• Regina (8/5): В целом нам понравилось, хорошо отдохнули. Отель точно стоит своих денег👍 - Хороший номер, ремонт не новый, но в целом всё хорошо, чистенько. Удобная кровать и подушки, тёплое одеяло. У нас был мини холодильник, очень удобно положить туда покупки. Телевизор маленький, старый, каналы обычные, если кому-то это критично, не смарт. В душе есть всё необходимое,в т.ч флакончики всякие, фен. Напор воды очень хороший, хоть и сама сантехника немного "уставшая". Шведский стол достаточно хороший, есть что поесть, приготовлено вкусно. Персонал на ресепшене, кажется, Мурат, очень вежливый, всё подскажет и расскажет, доброжелательный. В отеле в целом очень чисто и приятно находиться, на этажах и лестнице ковры, удобно, не скользишь, проходы и лестница широкие. Лифты ездят хорошо, но небольшие, на два человека. Также хорошее расположение отеля, рядом с метро, 5 минут. Но до трамвая минут 15 - туда с горы, а обратно уже в крутую горку) В номере были тусклые светильники, света очень очень мало, даже в ванной. Розетка одна немного вываливалась. Дополнительная напольная лампа имеет перебитый провод, который нужно положить в определенном виде, чтобы она работала и давала чуть больше света, чем есть в комнате. Ещё не открываются окна, если хочется проветрить комнату - не получится, но это, наверное, техника безопасности.

• Bahar (1/5): I wish I could give zero star - would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. We checked in but had to leave within 2 hours because the room was dirty, the shower had mold, and the window wasn’t sealed—letting in loud noise and cold air. Worse there was some bugs and flies in room. I had to leave with 4months old baby after 10 hours flight. The elevator was too small to fit a standard stroller, there were no basic toiletries, and the overall experience was very inconvenient for a family. Worst of all, the staff were unhelpful and refused to give even a partial refund despite the conditions. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here. The owner is such a jerk. They could do partial refund. Not trusting booking.com either pictures are misleading.

We also appreciated that the room was cleaned every day exactly as stated. Breakfast and dinner were 10/10, and you can’t beat the location near the station. Highly recommend!

It is within walking distance of Galata Tower, Istiklal Street, Cité de Pera, Taksim Square, Pera Palace Hotel, Karakoy, and the Golden Horn, which is a great advantage. It is also close to Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet area. Having traditional Turkish gözleme at breakfast is a nice and authentic touch. I would also like to thank Mr. Gorkem for his assistance and support regarding the room. Due to the proximity of nearby entertainment venues, there may be some noise, especially during the evening hours.

Отель могу смело рекомендовать для непритязательных путешественников, которым важна атмосфера! Требуется ремонт в туалетной комнате: дверцы душевой кабины движутся еле-еле. Плитка на полу треснула, на потолке есть чернота. Недостаточно мест для сушки полотенец. В номере некуда повесить верхнюю одежду. При входе никаких полочек и крючков нет. Приходилось убирать куртки в стенной шкаф. Это очень неудобно. В шкафу не хватает плечиков и полок. У нас было трехместное проживание, но с полотенцами все дни были ошибки: приносили то мало, то много.

When I’m arriving the room that I have had been reserved was not even available.Spite that I’m sending two times emails to the hotel they have not even been able to make my reservation correct. The reason is because they are incompetent staff. They literally lying to us.They give me a different old room and dirty , broken toilet, oldest bathroom and equipment with old system. Nothing is more disgusting than this ridiculous noise old room. I’m advising the people to stay away from this place. The hospitality was so bad and incredibly inefficient .

Buona posizione vicino via taksim Avevamo prenotato una suite, ci hanno dato due camere vicine ( una tripla ed una doppia) tutto sommato forse è stato meglio.

The location is excellent—right next to Istiklal Street, perfect for exploring the city. The hotel has a lot of charm and character. While the interiors are a bit “tired,” it fits well with the historic nature of the building. The staff was polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their flexibility with our room situation—they kept working to find a solution that suited our family and eventually moved us to a suite and a standard room, which worked perfectly. There was some confusion with the rooms at check-in, and we had to change rooms a couple of times during the stay. Also, rooms facing Istiklal Street can be quite noisy, especially at night—but this is expected given the very central location.

• Hasan (9/5): Viel besser als erwartet - Manche Rezensionen hier haben uns einen Schreck eingejagt, aber zu Unrecht. Das Hotel war insgesamt viel viel besser als erwartet und wir würden wieder buchen. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen gehabt.

• Polina (7/5): ok - emptyness of sauna, it was quite there. the room that i booked was bigger then the one in reality.. guy on the reception told me that it is a booking.com fault. they offered me to move to the bigger room the next day, then the guy changed and he said that he was nto informed. then another guy changed and he said i can move. i did not move cause i was tired and it was only 2 noghts i was staying there, so no purpose to do these movements...

