MUHAMAD FAIZUL IRFAN (9/5): Recommended stay! - Good value for money. Just 10mins walk from Tengachaya train station. Quiet environment. The property is suitable to accommodate up to 5 adults max for everyone’s convenience. Hard trash collection and if need to change towel.

YUTA (8/5): スマート - 内装がとても綺麗で居心地が良かった。御手洗が2箇所あるので少し人数が多くても御手洗の取り合いになりにくい。チェックの受付やチェックアウトの受付が無いのでかなりスムーズな出入りができる。商店街近くに位置する施設なんですが、その手前辺りが少し暗いので夜間少し危険な点。民泊なので歯ブラシ、スキンケア用品などの消耗品が必要(※不満点ではなく事前に確認しておくべき項目)

Jeff (1/5): You’ve been warned. - Location They lied about the property, made it seem like you are getting one type of unit then put you in a tiny can. At the point you complain they blame you because they had switched it up, but even then there are not three futons in one room and not enough room even if there were, also it says a sofa is there but again it is not and no way you could fit one. I am mostly disappointed in the bait and switch and lack of accountability from the owners. I recommend another location.
Jeff (1/5): Be prepared to be misled! - Area I booked this unit months in advance because it was important to have nice accommodations, what was shown and listed was not what I received. It appears they have one nice unit they show off and once you book it you end up in a very small apartment. 2 bedrooms (both very small), none of the comforts like a sofa or spacious room. I contacted them immediately and was told I made the mistake, even when I showed them the information that was still posted to my account, they tried to offer me 5% back on a unit I booked for three weeks! If you don’t mind very small and people who misled you then I suppose this works but I was very disappointed. If it shows room for a sofa to rest and it’s listed and it’s not there and no room for one wouldn’t you believe it would be their responsibility to make that up to the customers who paid a lot of money for these accommodations?!
Júlia (10/5): Highly recommended - Very nice, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation. Just a few steps from a good supermarket, authentic local restaurants, and located in the middle of a small market. If you want to see what Japan is really like, you can experience it here. Public transportation is about a 10–15-minute walk away. So it's highly recommended and absolutely lovable. There was nothing negative at all.

The clothes drying rack was small The futon beds were thin Not enough chairs in for dinning table Location wasn't ideal Given that japans accommodation is quite small For 5 people it was very cramped
Edwina (1/5): Very bad. Avoid this place! - The guidebook from the host is very unclear. We have a huge problem opening the door as the guidebook did not say there’s 2 locks on the door and I had to feed my baby milk on the street at night. The place is dirty, there’s hair and dust on the floor, boogers on the walls. The unit is also filled with cigarette smell and masked with air fresheners. I feel very uncomfortable staying in this environment with my baby and we raised the issue to the host. Host repliedsaying he will find a solution but never reply me again. I would avoid staying in this place!
Zaure (8/5): Very good - the house is new. it was very clean. there were enough plates and cups. towels were new. a big shop to buy food and water was very close. metro is in 15 minutes walk distance. but you can get everywhere from it. there is direct airport line. two rooms need small table to put small items. we had to arrange everything on the floor
Kateřina (7/5): Good - The accommodation is in a quiet area and is fairly easy to reach. Communication with the host was good. The only remark is about the very thin mattresses for sleeping on the floor — this may not be suitable for everyone. Overall, I rate the stay positively.
Fitri (10/5): Amazing place , recommended , definitely will consider staying here again. - The home is so accommodating , i would say everything we need is there , i travel with my wife & 2 kids , the room we booked have 2 floors , 1st floor is the living room with dining tables , kitchen , 1 bathroom for shower & another for toilet bowl. There’s a 2 seater sofa & a single seater sofa & its comfortable. There’s a refrigerator , i would say its quite big , as we need storage for our cooking stuff , as for cooking , pans , pots are available & there’s enough plates , bowls , cups , forks & spoons. As for the 2nd floor , there’s 2 bedrooms , 1 is with a bedframe & sofa , the other is like a japanese style bedroom with 3 mattress , its is so comfortable. There another toilet bowl at the 2nd floor , so u dont need to go down when you need pee or poo. Nearby the home , there’s parking space , if you plan or remting a car like we do. Then there’s also a nearby supermarket , very convenient. The nearest train station is tengachaya station , there’s direct train to kansai airport , also just nearby the staion , there’s alot of shops , like supermarket , MacDonald , kfc , again very convenient. I would say the only thing we dont like is the distance to tengachaya station. Its about 850m. But hey we keep a positive mind , we treat like we exercising.

Clean, quiet, and very well equipped (washing machine/microwave/TV/refrigerator/air conditioner, etc.) I believe that if I come to Osaka again, I should continue to choose this host's house. At the same time, it was very easy to contact the landlord, who replied to all my questions very quickly.

The beds were nice and the host was very sweet and responded quickly. Highly recommend this place. There is a little coffee shop ran by an old lady that has the best coffee not a block away.
