Loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning. The infinity pool was like it came right out of an Architectural Digest magazine. The breakfast was a huge bonus. We loved it was made from scratch each day, according to our preferences. EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. We would visit again in a heartbeat!

• Laurie (9/5): Exceeded our expectations! Clean, amazing views, excellent value - This was our first time to Costa Rica. The location was excellent. Absolutely loved Playa Flamingo area and beach. Property was secure and staff was attentive. We leveraged the services of the golf cart to get around and the drivers were awesome guys. We realized they called it 360 because on the rooftop (where breakfast is) you have a 360 view of the water and marina - fabulous. The view from the infinity pool - stellar. We had just come from a much more expensive place in Las Catalinas and we liked this just as well for half the cost. The security still used physical room keys which was something to get used to! Not a big deal at all, just felt old school and a little dated :)
• Todd (10/5): The 360 Splendor is an amazing resort that is competitively priced & would recommend! - The breakfast was a bonus having 3 options. I would suggest including bacon with all breakfast options. The rooms was clean and luxurious and having a TV in each room as well as full kitchen was terrific. Not needing towels or beach towel, shampoo and body soap was a bonus too. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The overall condition of the hotel was pristine as well. Towels at the pool and opportunity to get water and ice helped in the heat. To make it a more enjoyable and vacation like atmosphere having a bar that served drinks at the pool would have been amazing. Not sure if that is an issue with getting a liquor license and having the staff at the bar. I would also suggest having bottled water in the rental as well as snacks. Maybe a listing of local restaurants that can door dash meals too?
• RUXANDRA (10/5): Luxury location in Playa Flamingo - Our apartment was luxurious, very spacious, clean, with great amenities and with a truly wonderfull view of the ocean. The breakfast was very tasty. I recommend the location. Keep in mind that, although the location is within walking distance from the marina and the beach, its on top of a very steep hill. It is very hard to walk uphill, especially in the sun. You have to rely on the shuttle the location provides every hour, on your own car or you can rent a golf cart for an extra fee.

• Wendy (10/5): - The property and condo were beautiful, clean and maintained wonderfully. The view was spectacular and the entire area was nice and convenient. The included breakfast was delicious as well. If I had to pick something to improve upon, it would be to add access to cold/filtered water and an ice maker somewhere. Our unit did have a refrigerator with an ice maker, but it barely produced anything while we were there. There was no water dispenser. The one time we had arranged for the golf cart to take us to the beach it seems they had forgotten about us. Other than that, no issues at all.

Es war nicht wirklich zu erkennen, dass es eine Ferienwohnung war und kein Hotel. Es gab zwar Frühstück auf der oberen Terrasse mit toller Aussicht - jedoch erst ab 8.30 Uhr - wenn man einen zeitigen Ausflug geplant hatte - war ein früheres Frühstück nicht möglich. Aus der tollen Dachterrasse könnte man noch mehr machen - ggf eine kleine Bar.

• SAEED (9/5): Two nights of perfect ocean views, pristine beach access — Flamingo Beach at at its finest. - Best Ocean Views in Flamingo — A Perfect Two-Night Escape We just got back from two nights in the Ocean View Studio at 360 Splendor Del Pacifico Residences in Flamingo Beach, and we're already talking about when we can return. The view from the studio is simply stunning — we're talking unobstructed Pacific Ocean as far as the eye can see. Waking up to that both mornings was something we won't forget anytime soon. The unit itself was impressively clean and well-kept, which always makes such a difference when you're settling into a new place. The location is a huge plus too. Beach access is effortless — we were in the sand within minutes. Flamingo Beach itself is gorgeous, calm, and perfect for just switching off and soaking it all in. One small heads-up for future guests: restaurants are not within immediate walking distance, so it's worth having a plan for meals or renting a car. That said, it's a very minor trade-off for the peace, privacy, and views you get here. Overall, an easy five stars. Highly recommend the Ocean View Studio for anyone looking to experience the best of Costa Rica's Pacific coast in comfort and style. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but it's a small trade-off for such a stunning location.

