccadilly line which will take you right to the heart of London. The Aldi is practically next door too and they have a delicious selection of fresh baked buns in morning. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Apartment was in great condition and having a washing machine and 2 bathrooms were nice perks. Finally the host followed up to ask how things were, quickly resolved minor issue we had and overall left us with impression that they truly care that their guests have a good experience. Nothing really, the apartment was as advertised. It's small but being over 2 levels makes it feel more spacious. Heads up to read the conditions as host will require ID check and deposit before providing their access codes. I assume they must have their reasons for needing to do this.
• Ilaria (7/5): Buono anche se piccolo per 4 persone - Appartamento luminoso e ben posizionato per visitare Londra, a 2 minuti dalla metro, e con molti servizi/ristorante in prossimità. Numerosi elettrodomestici disponibili tra cui una conoda lavatrice. Letto della stanza principale comodo. L'host è stata molto gentile e disponibile per indicazioni relative a check in e check out, non in presenza quindi ottimo per l'autonomia L'appartamento è piccolo e disposto su più livelli con una scala un po' stretta, sicuramente non adatto a tutti. Essendo in 4, il salottino era stato adibito a seconda stanza, ma purtroppo i letti molto bassi sono risultati piuttosto scomodi. Lo spazio in generale è ridotto, ad esempio il solo posto per posizionare lo stendibiancheria era nel mezzo della cucina.

Close to transport and many nearby food options to eat out or had good facilities to cook own meals. Staff were excellent and very responsive when we had to extend our stay. Would stay again.

• Sanna-betty (10/5): Amazing stay - The home was bright and very beautiful. I felt so welcomed and the kids loved it. Short walking distance from many food shops and Holloway metro station. Bus stops were also nearby and right infront of the building. It really made our vacation memorable. There was a playground nearby which our kids also liked very much. (I forgot to take more photos of the apartment, so I had to take screenshots from my video. The pictures were very accurate and I encourage people to stay there.)

• Tom (9/5): Lovely - Family of four (all adults) staying for 2 nights in high season (end of December) very good location (at least for us - we looked for a place with good connections by public transport still not in busy central London - rather a place where locals live) - tube and overground stations 3 and 8 min walk away, several groceries close by [location for fans of Arsenal would be likely superb - Emirates stadium - 5 min walk] plenty of restaurants on Holloway Road still it was surprisingly quiet and cozy flat ergonomics - in our opinion interior design decisions / compromises considering challenges put by building itself were very well balanced (e.g. liked idea of a table with benches instead of chairs), one bathroom (with bath tube/shower) and a toilet plus one small toilet upstairs (a big plus when there are 3 women in family - side toilet for attic bedroom greatly improved our quality of life) in our opinion our host went extra mile - flat was very clean, had lovely arranged dining table on arrival, basic consumables (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, cosmetics) available, EU to UK socket adapters, few umbrellas... value for money: good (quite difficult to comment - considering peak season - London jam-packed with millions of tourists like us - this flat was certainly priced fairly in relation to overall market) booking - slightly intimidating contract to start with (my understanding - likely based on host's bad past experience...) - no problems as far as we were concerned general comment regarding two flats in London we stayed in recently: ergonomics of mid XX century architecture might be debatable - narrow staircases and rather steep stairs - something to consider especially for travellers with either heavier luggage and/or walking disabilities - what is IMPORTANt in THIS PARTICULAR FLAT - WE ACTUALLY LIKED IT (!) what had beed done to make our stay safe and to improve potentially challenging ergonomics (there was soft and grippy lining on the stairs plus hand rails to hold to), well done, thanks
• Nadija (10/5): Exceptional - We spent 4 nights in the apartment. The apartment is near Holloway Road station 2 minutes away. There is an Aldi nearby and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The location is great and we felt safe. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom too. Uncomfortable bed for a third person.

• Jamie (8/5): Comfortable, clean, cute and cozy apartment with excellent location - The priory was spacious and well maintained. All rooms and kitchen was a good size easy to cook and move around. The couch was extremely uncomfortable for long stay,. The attic bedroom was difficult to move in especially if you’re a tall person. We hit our head a few times on the ceiling,
• Denis (9/5): Superb - Everything went great, we checked in ourselves, the apartment was clean, quiet, we slept well and rested after a long flight. We also mixed up the check-out time a little, here it is at 11:00, but the owner met us halfway and allowed us to stay for an hour for an extra fee. When booking it turned out that the cleaning cost was higher than the cost of accommodation :) Maybe this is some kind of booking error, but I'm not sure

• Desislava (10/5): Exceptional - The place is in Zone 2, very close to the tube station and there are shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments is newly refurbished and there are all kinds of electric appliances. We were provided with coffee, cappuccino and tea although they were not mentioned in the reservation details. We will definitely book again if we come back to London. :) Not suitable for people with any walking disabilities as you need to climb stairs.
