• Richard (2/5): I don’t feel like we were treated that well with all that went wrong. I have been ignored multiple times. - Location was very good. Bedrooms were nice. For 2 days (we only booked for 3 nights) we didn’t have power. Bearing in mind you need power to get into the building. Also 3 floors of stairs in pitch black, my mum ended up falling over. One night I couldn’t get into the property and had to stay elsewhere. AC also wouldn’t work without electricity.

Staff were helpful with luggage minding on arrival day and departure day There phoned for a taxi for our transfer to airport The ‘5 minute walk’ is up hill and over cobbled roads. With heavy suitcases this was very tiring. The staff recognised the problem when it was suggested the hotel organise a buggy but shrugged their shoulders about following up on the recommendation . Older guests could struggle getting between the hotel reception where you pick up the codes and the apartments No flexibility on entry time to apartment Once through the elaborate code system to get the key there Estero stairs to the apartments with no lift available Apartment was dark and small. Not suitable for a long stay I. Rome Kitchen facilities are I. A cubbies which is pretty cramped to get to. No bottled water or small milk carton provided on arrival
• Bashayer (5/5): Passable - The apartment was good and new The location is good The rooms were small We found lashes and makeup on the bedding . I asked for it to change but they will send a cover. I insisted on changing it and they brought a new one. We had trouble getting to the location, since the real location was different from the one in Booking. We took an uber which was pricey for the very short trip, and we couldn’t find the apartment. When we arrived, the location was incorrect. We contacted them and they sent the address, which was the opposite direction from where we were. Once we arrived, we couldn’t get into the apartment or the building. The code didn’t work, and door won’t open. We contacted them again, and once we got into the building, we couldn’t find the apartment, because it had different number and letters on the door. We waited two hours until one of the staff came to help usr ( Islam ) . He was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

Very clean and great character. Had everything we needed They don’t tell you about the stairs getting up to the room. Carrying suitcases up that far without knowing.

• Christie (8/5): Lovely stay in central Rome - The apartment and entire building was very clean, and the location is excellent. The roof terrace was lovely. Key pick up via lock box as long as you submit passport details and credit card for tourist tax first. Easy to leave luggage at hotel reception close by after we vacated. The location was fantastic, we walked to all the attractions and there was a supermarket close by. Very close to the train station and metro. When we booked on Booking.com the photos shown are of a larger apartment. We specifically booked because there was an additional sofa bed, which we thought was in a lounge/dining area as we are sisters, not a couple. However, we only had one room and the sofa bed was in the bedroom. The 'kitchen' was in a cupboard in the hallway of the apartment and although very clean, was tiny and really only useful for the fridge and storing items, no room to cook. As the weather was good, we carried all food up to the roof terrace, but as no chairs or table in the apt itself, this would have been difficult if raining. It would not stop us booking again, but we were disappointed as we were expecting something else. The stairs to the apartment are tight and difficult with suitcases, so bear this in mind when booking.

• Brian (1/5): Dreadful experience - The location was very good and convenient The description of ‘superior apartment’ stated living room with separate bedroom. This was not the case. The sofa bed was in the one room. Travelling with adult family member - this was not appropriate. There was no dining table - no microwave, no ironing facilities - no washing machine as advertised. A clear misrepresentation - and consequently overpriced. On arrival we were advised that we had to go to the partner hotel to register. A ten minute walk away - not advised on booking. The apartment was on the third floor - with no elevator. The details as advertised by booking.com states that there is an elevator. Two of our party were elderly - and this together with no handrail on upper floor proved a challenge. Especially when moving suitcases. Two stairs within the apartment were also a handicap. Complaints logged to the hotel and booking.com have been ignored!, Certainly would never have booked this accommodation under the circumstances.
• Nicola (7/5): Comfortable but not for those with a heavy case. - Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable. Front desk services (10 minute walk away) were very good. It is not clear from the description that the apartments are a 10 minute walk from the hotel. This is where the luggage can be left, along with other services. The website does not make it clear that the apartments are all on the upper floors with numerous flights of stairs. We were on the 4th floor and the stairs gradually became narrower with no handrail. There is no lift.

