• Ross (3/5): Very poor, didn’t feel safe, didn’t sleep - The only thing I can say that we liked about the property was the location for what we needed. Close to places we wanted to go to, Hyde park, royal Albert hall, Harrods Please read all this review and look at some pictures I took, can only upload 4 pictures but it could help you before you book. To start off with we was messaging before our stay about a late check out or luggage storage on our last day as our train wasn’t till late at night which they said would be ok but had to confirm 2 days before we check in which then it changed to 1 day before, the day before the money was paid we still got told it would be ok only for the morning after when the money had been taken out of my bank I received a message back tracking saying we can’t and had to check out at the usual time even though there wasn’t anyone due in that day. When we got there we went to the souvenir shop to collect the key like we was told only to find out that the shop was closed and empty and that they had moved so we had to find out ourselves that it had moved further down the street. We collected the key from there and went to the apartment/flat it wasn’t great to look at from the outside and wasn’t inside where the lift is either. We got out of the lift on the floor we was staying and it didn’t look any better either. The door didn’t feel secure and it rattled. Inside is very very tired nothing like the images they show. There is tiles hanging off the wall in a bathroom, tiles cracked, cupboards damaged and old, walls cracked, the balcony door didn’t look like it was safe and secure, bathroom door doesn’t close you have to put something behind it to keep it shut, at 1 point we only had cold water to shower or at the sink. Every room was boiling to the point we had to put fans on because there isn’t a thermostat to turn it down or off. A train track is right at the bottom of the balcony and all you can hear is trains going past until 2am then again from 6am they even wobble the room. Other side the main road is constantly loud from traffic.

Расположение очень удобное, до метро буквально несколько минут пешком. В квартире было все необходимое: полностью оборудованная кухня, посудомоечная и стиральная машина. В ванной был набор необходимых вещей (ватные палочки, тампоны, зубной набор и т.д.) на случай если мы что-то забыли, это очень мило. Спальни удобные, в квартире было достаточно тепло. Возможно не помешал бы косметический ремонт, особенно в ванной комнате. Из минусов: относительно шумные соседи, но в Лондоне так практически везде.

• Susan (8/5): Lovely apartment in a brilliant location - Brilliant location for us, and apartment had every gadget and amenity you could ask for. A good size and clean and tidy. The stairway and common areas were shabby with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This did not drift into the apartment. The apartment was very warm, and the provided fans were needed to try to keep the temperature at an acceptable level.

• Helle (8/5): Big appartment in Kensington - The location of the appartment is good, because it is close to the Gloucester underground station. Also close to several supermarkets and restaurants. Easy to pick up the key a little bit further down the road. The appartment has two nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Grace, the hostess, provided a very high level of service and communication allready from the booking. There was a cleaning mistake at the check inn, but Grace fixed it withinn minutes. She made is feel looked after throughout the whole stay. The traffic noise was a bit to much for our taste. Cromwell Road on one side and a train on the other side. The stairway leading up to the appartment needs cleaning but Grace allready informed about that beforehand.
• Tessa (8/5): Excellent location and very comfortable - This is a great location to base a visit to London. With three of us it was a bonus to have two bathrooms and the standard of linen and towels was excellent, lovely big fluffy towels. The thoughtful basket of items was a delightful surprise and as we arrived in an unseasonable heatwave the fans were much appreciated! We had a couple of issues but Grace was very quick to respond to communication. Unfortunately both showers had tap issues for some reason. We reported this and we hope they will be fixed for the next guests.
• Michelle (9/5): Perfect location for a weekend break in London - Perfect location for central london. Few minutes walk to tube station and shops. Very clean and tidy and has all the things you need. The property owners were super attentive, let us drop our luggage early and we’re always available for questions. Could get a bit warm as some of the windows couldn’t stay open but that was a minor fault.
• Williams (10/5): Exceptional - Grace was a lovely host. She answered our questions almost immediately. Our flight arrived late and she made arrangements for us to check in late. We were even able to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout. The apartment is in a great location near 3 underground liines, many restaurants and cafés. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the showers were hot. We would definitely stay here next time we visit London.
