• Francesco (5/5): Foto belle non reali - Sicuramente la posizione ottimale a pochi passi dalla metro Kayabacho La struttura in foto si presenta diversa rispetto alla realtá,la dimensione alla fine non è male considerando gli standard di Tokyo. Partendo dal bagno,simile a quelli dei camper,mancanza di uno specchio grande e di una presa di corrente.la struttura ti offre un solo asciugamano per due persone per la doccia per dieci giorni,e uno a testa per il viso. Abbiamo richiesto altri asciugamani che ci hanno dato dopo 3 giorni di richieste continue,ma essendo sempre piccoli e gli altri ormai si erano impuzzolentiti(essendo bagnati e non potendosi asciugare facilmente) alla fine erano poco sufficenti per asciugarsi. Il letto la prima sera che siamo rientrati si è spaccato!alla fine sono venuti a ripararlo il giorno dopo,e in questo é stato molto gentile lo staff!! Per quanto riguarda l'insonorizzazione,i clienti nella camera a fianco o chi ci vive,bussavano continuamente,anche se parlavamo piano. Hanno una parete nella camera dove si trova il letto,completamente vuota,dove magari ci starebbe bene,un bello specchio grande dove vedersi a figura intera,magari anche una bella tv, e qualche mensola per poggiare gli oggetti,piuttosto che avere un tavolino con due sedie che occupano troppo spazio! Gli armadi ci sono,e la cucina per chi la usa,è piccola ma funzionale(un pó sporca) La struttura dispone di asciugacapelli e ciabattine da camera(che peró erano rovinate) La prima mattina fortuna ci siamo svegliati presto e lavati,perchè dalle 8.30 è venuta a mancare l'acqua per manutenzione(magari un avviso potevano lasciarlo)e di questo non incolpo nessuno! Lo spazio per lasciare i bagagli nella "hall" è troppo piccolo,quindi una volta arrivati,conviene sperare di avere la camera libera e lasciarli li! Non riesco a dare un voto nè alto nè basso perchè la persona che gestisce è gentile.

• IIN (8/5): Quiet, well-located, responsive host—great for short stays in Tokyo if you’re comfortable with compact layouts - The location is excellent. Close to subway stations, making it convenient to get around. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Despite being in a busy area, the place is quiet and peaceful. The amenities are good and well-maintained, including a water boiler, microwave, and washing machine, all of which worked well. The host is very responsive and communication was smooth. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. The room is quite small, which is expected for Tokyo. The bed could be more comfortable. The closet at the back cannot be fully opened due to the bed placement. It would also be helpful if the stove had a cover to create more counter space, and if a drying rack were provided.
• Vig (1/5): No Internet Connection - In the description of the property there was misleading information, that it has free wifi. When I arrived at the property, I found out there is no internet, the owner said it's not working. Disappointed, I left the place and I had to find another place to stay. Although I didn't actually stay at the property, I did not get my money back and Booking.com's Customer Service refused to refund the money I have paid for the service that was NOT provided! They still charged me the FULL price.

The location was very convenient, close to the station and surrounded by many convenience stores. The owner was also very responsive. Overall, we had a good stay! The only thing I didn’t like was that the closet was dusty. When I took a pillow from there, there was some dust on it. Other than that, everything was fine and we had a comfortable stay.

• Masumi (10/5): Excellent - Fantastic location and property for an amazing price. Two train stations within easy walking distance, with one going to Tokyo Disneyland, both going to Tokyo station ( generally recommend taking the train from Hachobori). We walked to the Pokémon centre, then to Tokyo station easily. It suited our family of three, but we travel quite light ( if you have large suitcases you will have to be a bit creative or organized). The room is small by Australian standards but typical of Japanese apartments, the futon which you pull out is a bit firm for adults but it wasn’t a problem for the kids. The bed was comfortable for me. I could do the laundry in the evening and the clothes would dry overnight in the bathroom (incredible). Lots of food options closeby and lots of convenience stores. It had everything we needed and was very functional. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing for us but as mentioned above if you need a lot of space make sure you check the specifications.

The location was excellent near the train station that has many lines in it, you can go anywhere in Tokyo. Also the services near the apartment are very good even at night 👍. The washing machine was good and you could put your clothes drying on the balcony. Bed was a little uncomfortable, and the apartment was a little bit dirty when we first arrived but the owner took care of the cleaning service very fast.

Shabby and poor in comparison to the other 7 bookings we had in Japan. Lack of very basic items such as coffee/yea cups and a bath mat. Asked for these but answer was sorry these are not supplied. No TV.

Only a 20 min walk to Tokyo train station if you need a bigger station for day trips Mattress was really uncomfortable with the springs digging in. I would say it comfortably fits two adults rather than three. It felt like a tight squeeze and we had a young baby.

• Layci (8/5): Small, great for a place to sleep - The location was close to JR Hatchobori Station, so it was easy to access with public transportation. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is very firm, but that is not bad for everyone. The apartments are quite small, so I would not recommend spending time in them.

Na 3 osoby naprawde jest ciężko. Bardzo mało miejsca. Po rozłożeniu materaca, zostaje maly skrawek podłogi do przemieszczania się. Brakowało nam małego ręcznika, który byłby do wytarcia rąk w kuchni czy toalecie.

