The room was immaculate, cozy, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a great stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. • Inga (8/5): Excellent location on the Gold Coast - The location is excellent, everything is in a walking distance. We loved the size of the apartment and the amenities. The host was super friendly and nice. I wish I would have known beforehand that the apartment was not cleaned the whole week that we were there. We ran out of toiletpaper, had to wash the towels and take out the trash. We also ran out of trash bags. In stead of offering all the cute and thoughtful amenities (shampoo, hand sanitizer, sparkling, crackers etc) I would rather prefer a cleaner at least every three days- just to give us new towels, and see if there was something missing- maybe make the beds. Note that you can't storage luggage if you have later flight.
• Matt (10/5): - The apartment and facilities are very well kept. The host was exceptional in checking in and providing quick responses to our enquiries re early check-in. Couldn't ask for more. The lifts servicing the building could be slow at times but hardly an issue.

• Rachaelle (10/5): All the little things count 😍 - The Bellagio@Chevron was located in a perfect spot for accessing all the fun activities, delicious restaurants and everything needed in the heart of Surfers Paradise. 5mins walk to the beach front. It's set up so well and doesn't feel like a sterile hotel room/apartment. It's got character and Chiara has thought of lots of comfort items to help ensure you have a great stay. The lagoon pool on level 6 was amazing! We spent lots of time swimming and there was heaps of room for many families to enjoy time together. The Coles supermarket was literally just on the ground floor which made getting supplies easy and convenient. The games room for kids was like a timezone with pool, air hockey and many more games which our children enjoyed. The apartments views were wonderful and sitting out on one of three balconies each day was glorious! You can just follow the sunshine around during the day. Would highly recommend the Bellagio@Chevron for families. Chiara was an exceptional host, and very responsive to anything needed. It's clear she values the apartment and genuinely wants others to enjoy this wee slice of paradise as well. Thank you so much for having us. It was all wonderful, absolutely no issues.

We also loved how clean and how well equipped the apartment was! All the extras saved us buying them! Definitely I will rebook again! The host so friendly and helpful we were actually late due to the plane, but notified chiara and we had it all sorted! Thanks again!! If you want a well priced apartment with everything at your door step this is the one!! My daughter has never had as many açaí bowls in her life but having the stores so close, treat everyday! Also balconies not one but three make it extra special having breakfast or a cuppa outside was beautiful! Coles just to level 1 amazing!! Can’t say enough for anyone with a family or couple go stay here!!! Nothing!

• Kylie (10/5): A fabulous apartment in the heart of Surfers Paradise. - Chiara & Liz we’re both so helpful & went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The room was so clean, comfortable and well thought out with everything you need and more. It’s in a great location, central to Surfers Paradise. We parked our car on day 1 and we’re able to walk or use teams for the 5 days of our stay. Free parking was also appreciated. The beds were really comfy! The pools were beautiful and it was a great place to relax. Nothing.

The unit was great, we didn’t have any issues.

Loved that each room had a balcony to go out onto. Had great views over the Nerang River. Close to public transport and Cavill Avenue was a short walk away. Loved that Coles was underneath the unit. So convenient. Medical Centre, Pharmacy and newsagent were also underneath. Chiara was a very considerate host with clear instructions. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you. Nothing! This was the best in terms of quality,modern renovation and the hosts communication,generosity and helpfulness was something I've never experienced. Didn't stay long enough.

The location was perfect, the complex was very easy to access and it was very secure. There's really nothing I can fault, it had absolutely everything we needed.

• Jake (8/5): Comfortable - The amenities (pools mostly) were amazing. My host was lovely and always checked in to make sure everything was okay. The apartment provided us with separate beach towels and other appliances to make the stay more comfortable. There was a couple of cleanliness/maintenance issues in the bathroom. The floor was a bit dirty and the toilet seat was loose. We were unable to replace the two single beds with a double bed and the mattresses used for the single beds were too springy and hard to sleep on because of the movement. There were too many small items and furnishings around the property which made the property feel a lot smaller/cluttered (we ended up removing a lot of pillows, throws and moving some items to make our stay more comfortable) I also didn’t like how the bathroom connected to the main bedroom via a second door

• Avril (9/5): Superb - This apartment was fabulous! Beautifully renovated. A fantastic location, with Cole’s downstairs making it super convenient. But also close to the beach and other attractions and restaurant’s. Chiara goes out of her way to make sure everything is ok for you and I loved the extra touches such as having baking paper cling wrap and oil etc. Thing’s that you often only need a small amount of but unless you bring all that with you end up having to buy whilst there. A really enjoyable stay had by us all. Wonderful sunsets too Thanks Chiara As per other guests the traffic can be rather noisy but that’s to be expected with the location so nothing at all against the property

It is modern, fresh and has been recently renovated to induce that beachy feel holiday. Great taste in furnishing. The owner was a delight to deal with despite not being local. Questions and texts were answered in a heartbeat. Instructions to access the apartment were clear and easy to follow. Been holidaying in this location for decades and this apartment is without doubt the best we've experienced for the money. We will definitely book again. There was nothing not to like, the owner had covered everything and more.

• Bill (9/5): Had a great time apartment was clean and everything was central - The apartment was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Everything was at your fingertips like a supermarket down stairs and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We definitely book this apartment again. It can get a little noisy from all the traffic noise especially at night when you wanted to go to sleep even with the sliding doors closed but that is expected because of location. Also the parking was a little confusing at first but you get to learn it quickly.

Chloe still met us and after the agreed time and showed us to the apartment. She was so friendly and welcoming to us.
