Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Great views. - It wasn’t made clear where to collect the keys from - I received an SMS with an address to collect the keys however no signature to indicate who the estate agent was and ended up at the wrong agency on Stockton Street. In the emails I received I couldn’t find the name of the real estate agency. Also was not provided with the key pad entry code to the property and needed to call the estate agent.

- Richard (8/5): Great views and location - Location was close to Shoal Bay beach and Little Beach. Amazing Views. Garage access was good to to store things you didn't need to take upstairs Not that we didn't like, because we have been here before so we knew. However it is on the top floor so stairs all the way up - no elevator, so is a bit of a a chore loading and unloading. Which is why the garage access is great. Also, no A/C so in summer can get a bit hot, but there is usually a nice breeze on the top floor and they do supply some stand fans for bedrooms.

- Kim (10/5): So peaceful and breathtaking views - Loved this place and will 100% rebook. Yes there are 3 flights of stairs but it's the best view ever. I spent so much time just listening to the ocean. The water is a minutes walk away. Really well stocked kitchen and the main bedroom mattress gave me the best sleep I have had. The small fan heater warmed the lounge room well. Quiet complex during Winter so very peaceful. Its an older unit but so comfy I didn't want to leave. Am recommending this stay to my family and friends. I didn't have a negative.