Close to stations: Both Kayabacho and Nihonbashi stations are within walking distance, and since both are transfer stations, multiple subway lines are accessible from them. 2. Quiet surroundings: While a garbage truck occasionally makes a beeping noise early in the morning, the area is generally quiet. 3. Cooking is possible: The accommodation is equipped with a microwave and a gas stove. 1. You can’t make any noise: The walls between units are extremely thin. Not exaggerating—if you make even the slightest noise, the neighbor will knock on the wall. During our 5-day stay, it seemed like the neighbor never left, and we heard knocking every time—even when a baby cried or we had a quiet conversation. We were never being loud. My wife was stressed from not being able to make any noise in the room, took it out on me, and it affected everyone’s mood during the entire trip. 2. Poor cleanliness: Upon arrival, there was a lot of hair in the bathtub, and even the bedroom corners had hair. Cleaning was clearly not done thoroughly, so we had to clean the place ourselves right after checking in. 3. Only three towels provided: Despite staying for 5 days, only 3 towels were initially provided, and we were told that getting more would be difficult. After we pointed out the hygiene issue, the host provided one more set, but since we used one as a foot towel, it was still far from enough. 4. Bathroom sink doesn't drain well: The sink fills up with water while washing your hands. When we contacted the host, we were told, “That’s just how it is.” It fills up quickly, making it almost impossible to brush your teeth at the sink. 5. Hard to find the key: Despite reading the host’s instructions carefully, the part about turning the round lever "left" or "right" was confusing. I asked whether that meant clockwise or counter-clockwise, but only received copy-pasted answers that didn’t clarify the issue. 6. Smaller than expected: I judged the space based on the size listed on booking.com. I knew accommodations in Tokyo are small, but this one felt especially cramped. I chose it because the size appeared larger than others, but it turned out that the measurement included unnecessary space like the hallway and shoe storage area.

The place is small but it would be ideal for a couple. The host was also very nice and communicative. The walls are kinda thin so we could hear the neighbor's alarm go on for over an hour every morning... Also, the place is ideal for 2 people but a bit crowded for three. They have fouton but it's still kinda small for three people.

Communication with the owner was also excellent and I received prompt replies. The bed could be more comfortable. Also the curtains are thin and the room was very bright at 5:00am.

• Che (10/5): Exceptional - If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tokyo, this place will be your top choice. First of all, although the space is not large, it is definitely much more spacious than a hotel room. It’s conveniently located near Kayabacho Station, making it easy to reach any major Tokyo attractions. In fact, you can even get to Disneyland in less than 30 minutes. Even better, the closest subway exit to the accommodation has an elevator for easy access. The room and bathroom both have heating, and the kettle and utensils here are the cleanest I've ever seen (my wife and I traveled around Europe for four months last year). If you need to do laundry during your long trip, there’s a washing machine here, which saves you the trouble. I rarely write accommodation reviews, but I genuinely recommend this place. Next year, I’ll be participating in the Tokyo Marathon again, and I’ll stay here for sure.

Bathroom was old and stained, bedroom was so tiny there was no room to move around the bed (also we payed for three people and got just a two people bed) Kitchen was old and rusted.

There’s so little space that you can barely move your feet around the bed. Bathroom was near “okay” but old and stained everywhere. Kitchen was unusable: rusted and very old. Light in bedroom was broken and stayed blue-ish all the time.
• Nur (1/5): horrible experience. - nothing. host misadvertised the facilities. came in and realised there is no washing machine and a fridge. the whole point of booking an apartment was to cook, and not having fridge is very disappointing. i had to change hotels. host agreed to a refund at first but now is non-responsive. please avoid this place.

Bathroom had a lot mould growing on walls and roof . Should not be open for guests until this is sorted . The cost of the stay per night plus taxes and cleaning fee is very high for what you get

• Chiu-yen (8/5): A good bargain to stay in the center of Tokyo city - 1. Locates in a very quiet place, easy to reach and convenient to take subways. 1. Room is much smaller than the photos with a small mirror in the bathroom only. Not so convenient for ladies for the makeup, hair and dress up. 2. The host kept us waiting for the key on the ground floor for an hour. She/he said we can put our luggages after 11am, but once we reached there, the key wasn't in the mailbox and she/he didn't reply the message in time. 3. Not be able to provide the taxi booking services.
• Taehyoung (3/5): I would not recommend this place - It had a working bidet. Many things didn’t work including floor heater, bathroom vent, toilet vent. I had to ask the host multiple times for the wifi information. The bed was very squeaky and loud just for a little movement. The mattress and bed sheet quality was normal. No fridge, no microwave, too crowded for 3 people.

• Scott (9/5): Superb - The location was great, right next to the subway and in a nice quiet area. The room was clean and facilities were good. Complimentary coffee and tea would be nice considering the price. Communication was excellent. Room was smaller than expected but wasn't an issue for two. Nothing.

• Tamae (8/5): A good space on the central Tokyo for a short visit - The location was great - very close to various transport and on a relatively quiet street. The room was in an adequate size and generally clean. The equipments in the kitchen are very basic. The wifi wasn’t working (the host only told me it was out of order after I checked in ), which was very inconvenient.
