• John (6/5): Not ideal. Not recommended. - The area of the accommodation was a good size. No hot water in a small sink in the shower room. Also, there was no provision to wash the dishes, etc.
• Angela (5/5): - Location Smelly, door to main room did no close or t lock. outside door had a hole so hand could reach & open it. Noise upstairs
• Robyn (6/5): We adapted, used our spare time walking the nearby beach. - Location was great we were able to use the bus to get everywhere we wanted. We found out on arriving from Perth WA there was no Kitchen sink and were expected to use the community laundry tub. We bought a bucket to wash our dishes. We were there 21 days helping a sick family member. One set of sheets, 2 tiny towels and no clothes dryer….it was storm season…… we had to buy more towels and a floor mat. Sometimes the huge screen TV would turn off if someone else was using a device upstairs, or music would suddenly start playing.

• Sharf (3/5): Deceptively advertised as a resort but only a holiday flat to the shame of booking.com. dece - Bathroom was small cubical with ultra tiny wash basin. No space for toiletries. Nowhere to wash up kitchen cooking pots/pans or plates, cutlery.

• Angela (6/5): Pleasant - Yes I did like it there but there was no cooking facilities so be prepared for that, the only complaint I had was that we had a few cockroachs in the apartment and I sent emails but got no reply but every thing else was good and Redcliffe is a lovely area and only down the street

• Ollenburg (10/5): was a wonderful stay. quiet, clean, cosy, nice location. exceeded my expectations. it was lovely! - the place was easy to access as per instructions on how to enter. the outside of the property was well maintained & the inside was above expectations. the location was wonderful, the area was quiet. the place was immaculate & provided everyday essentials unlike some properties i have stayed in. eg. salt & pepper, oil, more then 1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, toilet cleaner, coasters & table mats, washing powder & an airfryer i can not fault the place at all

• Trevor (9/5): The unit was very clean and comfortable. - There was no breakfast provided apart from coffee,tea, sugar & milk. However all dishes, jug, Toaster, fry pan etc supplied. Large TV, AC unit. I couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink tap,I had to boil the jug to put hot water into the sink so I could have a shave.
• Albert (1/5): Very, very disappointed in the property, Never again!! - Location was reasonable. The Unit 5/14 Margaret Street, Scarborough,Qld. was NOT what it seemed like as advertised on Booking.com. We were disappointed with everything from cheap cutlery to slipping over on 'board walk' ( I am 72 yo)taking re-cylables to full bin!! No hot water in shower room tiny basin, broken toilet brush, no exhaust fan in shower room or toilet, no sink in "kitchenette", no electrical items were tag and tested, Fire extinguisher has never been tested, had a false cross dated April 2019!! A 37 point list of sub-standard items was sent to Cherisse (whoever he/she is) with no acknowledgement. Manager Kylee was very helpful and did what she was able. This place was like backpacker acommmodation at almost $200 per night.
• Sonia (7/5): Good - Large room, Comfortable bed & lounge, large Tv. Bathroom sink very small with no hot water. Had to use commmunal laundry trough to wash face, dishes etc. On-street parking only.
• Simkins (7/5): Good location - Perfect location for visiting friends nearby. Close to beach. Almost lower ground floor, overlooked. Big screen TV didn't work. Not well laid out.

• Mark (7/5): Excellent location, and very comfortable 👏🤩 - The location was excellent; the car parking was hit and miss, and really the only thing we could fault the room on was not having a kitchen sink. Other than that, it was very comfortable and a really good sized space. See above comment. Car parking and no kitchen sink.
• Cherie (7/5): Good - Perfect location, everything you need, large tv, comfortable bed, quiet, modern, reasonably priced. Spotless clean other than the floor needed sweeping but everything else perfect 👌 Floor wasn't swept and mopped properly but that's all but it's ok. As It didn't take much to sweep it up.
