Es complicado el sistema de check in si no lo has hecho nunca, todo por WhatsApp. Te invitan a un grupo pero sin avisarte de lo que es... Y la gente de la recepción no ayudaron mucho. Por suerte una mujer nos ayudó y pudimos entender el sistema... Tampoco me gustó que Booking no ponga claro el precio final, pagué más de lo que quería...

• Julia (7/5): Lage gut, Hotel allerdings renovierungsbedürftig - Die Lage ist recht gut, weil man schnell in der nächsten Mall und am Bahnhof ist. Dort gibt es dann auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt auch eunen Laden in direkter Nähe zum Hotel aber der ist etwas teurer. Der Ausblick ist überragend und es war das günstigste Hotel für diese Gegend zum guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist ziemlich abgenutzt und würde sich über eine Renovierung freuen. Es sind Dreckspuren an der Wand. Der Badschrank fällt irgendwann von selbst zusammen weil die Luftfeuchtigkeit diesen weggammeln lässt. Kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche und nicht genügend Klopapier vorhanden (waren nur 3 Nächte da). Keine Poolhandtücher, wenn nur welche aus der Verpackung für Geld. Achso und man wartet wirklich ewig auf den Aufzug, der dann so voll ist, dass man wieder auf den nächsten wartet (es gibt nur 4 Stück). Aufzug hält an fast jeder Etage weil natürlich alle von A nach B wollen.. furchtbar.

• Nina (9/5): - Tenia una piscina espectacular. Me gusto que tengan televisión smart para poder ver netflix, tenían cocina, refrigeradora, aire acondicionado, ventilador y una vista muy bonita. Tuve un problema con el control del televisor, y lo solucionaron rápido. Pidieron una garantía de 200, pero fue reembolsado al final sin problema. Aunque eso debería figurar antes de hacer la reservación. Después todo super bien
• Theo (6/5): Bien pour une nuit - Hôtel situé à proximité de la gare ce qui est pratique pour se transporter rapidement au centre. Lorsque vous allez réserver il n’est pas indiqué mais une consigne payante sera obligatoire. Elle sera d’un montant de 50€ sur un site en ligne. Lors de la restitution, il sera remboursé un montant de 45€ et non 50€ De plus une odeur de chlore persiste dans l’appartement à cause de pastilles dans la douche. L’odeur est tellement forte que j’ai dû laver mon linge deux fois !

• Choo Yee Lit (10/5): Amazing!!! Would come back here again in next upcoming year! - It has everything, especially strategic location from the accommodation to KL Sentral. It has laundry, swimming pool, gym, can cook and so on. Because we arrived as 2 guest, and both have different itinerary so we couldnt get extra key, we already check the mail but it wasnt there so its bit hassle.

• IuliaMilea (8/5): We loved it - Loved the room and the facilities were very nice. I did not enjoy the fact that we didn't have a broom or anything to clean - they did come to clean once in 14 days but there was a lot of dust. The view from the pool was amazing. We moved the bed as the A/C was coming directly on our heads when sleeping. There is a funky smell in the bathroom. Ofc, as others said, the elevator wait is not very enjoyable - but we understood that basically the elevators are just terribly programmed! The gym is very small.

They collected RM200 as a deposit through online transfer and promised to refund it before 8pm after checkout. I checked out today noon, but the refund still hasn’t been made. Now they’re giving different stories and saying it will times . Nowhere in the booking terms and conditions does it mention that deposits collected online will be refunded later. This is really unprofessional — please be careful when booking
• Montaser (1/5): - My stay itself was fine, but I had a serious problem with the management company, GoMain. They took a RM200 deposit at check-in, which was not mentioned in the Booking.com policies. After checkout, they refused to refund my deposit and claimed there were stains and cooking smells without proof. They also captured photos of my room without my consent, which I consider a privacy violation. I have filed a police report and sent evidence to Booking.com. Be careful when booking — make sure all deposit terms are clearly stated before check-in. I got unit in the same building but different company outside booking and also cheaper than the bad company GoMain

• JP LAVALLEE (5/5): Low cost B&B thus have low expectations. - Not an hotel but a B&B. No front desk, communication with the agent only by WhatsApp. A single key and pass for 2 persons although you need the pass for the elevator. Moreover, queuing at lobby to take the elevator %3 floors, 20 suites per floor and 4 elevators serving all floors). Waiting time at the floors can be very long. People take the elevator totally wet after swimming pool! Suites side to side are absolutely NOT soundproof (although Booking.com specifies the opposite on their website!). Room layout limits the available space inside. A single socket in the room. Only 1 cleaning of the room during 2 weeks.