• Kristian (5/5): Nice and clean room and the staff were excellent. - A modern clean room It was a difficult 10 minute walk away from the main hotel. There were 6 flights of stairs that we had to carry our cases up.
• Sainab (2/5): Not worth the price. - Pros: - Great location and a short walk from different sites - Friendly receptionist Cons: - you'll be very disappointed in the value for the money. This is simply an overpriced Airbnb without the cuteness or comfort of an Airbnb. - You need to walk 10 minutes to pick up keys to the apartment which isn't stated during booking. - There's no cleaning service no matter the length of your stay. For the price, I'd expect cleaning every other day or atleast a thrash can in the room. The only trash can is a tiny one in the bathroom. - The bed is painful. It's just springs. We stayed in room 3 which is supposedly a superior room and I woke up in pain every morning.

• Gent (7/5): Good - The location even tho ia on a hill, is great one with close to main rome attractions as well as public transport. The rooms are clean and comfy. Checkin and checkout was very easly, you have three options to pay city tax, I choose to do it on sitez it is a hotel 10 minutes walk from the property. There is no elevator to go to the room, and there are also two steps inside the rooms, so from the living room going to sleeping rooms you have a step to climb, this is not the best when you have children. The bathroom is a bist small and the showering water pressure is really low that makes it a chore.

Bathroom a little small but overall a great experience. I apartment was located farther away from the hotel which was a hike with luggage- I wished I had known so I could have prepared.

Property too small for 3 adults. Only 2 bath towels provided for 3 adults for a 4 night stay. We had to go to parent hotel to collect more towels and pillow slips for sofa bed. Good there was a pod coffee maker but would have been better if there had been facility for making tea. More hanging space required in the bathroom as there’s no space for putting toiletries/clothes/towels etc especially for 3 people.,stairs very steep, could a handrail be fitted all the way up ?
• Altai (1/5): Doesn't worth its price. One of the worst places we've ever been - The location is perfect. Good restaurants and cafes are 2 minutes by walk. I didn't realize how important the location is but it was very comfortable for us to travel through Rome. Wifi is fine. 1. When you book your room you will be asked to send you passport photos to some random email or via whatsapp. Alright, fine, but then you will be also asked to send you credit card details as well. I mean there is no way I will send my payment info to unknown people. They need your card to pay city tax. But I don't understand why can't I send them money directly via payment link or paypal. So if you don't want to share it you need to go to their other hotel (7 minutes by walk) and pay there. 2. When we opened the door we were welcomed by a horrible squeak noise. This is ruining the first impression. 3. There is no heating. You need to turn on the air conditioner and control the temperature. It's not safe to use the conditioner all day so I had to turn it off sometimes. Even at night. 3.1 And no heating in a bathroom as well. 4. We ordered a regular room but for some reason we got a room with a terrace. Ok, that's nice. The only problem is a door to the terrace doesn't work. You can't open it. I was afraid to break it so I didn't try to use all my force to move it. Luckily they have a public terrace which is 2 meters away. 5. In a shower stall there is sewer stench coming from a water drain. The smell is bad. We had to close it with a trash can, otherwise the whole room becomes smelly. 6. A shower handle has such a low pressure. You have like 10 small water streams. It's good to wash your finger but not your body. 7. Hot water doesn't work sometimes in the evening. Looks like they have a boiler. 8. Toilet rim is uncomfortable. It has a sharp edge inside so you might scratch your butt. 9. A lot of dust in the room. 10. No dishwashing stuff. No detergents or sponges 11. Only one socket fits a European plug (in the bathroom). Sockets near a bed are useless. 12. Someone smoked on a 3rd floor (on the landing) and we could feel it :( 13. No iron and ironing board (they lied they have it) 14.

• The (4/5): We chose this place based on booking rating, but I think it was overrated!! - Roof top was nice for spend time there, that was good that they had washing machine for use, but you need to have Loundry detergent by yourself, Cleaner lady was kind & helpful, Room size was ok for two person but uncomfortable for more, even they put some big parts of sofa bed in the closet, so we didn’t have enough space for our clothes,Tiny bathroom,there was not enough space for any movement, I didn’t have even small space for my comb. dishes & glasses was dirty, there was not any soup or dishwasher for plates, not trash bin in main hall,just one small in bathroom, there was not sleepers,
