• James (5/5): Book somewhere else - Property was OK They are individually owned condos from an old hotel. Not info given in the booking. No towel service, no hot water but for one person taking a shower. But they say its a suite with two showers and multiple beds. We had six people and they knew that in advance. You have to take your towels to the laundry down stairs and pay to wash them. People go on vacation to enjoy not to go pay to wash there one wash cloth per person that is provided for your whole stay. Also to be able to take a bath and not spend a long time for everyone to get a shower. The beds are uncomfortable.

• Ricketts (3/5): Was there for cheerleading competition. Had to spend money throughout the day in public place to cool off - The place was nice be the AC unit was not working properly making the stay very uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable due to heat

• Marilia (10/5): Exceptional - Larissa is a very attentive and welcoming host. Everything was clean and functional. The view is beautiful and the apartment is very close to universal parks
• Mary (9/5): Ideal location for Universal trips with a small family! - This apartment was perfect for our little family of 3, but easily could have accommodated 4 or maybe 5 people. Location was ideal for us visiting Universal and the view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL! Well-stocked kitchen, nicely appointed furnishings, and clean! Highly recommend and look forward to booking here again. Only drawbacks were there was a missing drawer front in this kitchen with exposed screws (that our toddler found intriguing) and one of the bathroom showers is really tight. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better spot for our vacation.

The gym at the facilities needed attention. Several machines didn’t work and the AC was broken but this is not the fault of this unit but the overall property management!

• Guilherme (10/5): Loved it! Place was spotless and super close to everything. Eduardo and Larissa were excellent hosts - The bed was comfortable, the location was excellent, and everything was very clean. Eduardo and Larissa were excellent hosts always quick and doing the best to please us.
