• Himanshu.sharma (3/5): Carry your own kettle etc as property will offer only the room & no assistance at all.Good location. - The Location. I was there for one night and reached the property really late. Due to bad weather and heavy rain i caught cold and was unable to swallow or breathe. All i needed is hot water to drink and take medicine. The room is bare minimum with just bed, totally empty cupboard and Towel in the bathroom thats it. I contacted them multiple times at night on Booking.com and received no response at all, despite there being no staff available in the building. Even in the morning, my messages were not answered, the only way I could reach them was by calling around 9:00 am (only after i found the no. Somewhere mentioned at the ground floor) . Their response was not helpful and, frankly, inappropriate. Telling a guest to drink hot water from a bathroom tap is not an acceptable solution. Hot tap water is generally not considered safe for drinking, as it can contain contaminants from plumbing or bacteria from water systems. So no, it is not safe in Germany. Additionally, when I asked for alternative options near their guesthouse, which is located in a small town, where I might be able to get hot water, there response was very rude. Instead of offering help or directing me to a nearby solution, there tone came across as condescending. Furthermore, they chose to send another computerized message on Booking.com stating "There entire team is very happy to host (in reality There was not even one staff in the building) and can't wait for me to come again" instead of responding directly to my existing messages, even though it was clearly stated that I needed assistance due to health reasons. Best of all the owner lies big time by saying that his wife offered to help me over my texts in the morning (screenshot attached- zero help) & tried to approach me in the morning after my text but I was no where to be found another lie, as I left the place at 11am 😂. This situation shows a complete lack of basic support and communication for guests.

• Katja (7/5): - Sehr angenehme Matratzen, breites Doppelbett Zimmer waren kalt, obwohl die Heizkörperthermostate 23° anzeigten. Auf Rückfrage hierzu wurde sofort reagiert (Entlüften der Heizkörper, zusätzliche Decken). Das Fenster gegenüber dem Bett liess sich nicht verdunkeln.

• Markus (8/5): Schöner Kurzurlaub an der Mosel. - Schöne Lage und schönes Zimmer. Die Betten waren bequem und es gab einen Selbstbedienungskühlschrank mit Getränken und gutem Wein. Frühstück konnte man zubuchen für 12€ pro Person. Hier habe ich nur Yoghurt vermisst. Draußen gibt es eine schöne Terrasse zum Sitzen. Nichts.

• Sabine (5/5): - Das Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und das Einchecken unkompliziert. Die Bad-Einrichtung, vor allem die Armaturen, waren sehr veraltet. Beim Waschbecken fehlte die Mischdüse, sodass das Wasser überall hingespritzt ist.

• Rainer (9/5): Entspannung pur bei tollem Preis - Sensationelles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Dass es das noch gibt an der Mosel. Gilt auch für das nachbuchbare Frühstück. Getränkekühlschrank im Flur auf Vertrauensbasis. Restaurant knapp 100 Meter entfernt direkt gegenüber vom Yachthafen. Räder in separater Garage mit Strom untergebracht. Gemütliche Sitzecke vorm Haus, um bei einem Schoppen Wein den Tag Revue passieren zu lassen. Es fehlte an nichts.

• Radoslava (10/5): TOP 👍 10 LAGE , PREIS , GASTGEBERN , SELBST CHECK IN , ONLINE ZAHLUNG - A wonderfully quiet place in a peaceful residential area, just a two-minute walk from the Moselle river and surrounded by lots of greenery and hiking trails. Only about 8 km from Burg Ehrenstein, it’s the perfect stopover for a night or longer. Restaurants can be found nearby, yet the setting remains calm and relaxing. Everything was very easy – even the digital check-in went smoothly and without any complications. The rooms are clean, breakfast is optional, and the hostess is extremely friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommended!🌈😉

We had a room with a balcony which was a good size and had a nice view. Room very clean and comfortable even with old fashioned furniture. Bathroom was modern and clean. Good buffet spread for breakfast. Lovely little terrace downstairs with plenty of seating. I would stay there again. Creaky floors. We went during very hot weather so the rooms were very hot, needed a fan.

The only thing I was missing are extra power outlets to be able to charge the phone and keep the bed table light on. The host said that this will be fixed in a durable way in the future, since the power splitters they had in the past got stolen by guests.

• Cindy (10/5): Traditional, Cosy, and Tranquil - The location is fantastic - easy to find and easy to get to. Checkin is automated and was easy to execute. There is a tasty restaurant just 30m from the guest house that serves traditional German food. We chose a river view room without a balcony. It had the afternoon shade and was large and comfortable. It was nice to have multiple pillows. Breakfast was well-organized with plenty of options.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Family hotel on hiking routes - A great family hotel, convenient for many hikes. Rooms are bright and nicely done. The. Hotel sells cold drinks and breakfast for 8 euros. From the hotel it’s a 35 minutes walk to the Ehrenburg.
• Johanna (10/5): - Die Pension liegt zentral Zwischen Cochem und Koblenz. Unser Zimmer hatte alles was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber und die Matratze war sehr gut. Die Pension liegt sehr ruhig und bietet Parkplätze an. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
• Zoé (8/5): Nous reviendrions bien ! - Super endroit où l'on pourrait sans autre séjourner plusieurs jours dans un environnement agréable au bord de la Moselle. Les propriétaires sont gentils et il y a possibilité d'acheter de la bière ou du vin de la région. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne donne pas la note maximale, c'est que le check in était à 10h et qu'il y avait du bruit le matin, radio etc pour le déjeuner. La douche passe aussi facilement du chaud au froid sans que l'on puisse l'en empêcher.