• Jin En (7/5): - Location was excellent, the nearest monorail station only 3 mins walk away. The view was also spectacular -- could see Merdeka 118! Overall the room was comfortable. The entire room smelled like mothballs for almost our entire stay because the mothballs were left near the drainage in the shower before we checked in - and we already tried our best to remove the smell. Lift waiting times are terrible -- one time it was broken and the security guard had to come to each floor manually.

• Indira Carolina (4/5): - La piscina está bien. No es un hotel. Los que lo llevan no tienen recepción. Llegas a un edificio enorme y tienes que esperar por fuera sin aire acondicionado. Los dueños te escriben un WhatsApp y te mandan a una persona que no habla nada de inglés a coger tus maletas o darte la llave. La persona te pide 200 ringgit de depósito, cosa que no se especifica en ningún lado, y te dice que no puedes entrar hasta que se los des. Le tuve que pedir al de WhatsApp que me mandara un justificante de pago. Para poder irte y que te den el dinero tienes que quedar con el de WhatsApp para que alguien te lleve el dinero. Su intención era que me esperara hasta las 10 de la mañana para recogerlo. Al final me lo trajeron a las 10 de la noche... Nos quedamos en el piso 23 y una de las ventanas no cerraba. No me respondieron cuando se los dije.

• Christine (7/5): gaining access to this accommodation is a joke. The actual apartment was great - I loved the view, the openable windows for the beautiful fresh air flow, the kitchen to boil and chill our own water, the proximity to KL Sentral and great Street food. Chennai Chai Wala. The lifts are atrocious! Queueing to get in a lift on the GF and then just waiting for a lift to stop to pick me up. we waited 1/2 an hour (actually!) to go down to the ground floor at 11.30am, not a peak time. Our first evening after settling in we waited 10 minutes for the lift to go to up to the swimming pool only to be told we couldn't swim as the pool closes at 7pm!! every night! The signs state 10 pm but there is security enforcing yet unable to say why.

I have asked for an early check-in which was ignored after reaching the property even though I was ready to pay extra. Water bottles will be provided only once when we check-in. No more refill on the consecutive days. Language barrier with the service staff.

• Mark (8/5): If you want more comfort and a homely decor, head instead to similar properties around KLCC, which have microwaves, wate - The rooftop pool is very nice and the location is just a short walk to Sentral. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The developers focussed on profit rather than the comfort of the customers. Four lifts are simply way too few for 53 floors so you spend half your life waiting. There are not even any floor indicators except on the top and ground floors. Rather spartan fit-out and I didn’t like the rooms that have the bathroom weirdly placed in the middle of the room with just glass screens for privacy.

• Qian (10/5): Rooftop swimming pool - The room is perfect for two people. It is very clean and neat. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with a basic kitchenette. We like the rooftop swimming pool with the amazing city view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay:)
• Vic (10/5): Very responsive host, nice and clean studio apartment, lovely pool and very good location. - Host responds very quickly. All whatsapp interactions with the host were excellent. Very clean studio apartment. Comfortable bed. Lovely infinity pool. Great location close to a shopping mall, food outlets mainly indian food, a small number of chinese food outlets and train line. The shopping mall has a wide variety of food outlets too. All within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the property. Please note that this booking required a security deposit of MYR200 before you can collect the keys. I paid with cash as payment by card incurred quite a high surcharge This was refunded in full subject to apartment inspection even though I had to leave at 5.15am on checking out. Someone actually handed me the cash refund at 5.00am. I was definitely impressed. This may be due to issues with individuals from previous stays so totally understand. Please also note that you need to have access to wifi or data to be able to communicate on whatsapp with host leading up to the receipt of keys. Lifts can also be a bit slow especially during checking in and out periods. Recommend you also bring along extra toilet paper as only 2 small rolls were provided.

Took 40 minutes and dozens of unintelligible WhatsApp messages from the host. Refused to explain when I called how the process should work. Property was advertised as being 350 sq. m. Was more like 35 sq. m. A RM200/- deposit was required. This was not mentioned in the Booking.com advertisement and only told to us upon arrival.

• Lim (10/5): My stay was great, with a comfortable room and a relaxing pool with beautiful city view - I really love this place. The best part is the swimming pool with a stunning city view, and the room is very comfortable. The staff is also very friendly, making it perfect for relaxation and enjoying some leisure time. I will definitely come back next time.
