• Cummins (9/5): Very relaxing, peaceful location in a clean, well equipped apartment in a great location. - Apartment was exactly as specified and in a really good location. Even though we had issues with the heating, the Hosts came out within 45 mins on a Sat evening to provided alternative heaters, you can't ask for much more. All in all an excellent apartment hosted by excellent Hosts. Yiota even provided essentials such as bread, milk, fruit and wine for our arrival, which was extremely thoughtful. Obviously would have been better if the heating was working but these things happen and the alternatives provided were totally adequate. Nothing else to comment on.
• Steve.1 (9/5): Lovely villa and pool area. - This is the second time we have stayed here and just as good the second time, Peiya is less touristy than the main Coral Bay strip so is nice and not too busy. Lovely Villa, well equipped with two en-suite doubles and a nice balcony. Outside the swimming pool area is great. A short walk to two little supermarkets and a few bars and restaurants/take-aways. Nothing, all good.

L appartement était impeccable, d une propreté irréprochable et le calme ambiant a rendu notre séjour plus agréable encore. Mention spéciale pour l équipement, tout a été pensé pour le confort du voyageur, du matériel moderne à la literie de qualité. La localisation est idéale que ce soit pour les balades, les restaurants, les plages ou les visites. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir et nous quittons ce lieu, à regrets. Merci pour cette belle expérience ! La place de parking est appréciable mais elle est assez petite et la voiture doit être d un petit gabarit pour manœuvrer.
• SlowCoffe (10/5): A wonderful apartment to explore Cyprus! - Yiota was a great host, she was there to wait for us on our arrival, to hand the keys in person and to give us advice, which was all very useful. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it really suited our needs to have two bedrooms, which were both really comfy and clean. The air-conditioning, which can be set independently in each room, was also great for us, since one of us liked the room cooler than the other. I was combining work meetings with holidays and I found everything that I needed in the apartment, from an iron with an iron board, to a pair of beach umbrellas and beach towels, thank you for those! We enjoyed a lot the evenings at the terrace with magnificent views to the sea and the stars, and the days at the spotless swimming-pool. We did not mind to be a bit further away from the most tourist areas, because we prefer a quiet neighbourhood, and with the rental car we could easily reach all the sightseeing and the beaches that we wanted to visit. We really hope to come back! There was really nothing that we would change, we were really satisfied with the apartment and Yiota's kindness!

• Buglass (5/5): Passable - Owners were pleasant &helpful inside apartment was very good. All you would need for meals E.T.C. was there, positioned well for Sun. 4 flights of stairs, never realised or was told that this apartment was top floor & no lift. I have had 4 operations renewing Hips &Knees & you will have no idea how painful it was carrying suitcases & everything else up & down stairs to the point a neighbour from 1 floor below took pity & carried my shopping up & then my suitcases down when we left. I honestly did not want to go out of the apartment as I knew I would have to climb those stairs again. I am 73 years my wife same age she has 1 active lung & suffered a Stroke during covid. The Television was only tuned into Netflix & Prime you could only get Netflix if you brought your pin number E T.C. with you from England. So we had prime third rate at best programmes I fealt like a prisoner in someone else's home.
• Sandra (9/5): Fabulous apartment. - It’s a lovely apartment in a small very quiet complex with a pool and gym. Beds are comfy, kitchen well equipped and hosts are very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you. View of the sea from the balcony was just perfect. You ideally need a car to get about. There’s a lot to see! The Troodos mountains and wineries are well worth a visit. Nothing.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay at Eleona's Royal Garden's Very stylish living /dining area great kitchen with everything you need and more Bedroom's were both lovely. It was one of the nicest holiday home's we have stayed in and will definitely go back 😀 😄 😊 The only thing we didn't like was coming home 😪 The apartment is stunning 😍
• Karen (10/5): Can’t wait until our next stay! - What a treat to book with such a professional owner! Yiota was a lifesaver when we arrived and had some issues with a car rental. The rental is immaculate, everything you would need and more. Starter package of food supplies were so appreciated! Unit cleaning halfway through our stay was amazing. Pool is large and beautiful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. No question we will stay here again when we return.