• Ann Michelle (7/5): The location is convenient, but the hotel feels quite run-down and in need of major renovation - Location: 10/10 Its near Istiklal street. 10 min walk to Galata Tower. carrefour grocery was on the side street where the Restautants are, found about it like 1 day before we were leaving. There is also a mini grocery, Hamam bath and a cafe nearby. Shishane metro few meters away. Staff: The hotel reception staff understood exactly what we needed and were very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast: section wise- 5/10. it’s the same for the whole days we stayed. You can add some bread though or some Musli or some Oat or almond milk. The one who makes the fresh turkish bread 10/10 and the staffs at the breakfast restaurant also 10/10. Well done! Comfort: Upon arrival we were given a triple standard room though I booked a Family room. We stayed there for 2 Nights coz there were no rooms available. I was kind of pissed coz the room was really smal for a family of 4. Yiu cant open the luggage coz the room was tight. The Toilet accessries liek falling apart. On the 3rd day finally we were in the Family room with stairs. The bed was really comfy but the 2 twin beds were squeaking noise all the time, everytime you move. There were molds in the bath. Noise: 4/10 party down the street til 3 or 4 am everynight you can hear it till 6th floor. Dämmung kannat du vergessen! Du kannst alles hören. Molds in the bathroom. Much of the furniture appears old and worn, and the noise from nearby pubs may disturb light sleepers.

• Mariana (3/5): Barulhento - Apenas da localização Muito barulho. Impossível dormir. Instalações são muito antigas. O meu quarto estava sujo. Tinha pouca luz e estava bastante danificado. As cortinas estavam a cair, não cobriam a janela na totalidade. Pequeno almoço bom mas o jantar é péssimo, sem variedade. Não aconselho este hotel.

• Nimo Nadir (4/5): - Rommet var ok Jeg informerte hotellet i god tid om at flyet vårt var forsinket, og at vi kom én dag senere. Til tross for dette valgte hotellet å kansellere bookingen vår. Da vi ankom hotellet, fikk vi beskjed om at det var Booking.com som hadde kansellert reservasjonen, og at vi måtte betale hele oppholdet på nytt dersom vi ønsket å bo der.

• Elton (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the main attractions and getting around the city easily. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Gorkem, who was very kind, always available, and ready to assist with anything we needed. His professionalism and positive attitude really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
• Ekaterina (6/5): - Завтраки не плохие, но выбора мало. Отель не плохо расположен, метро не далеко и можно прогуляться по центральной улице. Номер был старый и маленький, за окном висела ткань, закрывающая противоположную стену. Шкаф расположен неудобно, очень близко к кровати чтобы с комфортом открыть дверцы и переодеться. Заказали номер с двуспальной кроватью, т.к. отдыхали с мужем, но заселили нас в номер с двумя односпальными кроватями. При заезде я оплатила номер через сайт, но отель почему-то списал с нас повторно оплату за номер. На ресепшене дали номер ответственного за платеж человека, но спустя 2 дня номер перестал отвечать на сообщения, челый месяц пытались добиться возврата денежных средств от отеля, но ни на какие сообщения и просьбы они не реагировали. Спасибо букингу, что они рассмотрели все наши доказательства и оформили запрос на возврат, уплаченных на сайте денежных средств. Что касается спа, то это отдельная история. Была сауна и хамам. Думали что отдохнем и погреемся после прогулки, т.к. на улице в это время было холодно. Но хамам не работал (не было пара вообще в комнате), и сауна перестала работать буквально через полчаса как мы пришли попариться. Халатов не дают даже в СПА. В общем остались не очень хорошие впечатления после этого отеля.

• Zeno (9/5): Hotel simpatico nel cuore di Galata, nella meravigliosa Istanbul. - Posizione eccellente nel cuore del quartiere Galata, o Beyoglu, consiglierei a chiunque di soggiornare in quel quartiere. La colazione era molto turca, con grande scelta, forse non amplissima per i dolci, ma più che accettabile. Lo staff, a cominciare dalla reception, è di una gentilezza squisita. Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo difetto, finestre non ben sonorizzate, inoltre mancavano i cucchiaini a colazione. Niente di grave. Invece il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo!
• MARTHA (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ηταν αυτό που ζητούσαμε. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό,το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να έχει περισσότερη ποικιλια. Το ξενοδοχείο όμως θέλει μια καλή ανακαίνιση, το δωμάτιο που είχα είχε υγρασία..

• Piotr (7/5): Hotel z opcją dwóch posiłków w centrum Stambułu wart swojej niskiej ceny. - Serwis sprzątał pokoje każdego dnia i robił to dosyć skrupulatnie. Hotel posiada spa z bezpłatną, bardzo zadowalającą sauną. Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra - blisko do głównego deptaka prowadzącego do Taksim Square. W pokoju było bardzo duszno, a klimatyzacja nie działała. Na korytarzu są dwie malutkie dwuosobowe windy, na które często trzeba było czekać. Jednego dnia, rano nie było też ciepłej wody.

• sarferaz (10/5): - The Pera Rose Hotel is a good alternative to staying near Taksim Square or the Galata Tower. It offers good quality and has a restaurant. It is also close to the sea, where you can take a ferry. The hotel was also very beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and kind. The reception was very respectful, and especially Ruholla was a wonderful person.
