- long (1/5): Sooooooooooooooooooooooo terrible - nothing The power went out on the second day after I checked in, and it wasn't resolved. When I called to check out, they said it was OK,after i moved out , they refused to refund the cost of the two days .how ridiculous???give my money back,I think noone should book this apartment.otherwise,big noise in the evening,you can’t sleep. My advice:close the apartment .

- Angie (9/5): Chic functional apartment in handy central location - Excellent central location right next to a couple of large malls and very close to Chinatown and a Woolworths supermarket. Tram stops close by. A very nice bakery and coffee place right in the lane. The apartment was very stylish and very well stocked with bathroom, kitchen and laundry products. Although no service of the rooms, extra bathroom towels were provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances large and small, cooking tools and serveware to cook meals. Heat pump/air conditioner and ceiling fan in the living area, wall heater in main bedroom and fan heater/cooler in second bedroom. Great to have an indoor parking space provided. There is street noise easily audible at night unavoidable in the CBD and in an old building with no soundproofing. Earplugs might help light sleepers. Unit 33 being on the 6th floor is a hike when the lift is not working (it was not working for 4 days of our 5 night stay). Even with a working lift there is a flight of stairs to go up/down between the main entrance and the lift and steps between the lift and the entrance hallway to the units.
