• Rafael (8/5): Well located, and the communication with the owner was simple. - The Neighbourhood is good, well located with a lot of stores around. The owner always answered questions quickly There weren't any towels available and it was kind of disapointing.
• Lauren (1/5): Worst accommodation we have ever booked by a country mile! - Picking up the key was fine but that is where the list of likes ends. It is important that potential guests are aware that the owner lives in this property with her family & pets & they sleep elsewhere on nights booked. Zero effort is made to prepare for paying guests. Eg cat food & litter on floor & cat bed ON the kitchen table. Filthy ashtray, toilet dirty, dirty bathroom sink, their dishes drying in the rack, no vacuuming done (carpet disgusting), desperate need for dusting, bath/shower dirty with kids toys still at the bath, usual bathroom items out (not put away when paying guests there). The house is an absolute mess, very unhygienic with items everywhere including bikes indoors, toys, family photos out-we could go on any on etc etc). It is basically a messy home that an opportunist is leasing out on a basis to bring in some extra income. Definitely not set up to provide quality accommodation to paying guests. There were no sheets for the bed (apparently I was expected to ask for sheets and if I didn't ask I didn't get). No towels. Pillows were the family members' pillows (well worn & dirty). Very minimalistic listing so owner can hide behind accuracy of description. It's not what owner says in the listing but rather what is not said, hence the detailed review. In our case we had a person with a physical disability & we specifically asked about stairs upon which we were told that there were 12 stairs+3. However there were more steps over & above this to get to the main bed. When queried we were told that the 12+3 got my daughter to the pull out sofa level of property-sofa way too hard for anyone, let alone someone with disability. There was no bed for me on this 12+3 level so I had to sleep in a chair! Needless to say, I got no sleep. We can provide photos of all this & more. I just hope that bookings removes this property from its site so others do not experience what we did. Ignore owner response as totally fictious. I will stick to facts rather than get personal.
• Barter (7/5): Lovely host - Great location for tottenham hotspurs stadium 20-minute walk, close to amenities.. Host has great communications!
• Debbie (9/5): Fantastic - Fantastic location to stay as we were going to a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. About 1 min walk to steps that take you to Seven Sister Tube Station. Walk to the stadium about 30mins straight down the high street. Quiet location. Very easy to find. Keys in key box for access to the property, with the host updating me with info before hand via the app. Plenty of room with a sofa bed in lounge and double in the main bedroom upstairs. Had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again. Really good value for money with an excellent host N/A
• Kieran (10/5): Perfect! - All was perfect! Felt super comfortable the entire trip and the host couldn’t have been better! The facilities are 10/10 and there is very fast WiFi. Location is perfect too: less than a minute walk from Seven Sisters station, giving access to the overground and underground going towards Tottenham/Enfield or central London
