• Patrisia (10/5): I had a great stay and really enjoyed the apartment. - A cozy and welcoming place in a very convenient location. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the check-in was extremely easy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Trash separation was required, but no separate bins were provided in the apartment.

• Karolina (7/5): W porządku - Apartament położony w cichej okolicy. Nie było widać czy słychać sąsiadów. W okolicy dużo dobrych restauracji, sklep spożywczy, blisko do Dworca Głównego. Do Katedry 20min spacerem. Plamy na kanapie odrażające, nie zachęcają żeby usiąść, również zagłówek łóżka należałoby wymienić ponieważ się kruszy. W kuchni przydałby się chociażby płyn do naczyń bądź kostka do zmywarki (otrzymaliśmy saszetkę płynu do naczyń którym udało się umyć ledwo kilka naczyń). Sama kuchnia zaopatrzona w podstawowe naczynia. W łazience brak szyby przez co łatwo o zalanie łazienki.

• Natalia (9/5): Polecam serdecznie - Super kontakt z gospodarzem. Apartament przestronny, czysty, jasny, wygodne duże łóżko, duży prysznic. Super lokalizacja, winda w budynku. Jedyne do czego mogę się przyczepić, a co uważam, że jest niezbędne przy krótkich pobytach, to brak podstawowych rzeczy takich jak: worki na śmieci(był tylko jeden na 4 dni), gąbka do mycia naczyń, ręcznik papierowy.

• Alona (7/5): - Overall, the apartment was nice and located in a convenient area. Detailed instructions on how to get to the apartments. We stayed for 3 nights and generally had a good experience. I love the book shelves. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable: - The sink gets clogged easily. A staff member came and poured some liquid down, but it didn’t help. - Only one trash bag was provided for a 3-day stay. It would be helpful to have extra bags, especially for sorting waste properly. - It would be great if there was at least one laundry capsule available for guests staying more than a day. - Some small essentials were missing, such as tea or a spatula for the frying pan. - The windows were noticeably dirty from the inside. - We received one small bar of soap for two people and two small bottles of shampoo. After reaching out, more shampoo and an iron were brought to us, but unfortunately, the iron didn’t work. - There was no bed cover We appreciate the stay, but with a few thoughtful touches, the experience could be much better.

• Aleksandra (7/5): - Lokalizacja super, wyposażenie rewelacyjne (w szczególności dostępność pralki) i wystrój bardzo przyjemny. Bardzo miły portier, blisko sklepy i restauracje. Super wygodne łóżko. Brak drzwi prysznicowych, a po komentarzach widać, że nie ma ich już od dawna. Przez to uszkodzona jest ściana w łazience. Było bardzo gorąco i ściana z okien niestety sprawiała, że klimatyzacja nie wyrabiała.
• Iuliia (10/5): - Best ever, come back 100% to this appartment, the apartment is near Centrale, it's very comfortable destination: buses to outlet nearby and great 30 minutes walk to duomo, you can see the city, or two metrostations, very clean and comfortable appartment, noticed the collection of books, it's perfect, our admiration to the person, who collected them. Everything was just perfect❤️

• Niek (8/5): Nice apartment for a short stay in Milan. - Host offered to bring the keys to the apartment on arrival, instead of collecting them from their office. And the location was very good, in walking distance of the venue I needed to be. The rainshower created a very wet bathroom, making the clothes wet I put on the toilet seat.

• Jun (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very nice, clean, and bright. The water heater did not work the 2nd day but had to be reset and we waited for an hour before there was hot water.
• Rosanne (6/5): The unit is in a good location and good restaurants near by. For a short stay bring your own bath products. - Its location near the railway station was good. It was safe and clean.the bed was comfortable and separate lounge dining fine for two people. It was a very basic set up, but adequate.No thoughtful touches…like tea and coffee supplied, no soap just two teeny tiny bottles of shampoo which also was bath gel apparently. We had a problem with the wifi which did get fixed by the hosts but with only a two night stay, it took 24 hours. They did respond promptly but it took a while for the provider to fix.