Muito bem equipado, tem ate copos de acrílico porque não é autorizado usar vidro na piscina. Cômodos amplos, móveis bonitos. As vistas são espetaculares, realmente permite uma vista 360º, há mar dos dois lados, permitindo apreciar o nascer e o pôr do sol. A piscina é incrível. Os funcionarios são muito gentis, um agradecimento especial ao Victor pelo cuidado e gentileza conosco. Há um shuttle interno que leva ao mercado/praia/marina que é muito conveniente. O café da manhã é ótimo. Gostamos demais da nossa estadia e certamente ficaríamos novamente. O chuveiro é bem fraco. No primeiro dia estava sem pressão alguma, o que foi consertado no segundo dia mas ainda assim continuou bem fraco. É a unica coisa que não condiz com a qualidade da propriedade.

A/C worked perfectly. Mattresses and linens were better than usual. Patio / balcony doors had shades built into glass so it was very streamlined. Fitness center was well equipped with a great view of ocean. Staff was professional and friendly. The view on top of the hill was incredible, especially from the infinity pool. We have always stayed beachfront, but this was such a unique experience -- made for an unforgettable family vacation. None of these are bad -- just need to plan for it. Call 2 hours in advance for hot tubs to be hot. Parking your car below ground via the car elevator takes a few extra minutes. Breakfast is good, but since it is freshly made to order, it could take a little extra time since most travelers show up at 8:30 when it opens. However, the accessible Brits espresso machine prepared all drinks throughout the day at a press of button .

Waking up to birds chirping and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. The staff was amazing, incredibly kind, and attentive. Breakfast every morning was great, the shuttle service was convenient, and the concierge was excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. One of the toilets did not work properly during our stay. However, maintenance was responsive and continued to try to fix the issue, which we appreciated.

We would definit - We stayed at 360 Splendor Pacific for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a one-bedroom corner suite with views of both Playa Flamingo and the Marina, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful — new, modern, and very well designed. The balcony was lovely, the layout was comfortable, and the quality of the bedding was excellent, with very comfortable feather pillows. The infinity pool deserves special mention — the sunset views are absolutely stunning and truly memorable. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the ladies who cook and serve it do a great job — very kind and welcoming. The only suggestion here would be to extend the breakfast hours. Currently it runs from 8:30 to 10:00, which feels quite short, especially if you want to be active or leave early for trips. Starting earlier (for example, 7:00–10:00) would make it much more convenient. The staff overall were friendly, helpful, and pleasant — great service throughout our stay. The location is very convenient. If you don’t have a car, the hotel offers golf cart transportation to the beach, and it’s also walkable. If you do have a car, parking is available, but access is via a car elevator, which can feel a bit inconvenient if you’re coming and going multiple times a day, as we did. One downside was the Wi-Fi in our apartment. The internet connection was unstable at times — streaming on the TV had long buffering, and the connection on our phones would occasionally drop. Updating or strengthening the Wi-Fi system would definitely improve the experience.

• Irena (10/5): One of our favourite travel spots! - Every morning we would have a jaw dropping and grateful experience at this condo. It is on a hill top overlooking Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero and the views are extra ordinary, particularly sunset. It’s roughly 1 hour drive from Liberia airport (if you don’t want to rent a car, they can arrange a private transfer for you - FYI there are two routes you can take to drive, the shorter drive has unpaved roads and a river crossing). The views from this place are spectacular, including their common area which is on the rooftop with jacuzzis, gyms, dining area and the 360 views. The privacy here is incredible, my family and I were the only ones enjoying the view and pool over 75% of the time. It is a condo with amenities included - those who own it, allow it to be used as a vacation home under BlueZone Experiences. There is a concierge team with the condo whom are always available for questions or help. Each condo has a full and spacious kitchen, living area, bathroom and # of bedrooms of your choice. It comes with daily breakfast served on the roof top (options include Americano, Typico (costa rican) or waffles. There is also a coffee/ espresso/ cappuccino machine with unlimited drinks available 24/7 (with a freezer full of ice in case you want it iced). As it’s on a hilltop, it doesn’t have direct beach access, but it’s only a 10-13 min walk (albeit up and down a hill) or the condo provides an hourly service that does drop off to the beach or marina near by. You can also rent a golf cart to get around. We rented a car and there is free parking. The beach is spectacular and very private too. At any given time, there are only about 5-50 people on the beach and it’s is very long, walkable and swimmable (though waves can be high during high tide). There’s excursions nearby with Diamenta Adventure Park (35 min drive), Tamarindo (40 min drive) where many go surfing and catamaran trips/ horse back riding. On occasion, we could hear the neighbours through the connecting door.

