Le seul menu du petit déjeuner est un croissant et un café et c'est tout. Vraiment minable et u e escroquerie. Vous devez réviser les formules de petit déjeuner. Nous avons laissé 4 ticket sans les utiliser..Le portail principal est ouvert et ne se ferme pas, n'importe qui peut rentrer dans votre chambre s'il a le code fourni par whatsapp. Il n'y avait personne au cheking. Pas trop respectueux .

I met a lady who did and they were stuck outside for more than three hours because no one was present for checkin. If you get locked out, there is no help available. - Yuliia (5/5): Не раджу, нам не сподобалось! - Велика ванна кімната , є чайник і міні холодильник Довге заселення,прийшлося заново підтверджувати наші документи , щоб потрапити в помешкання ще той квест треба пройти! Немає елементарного посуду, окрім двох кружок, немає мікрохвильовки, на тиждень 1 пакет для сміття і один туалетний папір! Номер ніхто не прибирав поки ми жили, шумоізоляції немає! Ну і до центру далеко, хто їде на екскурсії раджу щось шукати ближче.

Prenotazione con pagamento anticipato e poi volevano contanti in struttura... Richiesto pagamento con carta, che poi è stato maggiorato!altro che spese bancarie... Lo staff una presente telefonicamente... L'altro sembrava che mi stava facendo un piacere quando l'ho chiamato per chiedere come accendere le cose nell'appartamento. Camera carina pulita accogliente ma con 200€ almeno una bottiglia di acqua la potevano mettere... Palazzina dove si trova lo "chalet" Adibita solo per questo posto... Ogni piano ha degli appartamenti adibiti, e al secondo e ultimo piano gli chalet...ovviamente senza ascensore....non consigliere e non ci tornerei a meno che non abbassano di parecchio i prezzi

- Eliška (10/5): - Naprosto skvělé, Teresa - hostitelka byla velmi příjemná, pomohla, poradila a komunikovala přes whatsapp. Na to, jaká byla cena, bylo ubytování naprosto krásné, čisté a čeho si nejvíc ceníme, byla FUNKČNÍ klimatizace. Koupelna taktéž čistá, prostorná. No prostě jedním slovem ÚŽASNÉ. Moc děkujeme.❤️ Jediné co bylo horší, byla lokalita, trvalo nám, než jsme pochopili autobusové spojení, ale nakonec to vše dopadlo dobře, autobusová zastávka byla kousíček od ubytování, cca 300 metrů.

- Christian (1/5): Fakehotel! Finger weg! Attention! - Nichts, es war von Anfang bis Ende das reinste Chaos. Die Unterkunft hat mehrere Name am Klingelschild. Wenn genügend negative Kommentare wird das Hotel (Wohnung) umgenannt und die nächsten Reisenden verarscht. - die hinterlegten Bilder bei Boooking.com haben nicht dem wahren Bild entsprechen - kein Whirlpool - für Frühstück bezahlt aber keins bekommen (unfreundliches Personal in dem Restaurant gegenüber) - Bettlaken voller Brandlöcher und die Bude stank nach Zigaretten Rauch

- - (1/5): Vergogna - La struttura è molto bella Se cercate di prenotare stanze con vasche idromassaggio vi conviene chiedere prima se sia funzionante l'acqua calda, perché altrimenti dovrete andare in giro per le stanze a cercare l'acqua calda e a richiudere bene tutte le stanze in cui vi manderanno per cercarla. Dopo aver girato il comprensorio vi daranno una stanza funzionante probabilmente senza tutti i servizi che avevate prenotato. ( io avevo preso una stanza con idromassaggio, sauna, camino, balcone) sono stata in una stanza con solo vasca perché l'unica funzionante.

Purtroppo non ho dormito bene per il parlare, discutere di altri ospiti nelle camere con porte aperte, via vai nelle scale dalle 2 alle 4 del mattino.. discussioni durante il check in a mezzanotte per il numero di occupanti.. nonostante regolamento dicesse no rumore e schiamazzi dalle 23.00 ale 5.00. fatto presente alla host il primo giorno ma non mi ha mai risposto. Un poco engañoso con las fotos que muestran. Te muestran departamentos súper equipados y cuando pones solo para dos personas, es una habitación de hotel. La entrada fue poco práctica

The spa bath was amazing and the fact the TV turned around so you could - I loved the whole thing from the decor to the lights, the spa bath was heaven! It was so cosy and was in a good location This is just being picky now but could have use additional toilet roll. The USB charging port on the side closest to the wall didn’t work but that’s just being picky.

- Vanessa (4/5): - La résidence est très jolie. Lit double confortable La terasse grande mais la vu a déploré... Les cafards dans la cuisine et la salle de douche. La colonne de douche qui glisse il faudrait la réparer ou la remplacer. Manque de vaisselle, poêles et couverts rien pour laver le sol Pas de produits vaisselle ni de torchons pour l'essuyer.... Dommage sans tous ces inconvénients nous aurions pu passer un agréable moment.
