- Leanne (5/5): - Unit was clean and spacious TV didn’t work. It only had Netflix and the wifi music and movie channel didn’t work. Kept saying it was ‘unavailable’. The front door was a slider and a hassle to use. Hairdryer didn’t work Cutlery wasn’t washed properly

- Peter (7/5): Has help me deal with some private issues in peace and quite would stay again. - I like how private it is and did enjoy the quiet. Would have been nice to be able to cook a hot meal without using a microwave. Also have tv channels to watch would be great as well. Found tv waste of time.
- Sonia (4/5): - Lovely and clean great location The door was so hard to lock and it was a internel wooden sliding door. Not a actual door. There was no free to air TV to watch only paid TV. The mirror was way to high. I didn't feel like it was up to date with the standards of compliance to be honest.
- hyde (3/5): Miserable as we had no television - There was no breakfast in the offer . The place reeked of cigarette when we first arrived. We were unable to watch the television and after numerous attempts of contacting the owners we gave up . So not very happy at all with the owners helping us out.

They dont care about guests stay, just the amount in the bank - Not interested in reporting on what I liked due to my lingering anger about the key issue. Hosts unavailable during check in time! After a long journey to the property we had to wait outside for 1.5 hours without being able to contact anyone with the stress of thinking we may have to find someone else.

- Glenda (5/5): convenient location to visit grandchildren. - We were surprised that there is no secure parking, and the unit is a converted garage. We could not watch TV without connecting to our computer or phone. We used our own towels as the towels provided were very small. No wash machine or dryer if we were to holiday here. We are country folk so not sure if this budget accommodation is a great deal. The epoxy floor was clean but had the garage vibe. But the unit was clean and quiet. We chose this because of location and price on these dates.

- Rosemary (5/5): A pleasant unit in a quiet location spoilt by access difficulties. - The location was excellent for what I wanted: the unit pleasantly appointed and there was a good supply of tea coffee etc. on arrival. The wrong code had been provided: I left several messages on the telephone number provided for assistance none of which were responded to. Eventually got hold of "someone" who took several minutes to provide correct code. Given the wrong code, and unanswered messages it was after 5 pm before I could get access to the property. Directions to the property were not complete so it took a little time to locate the unit which was behind a door, marked "Entrance"- nothing specific. The lock on the door to the property was extremely difficult to operate and impossible to lock from inside the unit: the only security from inside the unit was a fixture which fitted into the floor. The Unit was advertised as having parking - this was street parking, albeit on a quiet street.

I had to move to another hotel for 3 days to get wifi access and then asked for a refund which was rejected. If you have work to do don't book here also if you like to watch TV after a hard day at work don't book here as well as the TV's are cheap rubbish ones that doesn't have aerial to the roof and it only has Netflix and no other thing to watch as you can't down load them onto it. - Maryanne (4/5): Disappointed - Good that the keys are accessible outside the building. The apartment itself is very well decorated and has quality finishes. I really struggled with the doors because I have a broken wrist. I have a broken left wrist so really struggled to open the doors and get the keys. Was not able to contact anyone via phone to get assistance. Also there was a stench in the bathroom that was so strong it gave me a headache. This property is more than I would usually pay as well but have had better experiences for less money. Also was not able to get the fan working on the second night.

- Hailie (10/5): Exceptional - This place was lovely. As pictured, bed was very comfy, easy parking, great location. Hosts great to communicate with. Going to be really honest, I can’t stand these Airbnb type properties that make you clean the place. Trying to check out and have the dishes dry enough to be put away was annoying. We wouldn’t leave it messy anyway. Also if you want your dishes cleaned and put away, can you provide something other than a chux to wash them with. Build the cleaning fee into your cost.
