• Simone (6/5): Assicuratevi prima di arrivare che la stanza scelta sia veramente disponibile - Non ho potuto vedere la stanza che avevo prenotato. Dopo sette ore di volo, invece di potermi riposare, ho dovuto discutere tramite un impiegato con il proprietario, che insisteva per farmi fare un upgrade e assegnarmi un’altra camera a un prezzo più alto, sostenendo che quella prenotata non fosse pronta. Ero esausto e, alla fine, ho dovuto accettare. La stanza è molta bella, con una vista spettacolare. La piscina sul terrazzo è super. Niente da dire, ma sarebbe bello avere più trasparenza, i problemi possono capitare ma non bisognerebbe aspettare l'ultimo momento per avvisare gli ospiti. El centro comercial lalaport esta debajo y hay supermercado y restaurantes muy buenos. La relacion calidad precio ha sido buena. Está un poco lejos caminando a las petronas 40 minutos. El techo y paredes tenian algun bicho de la humedad. Podrian limpiar mejor.

• EDDIE (10/5): Great Location, Smooth Stay and Clean Room - The property is centrally located in the heart of KL city with shopping malls like LaLaport BBCC nearby making it very convenient to get anything you need. The room is clean and the check-in and check-out processes are very fast. The host also refunded the deposit promptly upon returning the key. Will definitely come again! It would be great if the kitchen area could be equipped with some basic items such as utensils and cooking tools for added convenience..

Если бы владельцы поработали над чистотой, то - Понравилась контактность арендодателя, отвечал на все вопросы, шел на встречу. Также понравился бассейн на крыше апартаментов, наличие холодильника. Еще из окошка в ванной был вид на башни близнецы. Грязновато, разводя на унитазе, грязные стены, ванная не первой свежести, пыль и мелкий мусор

Smooth entry at the security guard with just QR code scanning and simple registration. Very cozy waiting area at the lobby. The unit is nice and comfortable, very clean

• Gatis (1/5): worse can't be - location Cheats on information in booking.com. We booked a number of 46 m2 for 6 nights 3 months ago. On arrival we were given a lit, windowless number of 20 m2. When I made the claims, I was told that everything is OK. When I said it is not apartament what I ordered, host started to explain to me that the place is good, that there are security guards and that my claims are unfounded. Then host sent a plan with an adjacent apartment (picture attached) and explain something about other numbers that are bigger but not available (you can see this on attached file). I had already paid for all 6 nights and it was late evening, so I had to stay overnight and moved to another suite the next day with 80 m2 and the same price!! The most common cheaters. They changed the m2 at booking.com now.

The agent advertised 3 bedrooms, while it is two bedrooms, I ended up with my children sleeping on cheap thin matress on the floor!! The agent has very bad communication. Check-in was very bad and didn't give complete information until and after I arrived at the building entrance. The ants started to invade the apartment!
