Dommage 🥴 Un peu sommaire dans l’équipement de la cuisine - pas de torchon - la housse de couette n’était pas à la taille de la couette (plus petite)…

• Carolina (9/5): Unas vacaciones estupendas!! - La ubicación del apartamento es muy céntrica, está tan solo a 5 o 6 minutos de la Catedral de Milán. Las fotos del apartamento son exactamente como aparecen en Booking, el apartamento está en muy bien cuidado y decorado, el baño es todo espectacular, muy bonito y tener un difusor de pelo fué "la guinda del pastel." La cocina muy bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos e incluso la tuvieron el detalle de dejar capsulas y sobres de café. La persiana de la habitación estaba estropeada y entraba mucha luz a la hora de dormir y aunque el anfitrión, estuvo muy implicado en la situación, tardaron 2 días en resolver el problema y que no hayan ido a limpiar ni un solo día. por lo demás todo muy bien, ya que siempre están en contacto a con el huésped ante cualquier duda o incidencia a través del whatsApp

Justifica a oferta dos tampões, contudo tenho otites e não posso usar, logo, foram 2 noites complicadas. Tipo de informação que deve vir nas explicações. Em relação ao pessoal, 3 dias, não vimos ninguém. Nem bem vindos, nem adeus. Não poso deixar de mencionar algo que me deixou muito descontente, foi a única mensag. Que nos enviaram a cobrar a taxa municipal (para deixar em cima da mesa) que exigiam que fosse em cash, (quando colocamos todos os dados do cartão de crédito) e a pedirem que lavássemos a louça que utilizássemos! De muito Mau gosto!

• Nihat (10/5): Perfect place to explore Milan - We had a great stay! Beautiful, spacious apartment with a great location (we could see the top of the Duomo from the living room window). Bathroom and kitchen are a bit smaller, but it all worked for us (4-day-stay). Easy communication with the team. As many have mentioned it, I wanted to share our experience with the noise. Luckily, we didn‘t have any trouble sleeping, even without using the earplugs (normal sleepers).

• Robyn (10/5): Perfect stay, great location thank you - Everything - The price is amazing considering the location and quality of the room. We were only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Check in instructions were so easy - staff are amazing and always available quickly when you have any questions. Property was clean and so nice inside! Would 100% recommend. You do have to be mindful of your noise as expected as it is apartments but as we are just a couple visiting Milan this was no problem for us :) No complaints from us - I noticed some reviews noted about the traffic noise. But this didn’t bother us, we expected it as the apartment is right beside a road so not much can be done about this. Also the hosts leave ear plugs in case it does bother some people :)
• Joseph (8/5): Excellent but they should everyday to clean the room amd to change the bed... - The location was very good close to duomo close to the restaurents close to the shops . The appartment was so big and beautiful I stayed 4 nights 5 days and no one came to the room to clean it....

• Don (1/5): Filthy dirty place. - Location only. Very dirty, one of the most dirtiest place I’ve ever been, our bodies are itching everywhere, me and my wife full skin infection. The Bed was disgusting dirty, we told them to send people to clean and change everything but they only changed the covers and left. The bed is filthy infested NOT ACCEPTABLE AND NOT SAFE AT ALL.
• Viviana (8/5): Very good - Comfortable apartment, very well located. I didn't have any major issues with street noise. The host was accessible through WhatsApp for communication. Ángel welcomed us and explained everything very well. I didn't like that the cleaning was done only after the fourth night of stay. We mainly lacked replacement towels during those days, and this was not clarified in the booking conditions.
• Susanne (6/5): Very noisy apartment. - The apartment was located in a nice district of the city. The property was located on a very busy main road, so busy that ear plugs were provided. Lighting was very bright with no nice touches or soft furnishings to help you feel at home.

• Tracey (7/5): Overall nice stay, very clean and spacious but kitchen a let done. - Liked that it was walking distance to duomo. Configuration of kitchen and bathroom was weird. No where to put anything in kitchen. When washing a cup or dish had to put on hot plate.
• Jen (10/5): Great location well appointed - Well positioned property with good amenities. Hospital a couple of blocks down the street so constant sirens going past at all hours of the night. There were ear plugs provided. I was so tired didn’t hear them during the night although my husband who sleeps lightly did. He didn’t think to use the ear plugs. Not a deal breaker but be aware.

Very helpful, and went out of his way to make sure all our queries were answered, down to organising a taxi for us on departure. Couldn't work the heating in the rooms nor the overhead shower.

• Dougintally (8/5): Probably a good apartment for many people, but we would have preferred a single level apartment. - Kitchen and bathroom were small but adequate. Living room and bedroom were good size. Bed was firm but comfortable. Parquet floors were attractive. Closet space was good. Location was within walking distance of Duomo, Galleria, La Scalla, and Ambrosiana. Armando was easy to reach via WhatsApp and was very supportive. Kitchen was five large steps up from main level. Bathroom was another half step up from kitchen. Night time bathroom trips were an adventure. The floor of the shower stall was very slippery. The marble floors in the bathroom were treacherous with wet feet. There could have been more hand soap and toilet tissue. The lockbox holding the keys was difficult to open.

• Kh. (1/5): Bad - Noisy. The owners had actually left ear plugs on the table before check in. So they knew. Value for money is terrible. You can hear the neighbors cough. Walls have no insulation.

Careful light sleepers. - I liked the location (10 min on foot from Duomo), the size of the rooms, the high ceilings, the quality of the bed, and how clean the flat was. If you are a light sleeper, be careful. Milan is a big city, and cars can be heard in most places. But the team told me they will be installing soundproof windows soon.
• Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect wide-spaced apartments with a great location near the city center. Everything was on a good level: location, purity, house stuff. Recommend these apartments!
• Arpine (5/5): Overall was a nice place with the 2 issues described above. - Very noisy, impossible to get a good sleep. Not only the windows were at almost noisy street level, but the apartment floors were squeaking so loud when walking that would wake up the others sleeping in the room.
• Simon (7/5): Good - I had 5 days of meetings in the University. It is very close and convenient. Clean and comfortable. The drawback is it is on the main road with vintage glazing so noisy. I was woken at 4AM each night. I used earplugs but they didn’t help much.
