• Suzanne (10/5): - Assez spacieux pour 5 adultes. 2 chambres, 6 couchages. Très propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Stationnement facile. Pour visiter le centre, facile pour les bons marcheurs (+- 30 minutes). Épicerie vraiment très bien à 5 minutes à pieds. On recommande. Pas un problème pour nous, mais il y avait du bruit provenant de la rue.

C'est propre et bien équipé Le salon n'est pas grand contrairement aux chambres. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais si vous pensez passer de longs moments dans cette pièce c'est peut-être plus embêtant ?
• Anthony (9/5): Sans hésiter. - Appartement au 1er étage d'une maison dans une rue privée. Les explications sont très claires tant pour se garer ( place de parking marquée au sol juste à côté du portillon d'accès) que pour récupérer les clés. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour nous 5, les chambres sont immenses et climatisées. Ce qui a été plus que nécessaire avec les 39°C lors de notre séjour. Le mobilier se veut rococo-moderne dans les chambres, les équipements sont complets et de qualité. La cuisine est fonctionnelle est bien équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro ondes ...) La décoration est soignée, les matériaux sont de qualités et l'appartement est extrêmement propre. Wifi de qualité, écrans dans chaque chambre. Nous avons été conquis dès le passage de la porte d'entrée. Notre hôte, Alessandro est très disponible et prévenant. Le conseil du parking Sant' Ambrogio pour accéder à Florence est bon, même si le tarif horaire n'est pas donné 3€ de l'heure. 10 min en voiture, tout Florence centre se fait ensuite à pied. Hors ZTL . Et l'appartement est lui aussi hors ZTL, bien qu'il se trouve dans une ZTL/ZSC de faible émission (Scudo verde) et cela nous a bien fait stresser. Nous avons appelé Alessandro, les véhicules récents sont autorisés à circuler dans ces zones anti-pollution, rien à voir avec les ZTL classiques des centres historiques avec amende. Un centre commercial alimentaire COOP est à 400 mètres. Au final, un très bon séjour dans un appartement très agréable. La route assez passante côté chambre qui pourra déranger certains au sommeil léger. La literie de la grande chambre, un peu fatiguée. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation dans la cuisine.

• Balazs (10/5): fantastic house in Firenze with free parking - A very spacious, clean and fantastic place in Firenze. Very well-equiped kitchen, good wifi, comfy beds. Free and safe parking is right in front of the building, one of the reason we chose this place. The house is not in downtown but no problem to get to the city. As a matter of fact, we decided to walk there :). On the way back we stopped at one of the recommended pizza places by the hosts. everything was perfect.

Location is a little outside Florence but there is good bus connectivity - just be mindful of the bus timings specially on weekends and late at night. The location was perfect, with free parking in the private road, close to shops, restaurants, bakeries and the bus stop to reach the centre of Florence. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and was extremely comfortable. We would highly reccommend this accomodation and hope to stay there again one day! Thank you Alessandro.

Am inchiriat o masina pentru a vizita Toscana si Firenze, iar apartamentul vine la pachet si cu un loc de parcare gratis in fata. Multumim Alessandro pentru sfaturile practice si pentru gazduire!

• Corinne (9/5): Appartement très soigné à la périphérie de florence avec un parking pour la voiture. - Appartement très joliment décoré et très spacieux . Tout était très propre, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner. Les lits étaient confortables. Il y a un parking pour se garer en toute sécurité. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 5 min pour aller à Florence sans prendre la voiture (bus 31 ou 32) c'est très pratique. Il y a aussi un grand supermarché à 5 minutes et de bons restaurants à proximité , c'était très chouette. l'appartement n'est pas bien insonorisé et nous entendions beaucoup les bruits des voitures alors que c'est une rue calme. il n'y a pas de persiennes, ni de doubles rideaux et du coup, le matin il fait vite jour dans les chambres. j'ai dû mettre mes boules quiès et mon masque pour dormir. c'est dommage car l'appartement est vraiment chouette mais le bruit le soir et matin m'a quand même gêné. la machine à café très très longue à couler.

There are restaurants, bus stops and a very large supermarket in the immediate vicinity. The bus takes you to the city center in about 15/20 minutes. A super location for exploring Florence and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay

A due passi ci sono ristoranti, bar e il supermercato. Per il centro numerosi mezzi disponibili. Il posto per l'auto è ok. All'arrivo abbiamo anche trovato i biscottini! Niente!
