• MARIA (9/5): Μιλανο - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών απο τη Ντουομο. Ειναι πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές για ενα διαμέρισμα. Δε υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μου αρεσε. Θα πρότεινα όμως να προστεθεί ενας ολοσωμος καθρεφτης σε κάποιο σημείο του διαμερίσματος, να υπάρχουν σακούλες απορριμμάτων και μικροί κάδοι στα υπνοδωμάτια.

• Susana (9/5): - Apartamento moderno, limpio y espacioso. Buena ubicación. No dispone de ascensor (Es un cuarto). En nuestro caso supone sólo inconveniente para cargar maletas pero quizá sea bueno indicarlo en la descripción para personas con problemas de movilidad. El precio para 3 personas algo excesivo, aunque conlleva la comodidad de una habitación por persona.
• Carla (8/5): Muy agradable y recomendable - El apartamento está reformado y han realizado un gran trabajo. Es espacioso para seis personas. Sin sofá cama, todo son colchones. Tiene una terraza en el piso superior grande y es muy agradable. Aire acondicionado en todos los espacios y piso muy ventilado. Han tenido detalles comodejarnos jaboncitos de ducha. El apartamento es un cuarto sin ascenaor no es malo simplemente a tener en cuenta según tipo de personas que lo reserven o edad de las mismasp No es malo pero como puntos de mejora del apartamento para ponerles un 10 diria: - poner un microondas en la cocina -dejar algun pack de limpieza de llegada. Nosotros nos quedabamos 4 noches pero no es lógico que para una noche por ejemplo tengas que comprar jabón de lavar platoa o estropajos. Deberia haber en el apartamento - hemos echado de menos una fregona con escoba y recogedor para poder limpiar el apartamento. Hay un aspirador que no va muy bien. Si se cae un liquido al suelo como lo limpias?
• Aroa (7/5): Buena - Recién reformado No hay ascensor, y no se dice en ningún momento (es un tercero pero como si fuese un cuarto porque hay entresuelo
• Janne (9/5): - Erinomainen sijainti, tilava, hyvin remontoitu. Hyvä terassi. Korkeat portaat, astiat ja ruokailuvälineet kalkin peitossa.

• MARIA JOSE (8/5): Muy agradable - Todo en general, las camas muy cómodas, la terraza, la ubicación. No pudieron hacer el check in antes porque estaban limpiando y la verdad que la limpieza se podría mejorar. Por lo demás todo bien, estuvimos muy a gusto.
• Anca (10/5): - Great location, apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Each room has its own AC, everything was clean, comfortable beds, a welcome kit (shampoo, soap) in every room was a nice surprise. Access is very easy with the instructions sent by the agency. It's located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator given it's an old building so be aware if you have many luggages. Terrace is great if you want to sit outside in the evening. Perfect accomodation for 6 people ( 3 rooms) or 7 if you want to use the dining room as well given it has a nice sofa.
• Alexandra (6/5): Pleasent, not so comfortable due to lack of AC, but other than that OK. Nice location. - Well located, close to the dom ( 15 mins walk, or 7 mins by bus), spacious for 6 people. The overall state of the furniture , linens we stained, but clean. There was a lot of dust. The AC in one room wasn’t working at all, there were 30 degrees Celsius outside and inside the heaters all across the house were in full heat blast. It made the stay uncomfortable and although we communicated this to the hosts, and asked for someone to come and check the AC, they never came. Granted we only stayed for 2 nights, but still. Covers on the sofa in the livingroom were stained and dirty. In the balcony we found cigarettes buts in the flowers holder. We cleaned them ourselves. Amenities kits- even though mentioned on booking, they were 1 mini travel kit ( shower gel and shampoo) per bathroom - so 2 kits only , for 6 people, for 2 nights, 3 days, so we had to buy our own. A bit of putting, to be honest, as this was a serviced apartment. Other than this, we had an OK stay. If you have zero expectations and are there for just 1,2 nights… could be ok.

With 2 floors, 2 terraces, very well equipped, I will a - The apartment is well located, it is in a very noble neighborhood of Milan. Close to the center an apartment is very well equipped. And it looks better than in the photos. Personally, the apartment is incredible. Communication is very fast. I will be back soon five stars O apartamento é espetacular
• Pauline (7/5): With few changes from the management and it would be a smart and great location! - It is in a great area where plenty of authentic great restaurants, cafes, shops and super close supermarket! 20 min walk to Duomo and many public transportation around. The penthouse was very clean, cozy and relatively spacious, it can fit up to a family of 6! It’s on the third floor by a narrow staircase (no elevator), so keep in mind when booking. I didn’t mind that cause I love walking. The check-in and check-out process was pretty flawless. One of the down sides was the AC! Day 2 one room stopped working, day 3 another room stopped working! Although we placed then on 24 Auto swing funtions. I contacted the customer service and gave permission to come and fix them while we are out from 10 am to 5 pm but no one showed up or send message! The washing machine is old and doesn’t function even after many attempts! It doesn’t spin properly the clothes remain wet! I had to do it manually! What the appartment need is a new washing machine, a long mirror somewhere in the corridor to check the outfits and above all a solution for the ACs, then it will be perfect!