Amazing views, convenient location to beach, restaurants, shops, booked our excursions for us, coffee and milk provided in the unit. Everything we could have asked for and more! No dishwasher cubes provided even after asked for but everything else was great

Le service de navette est tout simplement parfait. Le studio est un petit. Il n'y a pas d'endroit ou s'assoir dans la chambre à part le lit, Il y a beaucoup de rangement mais si tu ne veux pas défaire tes valises, il y a peu de place pour les ouvrir dans la chambre. La chambre est cependant très belle avec un balcon.

• Beier (10/5): Definitely worth visiting again! - Stunning views!! We went in the non-busy season and practically had the pool to ourselves! Everything was clean, staff absolutely accommodating! Great places to eat locally....Hazels (At the Marina), JPs (behind the Marina) and Hibiscus. Okay places to eat...5 o'clock Somewhere at Margaritaville and Amigos Tacos Y Beer. Did not make it to Coco Loco, as it was closed. There are many places that don't open until later in the afternoon. We didn't know we could take a golf cart outside of town; we could have gone to the next beach over, in Playa Portera where there were more food options. We could have also walked the beach (a little on the road) from 360 over to Playa Portera. The food options on Playa Flamingo are great, but there were more at Playa Portera. Also, some places were closed but no notifications that they were closed (Beach House Restaurant) until we got there.

The unit was extremely clean and well stocked with the essentials. The staff was phenomenal with communication and response time. l loved the shuttle service and friendly drivers. As well as the daily made to order breakfast. It was delicious! Thank you for making our vacation most memorable. I didn't like the little creepy crabs running around at the office. However, I was very grateful the crabs were not in the area of the units. I didn't see, not even one. In unit 304, the stackable washer was very noisey. In spite of this, the property is still exceptional. I highly recommend it. I look forward to returning.

• Yaniv (10/5): A very enjoyable stay - Beautiful, spacious apartment with modern bedroom, living room, kitchen and two balconies. Comfortable bed and nice oversized shower with all necessary supplies. Beautiful views all around. Courteous, accommodating staff and a helpful shuttle service to the beach. Breakfast is provided daily and served in a nice open area. As an extra bonus, we loved the cappuccino machine that is available all day. Breakfast is limited in terms of variety. For guests who are staying for a full week (like we did), it gets repetitive and a bit boring after a while. It also takes a long time for the two attendants to cook, serve, and keep up with the dining area. It would have been much preferred if a breakfast buffet was offered. Not a big deal but just be aware that one of the balconies is not private (shared with next door guests).

Perfectly done scrambled eggs, traditional Costa Rican option included delicious rice and beans, tortilla, cheese-so yummy! Also had a machine that made yummy cappuccinos. Only complaint was breakfast doesn’t start until 8.30. But other than that it was perfect with the best views you could ask for!

I was terribly disappointed that after we moved from one room to another, we received a text that some kitchen steak knives were missing, I offered to come to the room because I was sure they were either in the dishwasher or my husband put them in a drawer instead of back in the knife block. I didn't hear back until we returned from vacation, and they charged us an additional $80 treating us basically as thieves...even though we just spent $400 a night at their establishment. I explained my disappointment, and did not hear back from anyone.
• Veronica (10/5): Best experience with the best view - The view and hotel were exactly as shown in the pictures. The staff was the best I've ever dealt with while traveling. They are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff also knows the area very well and recommended the best restaurants in the area. The room was also the cleanest of any hotel I've ever stayed at, and the bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep every night as if I was in my own bed. I can not say enough good things about this place. Amelia, Julio, and one other guy who is bald (I can't remember his name) were the absolute best. If I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely be staying here.
• Brian (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff, great views, fantastic food and pool. - Amalia was awesome she gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. All the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool was our favorite. The breakfast was delicious as well would definitely come again. For the most part it was first world problems we really enjoyed the stay but if I would complain it would be about the hard to find outlets to charge phones and the elevator were hot all n all small potatoes.
• Anne (5/5): It would have been great if there were a restaurant and bar on the property - Location view staff friendly Got locked out on the balcony at night. No one around. Had to yell for help. No one told us that door to balcony could lock us out. If it weren’t for another guest we would have had to sleep outside with the mosquitos all night. No housekeeping for 3 nights….. had dishes and glassware but no real way to clean them….. a golf cart is a must!
