Guest Reviews
- Lisa (1/5): RUDE - Didn't like that the owner of the property was very rude. Didn't care that it was falsely advertised, parking is underground and didn't want to accommodate when advised we wouldn't be able to park there. Very very rude lady. Would recommend not to stay. Originally spoke with a gentleman who admitted it has been advertised incorrectly, so he confirmed he would allow us to cancel the booking and get a full refund. Then had a call from a lady, who was mocking and laughing over the phone, being very patronising. In the end they took all of our money and we didn't even stay there. Very unhelpful.
- Irwin (6/5): Mediocre lodging - Gated facility. Secure. Confusing with so many keys and no instructions. Also, my spouse and I are both elderly (pushing 80), and having no means of transport, having to go to an entirely different location juat to get the entry key. Tried to get in touch with the property manager(s) about our inability to access WiFi, but got no response. Tried to call manager about inability to shut down running toilet water in downstairs barhroom (a simple call to a plumber would have saved five days of water waste), but got no reply, and when we returned from the midlands the water was atill running. Lastly, I realize that England doesn't have many heat waves, but providing a small portable fan for each floor would have gone a long way towards making us more comfortable when we were watching tv inthe evening or trying to get to sleep.
