• Lars (7/5): Good stay, there were some issues but all in all it was very ok. Go ahead and book! - +The location is very good if you want to stay around Canary Wharf. You can get to public transportation pretty fast. +The apartment was spacious and clean. +Clear instructions on getting the key. +Host was easy to reach on whatsapp and responded to questions / issues quickly. +Car parking is right underneath the apartment, very convenient. +Price is pretty good, especially if you have a car with you. Parking costs a lot in the area. +Host installed baby bed for us so that was very nice. +View is gorgeous +Safe and nice area - Picking up the keys is a hassle. We announced arrival 3 pm and when we arrived at 4 pm the keys were not even there yet. We had to wait 15 minutes until someone brought them. Also you have to pick up the keys in a store quite far away from the place, so it's not practical if you don't have a car. We had a car but then you have to worry about getting to the place and finding a parking spot etc. So not very easy. I read about it in the comments so I was prepared, that's why I'm writing it here as well. It's not a big issue if you know this beforehand. - The apartment also has a few issues: malfunctioning windows, a dishwasher that doesn't work (and a sink without plug, did find one in the bathtub fortunately). - Oh yeah and if you are booking this for the playstation (title) then be prepared that the controllers may not be charged and that there are not chargers around.

• Jade (9/5): - The flat was stocked with everything you’d need, no need to bring any extras (other than food obviously) it’s a great location, not right in the main tourist but so quiet enough, but, plenty transport options The couch was a bit hard to sit on & the beds were uncomfortable, the bed in the main room is noisy & feels as if the base is going to give in at any moment, we were afraid to move so didn’t have a great sleep.
• Hassan (2/5): - Nothing to like apart look ling through the window very old and deteriorated window with handles and fixtures very loose and need of replacing not safe for children. On arrival you have to pick keys from a very intimidating shop area which is about 3 miles away. Upon arriving in the apartment sofa was dirty with mud marks on it table and chair were dirty, the towels were still wet. I had to ring the host because the boiler wasn't working, he forgot to turn on from the main settings, the living room radiator not working properly extremely cold it needed bleeding. Unclean bedding, yellow marks under the pillow. The bedding gave me a itchy face and body. Very lived in apartment poor beds and mattresses, extremely disappointed taking the family here. I asked the host for extra toilet paper his answer was flat out no. Please do not get fooled by the pictures.

• Barry (10/5): Excellent location with good communication from the hosts. - The views and location were excellent. Plenty of facilities at the property but could benefit with terrestrial TV. No plugs for the sinks meant using extra hot water, rather than filling a basin or sink.
• Troy (6/5): Nice enough, bit tired but good location - Location is good, close to shops and restaurants, and relatively close to public transport. Views of the water are lovely. The rooms are tight with very limited room for luggage (we had to keep luggage in the living area). There were 5 of us (1 child on the couch) and it would be very crowded if you tried to house 6. Everything was nice enough and clean, but a bit tired, especially the bed mattresses which both had sag.

• silvia (6/5): No es para 5 personas - El entorno es un lujo, precioso el lugar. No es un apartamento para 5 personas porque el sofa es muy incómodo. La cocina estaba sucia, con grasa en los armarios y azulejos, las paredes de las habitaciones sucias. El colchón de una de las camas es de muelles y está hundido. Y es un poco tostón el primer dia llegar con todas las maletas y tener que ir al supermercado donde te dan las llaves que está a 20 minutos andando. Creo que todo son cosas que se pueden mejorar.

• Catherine (10/5): Great apartment and good location. - Great apartment. Very clean. Exactly as photos show. Clear and easy to follow instructions of where to collect the keys. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. We didn't cook while we were there but the kitchen seemed to have all the necessities. London City Airport is 2 stops away on the train and there's another train that can bring you towards central London. Good location for commuting. Everything was great.

• Javier (7/5): It was worth the price but I regret to have gotten in touch with the landlord - Amazing sighting. Nice area. Good TV and internet connection. Adequate space. The plugs were low powered. A bit hard to park. The landlord was a bit rude on the phone and he constantly harassed me to leave him a 10 score review reaching the point of calling me to my phone after my stay while I was working. Excessive and unnecessary furniture made it a bit agoraphobic. It was missing a 6 person table and the beds were on the short side. Not a breaker for me, but the furniture looked like it was coming from a pawn shop or gifted by relatives/friends, except for some Ikea items. There was not a cloth to dry the dishes. There was no shower gel.

• Maud (6/5): Pleasant enough but not luxury - The flat is in een great location, especially if you have an event at London Excel. Great views on the river. The flat was clean, bed was comfortable enough. Bedrooms were adequate, but one was a bit small. We had an issue with the heating, and the host called straight away and followed up to see if heating was working. Which was appreciated. As previous guests have indicated, this is not a luxury flat. The furniture could do with some updates. Drawer in the kitchen was still sticky. The bathroom definitely needs to be renovated. You don't expect when it says luxury that the toilet seat is worn out and broken, taps worn out, and radiator is peeling off. Large wardrobes but only 1 clothes hanger. This was for a work trip, and my colleague felt the cold. Even with turning up the thermostat to 30, as suggested by host, it didn't get above 18C. Way too cold in wintertime. As previous guests pointed out, everything is for 4 people, so wondering how you can accomodate for six? Key needs to be collected at a shop, which is 5 minutes from Customs house station, 15 to 20 minute walk fromnthe flat. Indeed if you are travelling by public transport, it is a bit tricky.

• Elena (8/5): Very good - Clean and comfy We had to collect the key from a NISA local which is quite far from the property. This was really awkward without a car and with luggage so we ended up getting an Uber. We didn't know about this until a week before our stay so would be better to let people know before making a booking. It wouldn't be an issue if we had a car but most people visiting London don't.

• Teem (8/5): Very good - Easy. A second set of keys is essential for us as we work different shifts. We cant stay with one set. Sofa bed is uncomfortable and Ok for the odd night
• Ianka (8/5): Very good - Excel Lonod Riverview Luxury Apartment was comfortable, with good beds for 4 people. The sofa really is for one person, not for two. The location was the star for us. We travelled with 1.96m car and when we arrived we were stressed to see that the parking was for up to 1.90m. Luckily for us, there was nobody else to park in the garage. People need to have extra information about the parking.

• Michelle (4/5): Description was not as expected - Location was as expected Definitely not Luxury as described in the detail, very tired property, property details 6 people but not enough room for us 4 to sit on the settee, kitchen also tired and could not open the drawers as sticking, advert advised toiletries included however toiletries were half used bottles not acceptable at all, no bathroom hand towel - just disappointing really.
