• Alessia Francesca (8/5): Weekend famiglia - Vicinanza allo stadio San Siro e alla metropolitana Divano letto molto scomodo… totalmente affossato al centro. Porta di casa con chiusura difettosa.
• Mohammed (3/5): - La localisation de l'appartement. Proche du metro ligne 1. Parfait pour aller a la foire ou vers le centre ville. L'appartement est propre. Literie en mauvaise état.
• Fabio (9/5): Vicino alla metro in zona tranquilla e ordinata, soggiorno molto piacevole! - L'appartamento si trova in una zona di milano che onestamente non conoscevo ma che ho trovato tranquilla ordinata e pulita. Per i miei bambini la presenza degli scoiattoli nei giardini delle case del quartiere ha reso la scelta del posto una avventura ;). Ad ogni modo, alloggiare in un appartamento è inevitabilmente diverso che alloggiare in hotel, ma chiarito questo l'appartamente ha soddisfatto ogni mia aspettativa. Spazios, pulito e luminoso. La scala a chiocciola che leggevo nei diversi commenti giudicata scomoda, è una scala a chiocciola come tantissime altre, non l'ho trovata così impegnativa. Aggiungo che ai bambini è piaciuta tanto la camera da letto al piano di sopra, insomma si sono divertiti al punto che quando eravamo in giro per MIlano chiedevano quando saremmo ritornati nella stanza ;) Se proprio devo trovare un elemento che mi è piaciuto meno, il divano letto ha un materasso non molto comodo, ma per un soggiorno breve va più che bene.

• Decia (5/5): - Purtroppo abbiamo avuto un episodio spiacevole, tornando dal concerto in tarda serata/notte, non si apriva più la porta di casa. La chiave inizialmente girava a vuoto, poi si è bloccata. Abbiamo cercato di contattare più e più volte il proprietario, e più che rispondere ogni 15-20 minuti dicendo che ci avrebbe aiutato non ha fatto. Fortunatamente dopo 45-50 minuti abbondanti siamo riuscite ad entrare, però non è possibile che al numero di emergenza non abbia risposto nessuno, e che nessuno si sia fatto vivo. Per questo disagio una parte dovrebbe essere rimborsata.
• Carlotta (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 4 giorni a Milano, in zona San Siro, e mi sono trovata benissimo. La posizione è perfetta: comodissima per chi deve andare allo stadio o ai concerti, ma anche molto vicina al centro città e a zone bellissime come City Life, facilmente raggiungibili. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, sempre pronti ad aiutare e a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. La mia esperienza è stata davvero ottima sotto ogni punto di vista, mi sono sentita a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un alloggio comodo, ben collegato e con un’accoglienza impeccabile.
• Martin (8/5): Generally a good experience- just a shame about the sofa bed and linen situation. - Location, spacious nature of the flat and the standard were generally very good. In and around the sofa bed was a little dirty. Plenty of crumbs plus a stain on the under sheet. Also the towels and bedding were hidden away in plastic bags in various cupboards- not sure why these could not be made more openly available.

• Asta (2/5): Kauhujen majoitusyö Milanossa - Pyykkikone oli ainut hyvä asia asunnossa. Naapurit, jotka tekivät remonttia viereisessä huoneistossa olivat mukavia, remonttimies päästi meidät varjoon portista läpi odottamaan sisäänkirjautumisohjeita ha antoivat vettä nestehukkaan sekä omistajat yrittivät auttaa seuraavana päivänä rikki olevan ulko-oven lukon kanssa Koko majoittuminen oli katastrofi. Meiltä yritettiin pyytää lisää rahaa etukäteen toisen sängyn petivaatteista, vaikka olimme maksaneet asunnon 4 hlö. Emme saaneet sisäänkirjautumisohjeita eikä majoittaja vastannut tuntikausiin. Kaupunkiveron maksaminen oli sekavaa ja bookingissa luki ettei lapsilta peritä, mutta jouduimme maksamaan geistä myös. Odotimme lähes 40 asteen kuumuudessa tunteja. Jouduimme tämän takia ottamaan kalliin taksin varasmaamme aktiviteettiin, koska emme ehtineet enää julkisilla. Asunnossa haisi tupakka. Olohuoneen levitettävä sohva oli rikki ja lasten selät tuli siinä yön aikana kipeäksi. Ulko-oven lukko oli rikki.
• Abigel (6/5): Great stay for two. Cute and spacious. - The apartment was very cute and spacious. It is located in a well-connected pleasant neighborhood. We even found a free parking street 5 min from there. The clear communication with guidelines provided was very appreciated. Air-conditioning was working properly both downstairs and upstairs. Equipped with a big fridge with freezer. I found totally unacceptable the sofa bed. No one should sleep on that. From the picture I took it doesn’t seem but the structure of the bed is really week and uneven. It doesn’t sustain the weight at all. I gave my feedback to the owners and I really hope they will change it if they keep renting it for 4 people.

• Silvy (2/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie dichtbij de snelweg. We hoopten op een efficiënte stop onderweg naar huis. Helaas kregen we een uitgebreide manual, waar normaliter appartementen ‘plug & play’ zijn. Eerst kregen we de elektra niet aan, de boiler stond uit en moesten we uitzoeken hoe aan te krijgen. Wel 1 warme douchebeurt, maar waren met 4. Het bed was gedekt, maar zonder laken/deken. De slaapbank boog ver door en leek alsof je in een stoel lag. Op de slaapbank zat een vieze molton met vlekken en we konden schoon beddengoed niet vinden. De dekens en kussens lagen opgefrommeld in de kast, zonder hoezen. Uiteindelijk hebben we ons eigen beddengoed van de kampeeruitrusting gepakt. Wat mij betreft teveel gedoe, deze stop.

• Anze (5/5): Passable - The apartment was nice, clean, and conveniently located. However, it is only suitable for two people. As a family of four, we were given an extra bed, which was so uncomfortable that I needed physiotherapy afterwards to fix my back. The team was very responsive during regular working hours, but unfortunately completely unresponsive when there was an issue with the next guests trying to enter the apartment 12 hours before their scheduled check-in.

• Helen (9/5): Very pleasant stay and we would stay there again - The property was very clean and well equipped. The bed linen and towels were white and well laundered. The air conditioning was very efficient. It was conveniently located close to the Segesta Metro station. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky to descend especially at night. The shower curtain was a bit discoloured and probably needed renewing.

• Rares (10/5): Overall enjoyable, I spend more time walking the streets of Milan than showering anyways. - The attic nook was cozy and the kitchen was perfect for quick meals once you get the hang of how to work the stove and oven. Maybe it was my ignorance, maybe it was the property, but I could not get any hot water whatsoever. Either way I turned the faucet it was ice cold, so I had to skip the shower the night of my stay. Also, be careful with the stairs, they're quite steep and make sure you leave a light on at night if you have to go down to use the restroom.
