• Konrad (9/5): - Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone und ist sehr nah an einem Grüngürtel gelegen. Vorteilhaft ist auch die Möglichkeit des kostenfreien parken in einer Tiefgarage. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und gut eingewiesen. Direkt gegenüber des Hauses ist ein gutes Restaurant und ein schönes Café für den morgendlichen Kaffee in der Sonne. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt!

Apartment comfortable and clean with good facilities. Theo was very kind and helpful including the loan of an umbrella on a rainy day! Nothing.

Η ανησυχια μου οφειλεται στο οτι πιθανοτατα αυτο δειχνει μια επιθυμια μικρης ενασχολησης με την καθαριοττητα του χωρου απο την πλευρα του ιδιοκτητη και εναποθεση των ελπιδων για καθαριοτητα στον χρηστη. Πολλες ηλεκτρονικες επικοινωνιες και πιεση ευγενικη μεν αλλα πιεση να ενημερωσουμε αν θα κανουμε check out νωριτερα απο τις 1100.

• Philine (10/5): Schöne und zentrale Unterkunft, die wir sehr weiter empfehlen können. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat zwei Balkone. Zu der einen Seite ist es etwas lauter, dafür ist man aber sehr gut angebunden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Nombreux commerces dans le quartier. Le vieux Nicosie est accessible à pied depuis le logement. Nous avons rencontré l'hôte, très sympathique, et qui avait eu la délicatesse de nous amener bouteilles d'eau et petits gâteaux locaux à notre arrivée.

It offers every possible comfort. It is located a short distance from the city center, which can be easily reached on foot. • Sandra (9/5): Cozy, comfortable stay at a great location! - We had a very comfortable stay at Cozy 2 Bdr Nicosia! Theo & team were great & responsive hosts! Spacious, bright and clean property in a lovely little neighborhood. Nice size living/dining room. New airconditionings installed throughout that heated well (our visit was beginning Feb :-)). Well equipped kitchen with a big fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine included. Also some cleaning/washing products & limited grocery items available which was a nice and welcoming touch. Decent bathroom. Good wifi. Good size smart TV. Two bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. Underground car park spot. And above all, an excellent location, close to the linear park (if you like walking) and Nicosia city centre. Highly recommended & we'll definitely come back. Describing what we didn't like is way too exaggerated; simply some suggestions for even further improvement: A small welcome package would have given an extra touch. Autogenerated e-mailing did not go 100% smooth (our fault). For us it would have been good to have a WhatsApp number available to be able to reach upon arrival. Bed in the MBR could ideally have been King Size, instead of Queen Size. The bedding, especially duvet cover, was bit tired/rough. Would have been great to have available in the cupboards an extra set of towels given our somewhat longer stay.

There is also coffee machine with capsules. Air conditioners are good and powerful, water heater is also fast There was only 2.6G WiFi

There was water, coffee, tea and milk and cookies in the kitchen waiting for us. Excellent wifi, TV with Greek channels but we liked it as well as the radio channels that we enjoyed listening in the morning. Lots of cafeterias in the proximity and the property is just a short walk (approx. 20 minutes ) away from the heart of Nicosia. Just a bit too much noise from the traffic in the street.