• Clipii (5/5): The apartment is ok only for sleeping. - The only two worth facilities are the location and the fact that you have a place to sleep in Milan. To be honest, the location is not important at all in this city because the metro system is very well constructed so you need 10-15 minutes to go where you need. The bad impression was made even form the begging. We came in Milano on 26 of December, and the office of this company was closed. Of course nobody told us about this, we just came to the door and waited. After finding and Italian phone number and calling the company we were said that the office is not working. We went to the apartment, waited about 30 minutes and the person with the keys came. Entering the apartment in his outside shoes he told us that the apartment is CLEAN and ready. Of course the floor was as dirty as the outside road so we had to walk in our outside shoes. There were no slipper or something, there was no soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner. We just went outside to buy soap in the market… If you choose this apartment be ready to wash your body very fast because the amount of hot water is barely enough for 2 persons.
• Tetiana (5/5): Passable - The view, location, and furniture are good. The kitchenware was in awful state - the electric kettle had some disgusting porridge inside and couldn't be used. Plus the shower didn't have a second door and the water was all over the bathroom. And last water heater was dripping after using the shower. Just awful.
• Ovi (1/5): Absolutely terrible - Location was ok not great. Avoid booking for your own sanity. Poor cleaning This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. Firstly, the boiler was leaking, no control of the heating system, blocked sink, no shower door or toilet roll and to top it off the front door was not opening meaning me and my partner were stuck inside for hours. The host is absolutely terrible and did nothing to help
• Greta (7/5): Pretty apartments, excelent location, but not very clean - The location is excellent. There is nothing special in the neighbourhood, but like 50m away, you have Gioia metro station, which is a green metro line that turned out to be the most useful one. The cleanliness was questionable. Also, the apartment needs some fixing. The shower cabin is missing a door, there is no handle on the toilet brush, water heater is dripping and we also had problems with internet, but that was solved on the second day of our stay.

• Babette (8/5): Good apartment in good location - just don't expect hospitable hosts - The apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. It is in a good neighbourhood, 15 mins from 2 main stations, 15 mins from metro station. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Also a couple of supermarkets nearby. Considering this was a self catering apartment, we were given nothing apart from 1 toilet roll, 2 coffeepods and 2 miniature shower gels. We were told to buy anything else from the supermarket. No kitchentowel, no cloths for wiping/drying up, no tabs for using the dishwasher, no washing up liquid. No salt/pepper/oil for when you are eating at home. Not even a cover on the bed apart from an empty quiltcover. Luckily we brought own cover from a beach visit and used that as 'blanket'. And when I whatsapped to ask if there were really none of these things coming there was a deafening silence...they are obviously not interested in guests' welfare, just take your money. We did buy all those things listed from the shop but made sure not to leave ANY of it behind.
• Emily (10/5): It was great, we would definitely recommend a stay here. - The location was great for us. We were close to a couple of stations and Milan is a very walkable city. There were numerous restaurants nearby, and the place was very quiet and spacious for two people. The space was very clean as well. Hostmate was great at communicating. This is a little nitpicky, but it wasn't ideal to pickup the keys at a separate location from the stay after a day of traveling from another country. More of a small inconvenience than anything, and we were quickly on our way after collecting the keys.

Cleaning needs to be improved - there was rubbish in the bin from the previous guests and some of the dishes felt dirty. Also didn’t realize that you have to pay a check-in fee if you arrive not that late in the evening.

• Chris (5/5): Passable - On arrival the cleaner was there and she was lovely. Staff were approachable via messaging on WhatsApp. The location of the apartment was ideal, if your comfortable catching the metro. Stations located very close by and good bars in the area. TV had netflix. The apartment was fairly clean and tidy, however no shower door, you could tell it had been previously smashed and a replacement needed. The coffee machine was out of use due to limescale in the water filter. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable, to combat this another pillow each would have been good.