• Barbara (10/5): Helpful hosts and clean comfortable apartment with beautiful pool. - As everyone has said, Ellie and Yiota are wonderful hosts, quick to respond and go out of their way to help and ensure you have a good stay. It was great to be offered a late check out at no extra cost and to receive a generous welcome pack with wine and coffee for the machine. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful with beautifully maintained garden areas.The indoor pool was not heated while we were there but it didn't matter because the outdoor pool was so inviting. Cool to get in initially, but perfect for swimming in mid April. We usually had the pool to ourselves. We made good use of the modest gym The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed including beach towels and dressing gowns. One of the best things was the balcony. There was always some light and shade and it was very relaxing for eating outside. There were a couple of good local restaurants only a short walk away and the village is a twenty minute walk up the hill with a good selection of restaurants. Coral Beach is about 40 minutes walk. There was nothing to dislike but you do need a car. There is. good parking but it's a bit tight.

• Steve.1 (8/5): Nice apartment on a nice little complex. - Excellent host who met us in Coral Bay and gave us a lift to the property. Great apartment, all the facilities you need to cook and a nice complex with a good pool You really need a car if you stay here, there are a couple of small local shops within walking distance but you need a car to get to the big supermarket in Coral Bay.
• Monica (10/5): Perfect place for a family holiday. Very well equipped property. - Yiota & Ellie appartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and located in very nice complex. Good location if you want to stay in Paphos/Peyia area. Easy walk to Coral Bay, lots of coffee shops, eateries on the way to the beach. Host greeted us when we arrived, she is very friendly and responsive. Kitchen was full of fresh fruits, snacks, food for breakfast. She also gave us very good restaurant recommendations in the area and in Latchi. We visited 4 different places from her list and they were all very good! Easy check in and check out. Easy parking. Safe and lovely place for holiday stay.
• Sandra (10/5): Highly recommended, great apartment & location. - What a lovely apartment – very clean, spacious & comfortable with all mod cons! Yiota, most thoughtfully, supplied all we could need, from a welcome food pack to linen, toiletries, shopping bags, beach towels, board games, dressing gowns, kitchenware, – the list goes on. The air con & appliances worked really well, the TV is enormous & has Netflix. The bed is super comfortable. There’s a drinking water tap which saved us having to buy & carry bottled water - an unexpected bonus. Yiota kept in touch from the moment we booked via Whats App/ Booking.com app & was there to meet & show us around when we arrived & when we left – plus she responded quickly by Whats App/SMS when we had an enquiry. She told us that she greets all her guests regardless of their arrival time – it was much appreciated as we arrived after dark. There are great views of hills on one side & of the pool & sea from the spacious balcony. We really enjoyed using the gym. The pool is wonderful, there are plenty of sunbeds & parasols –it was seldom busy we sometimes had it to ourselves ! Our rental car had a very poor turning lock – so it was tricky getting in & out of the garage which is a bit tight - but plenty of space in the allocated parking space – just next to the stairwell entrance leading directly to the apartment on the 2nd (top) floor. It’s about 5 minutes in the car to the main supermarket & Coral Bay beach area, 20 minutes to Paphos - ideal location. Whilst we tend to try different holiday destinations each year, we would certainly return to Eleonas if we visited Cyprus again – highly recommended & good value. Thank you Yiota !

• Karen (10/5): Fabulous luxury apartment - Just returned from a fabulous stay at Eleona’s Royal Gardens by Yiota. It really was a home from home stay hosted by Yiota who met us when we arrived and works very hard to make your stay the best it can be. Yiota’s communication is excellent, starting before you arrive, keeping in touch with instructions and messages. The apartment is spotless, all fixtures and fittings are of high quality. Lovely touches provided from welcome pack, pool/beach towels, hairdryer, ironing facilities. Excellent balcony with seating for eating and relaxing with a lovely view. The grated complex is very well maintained, with a beautiful pool, allocated underground parking space and friendly people. The photographs do not do this apartment justice, it is one of the nicest places I have stayed in whilst on holiday, I would have no hesitation in recommending Eleona’s Royal Gardens and hope to return again soon.
