We ended up waiting at the airport for about an hour just to get the self check-in details. When we were finally able to reach the manager, the first thing requested was the room payment.

Clean room with plenty of space + For the bathtub + projector The adress in Google maps does not seem to be right, so double check that. The bed is slightly too hard for my taste but for a few nights it's fine

The projector and Bath were a cool change compared to a TV and shower The bath takes a while to fill up if you want it hot as you have to trickle it out for it to stay hot.

Jolie chambre soignée et bien décorée L’accès à travers le salon de coiffure, les différents codes à saisir pour les portes. Malgré l’explication claire reçue cela m’a un peu stressée voyageant seule.

• Manh (10/5): Vị trí đẹp, ngay trung tâm Q1 - ổn áp so với giá. Phòng gọn gàng, có bếp nấu được. Ưu điểm lớn là bạn chủ nhà nhiệt tình, chỉ đường rất kỹ. Nói chung ở tầm trung tâm Q1 mà giá vậy là quá ổn rồi.

• Tong (10/5): Tốt - cách bố trí căn phòng thì siêu đẹp, bồn tắm to, ngoài ra còn máy chiếu cứ phải gọi là hết nước chấm, màu sắc căn phòng siu vintage ấm cúng.
• Da (10/5): Tốt - Em rất hài lòng với dịch vụ ở đây, home sạch sẽ, thơm và mùi hương của phòng rất dễ chịu tạo cảm giác thoải mái, đi ra phố đi bộ và Bitexco cũng rất tiện lun.
• Khu (10/5): Vị trí trung tâm - Không có chỗ đậu xe nên ai đi ô tô hơi bất tiện, còn lại mọi thứ đều ổn. Chủ nhà thân thiện, mình thấy rất đáng ở lâu dài.
• Khai (10/5): Tốt - Có Netflix, có bồn tắm, có bếp, quá đủ cho cặp đôi. Quầy snack cute, có mì gói, cà phê. Không có bãi đậu xe ngay home mà đậu cách đó 100m nên đi grab cho tiện nha. Recommend hen
• Quang (10/5): Vị trí đẹp, ngay Q1 - Hai vợ chồng mình đi chơi SG cuối tuần, ở đây đúng kiểu chill. Phòng sạch, thơm, có bồn tắm to, buổi tối bật máy chiếu coi phim như rạp. Gần phố đi bộ Nguyễn Huệ,đi bộ ra ăn uống vui lắm. Ra vào phải đi ngang tiệm tóc hơi bất tiện tí, nhưng tổng thể vẫn 10/10

At first, it was a bit surprising, but once I got used to it, I found it quite fun and unique. Oh, and there are instant noodles and coffee on the ground floor too, which is really convenient for a quick breakfast

• Guest (10/5): - Mình đã ở khá nhiều homestay rồi nhưng chỗ này thật sự để lại ấn tượng đặc biệt. Từ lúc đặt phòng đến khi nhận phòng đều rất dễ dàng và nhanh chóng. Căn phòng y như hình, sạch sẽ, thơm tho, có cả máy giặt và bếp nên rất tiện cho người ở dài ngày như mình. Điều mình thích nhất là cảm giác như ở nhà, không bị gò bó hay thiếu thốn gì cả. 10 điểm cho phòng ở đây.

It felt truly homey. Another big plus was the snack bar with coffee and light breakfast options. Just wonderful

But honestly, during this time of year, all you need is a cozy place to sleep, watch Netflix, and chill — and that’s more than enough. The homestay has self check-in, but just reach out and you’ll get detailed instructions right away

However, one small downside is that sound from the hallway can echo into the room a bit — so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. That said, the host’s friendliness and the super convenient location made up for everything. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance

Từ ban công, bạn có thể chiêm ngưỡng đường xá nhộn nhịp của thành phố, mang đến những khoảnh khắc khó tả. Không gian tràn ngập ánh sáng tự nhiên và không khí trong lành, rất lý tưởng để thư giãn và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp của thiên nhiên
• Henry (10/5): - Một điều tôi rất thích khi ở đây đó chính là có quầy snack bar ở tầng 1, có mì ly và cà phê để có thể thưởng thức vào buổi sáng. Rất đáng tiền! Một homestay rất hợp với gu của tui, phòng sử dụng đèn vàng rất tốt cho mắt và mang cảm giác ấm cúng khi ở đây. Must try!

We also had the opportunity to use the washing machine for free The room is a bit smelly, I think is because the window is always closed. It could be a good idea to buy a net for mosquitos and keep the window open

• Thompson (10/5): Exceptional - Definitely worth staying for a wonderful experience — the in-room projector and bathtub are super comfortable and well-equipped, something you wouldn’t normally find in a standard hotel. The hosts respond very quickly. As mentioned, you have to walk through a hair salon to reach the apartment, which I found to be a fun and unique experience. Don’t miss the rooftop — I went up there to do laundry and the view was amazing

• Perrin (1/5): Bad - DO NOT STAY HERE We arrived at 8pm after an international flight, unaware it was self-check-in. We tried calling and messaging the provided WhatsApp number but got no response. Thankfully, another couple staying next door let us into the building and also tried to contact the host on our behalf. After 30 minutes and multiple attempts, the host finally answered a call—only to tell us the room we booked wasn’t actually available. We were told to go to another property across the city, which we had to reach by Grab at 9pm. At the second location, we couldn’t access the room because the passcode didn’t work. We spent 15 minutes on FaceTime with the host trying to sort it out. The room was dirty, the shower only had cold water, and there were holes in the ceiling. The projector couldn’t be used either—there was a warning not to change the pre-signed-in Netflix account or language settings, or we’d be charged. We asked for help with this and got no reply. We ended up leaving after one night (we had booked two), and again received no response when we informed them or requested a refund for the second night. Overall, communication was appalling. If you’re looking for a relaxing, stress-free stay, avoid this place entirely. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Also some free niknaks like Sweety's,noodle pots water etc. a massive stone bath which never got chance to use and a wee balcony which was funky All good no complaints.

• Khả (8/5): Acceptable - The room is comfortable enough with a nice layout. The location is a good point coz the accomodation is in the centre, close to almost everything. There're also several convenient stores and restaurants in the area, making it so convenient . There's not always hot water in the room although the staff did try to help. It seems like there's a water insufficience that creates the problems at times. Besides, it would be nicer if there's a hanger stand/ hanging hooks in the room and/ or in the bathroom for those who wanna stay for a few days. Sometimes, there's bad odour coming from the bathroom as well.
• Kellie (9/5): Superb - This was my first couple of nights in Vietnam, the host was contactable on WhatsApp and you pay through the link she sends via WhatsApp before arriving, when you do get there it’s a couple of codes to input and your in a hairdressers, don’t be alarmed find the stairs at the back and take the stairs to this really cute room, all clean, fresh bed, bathtub in the room with hot water so you can watch something on the really cool projector, bathroom was clean with toiletries and the air con was great with a powerful fan too, great location shops and restaurants nearby I would 100% stay here again, I’m on my own with an 8 year old too and felt very safe, thanks so much for a great introduction to Saigon, the host is really nice she checked on us the first morning that we were okay via whatsapp and suggested lots of nice places to visit and eat Nothing all good
• 瑀萱 (1/5): Bad - The owner instructed me to add their what’s app even though I don’t have the account. I asked my friend to help. And they confirmed me that I have to pay with another link, it’s weird and no assurance . When I get there I can’t contact the owner and couldn’t get into the room.
• Po-an (1/5): Bad - I don’t know what’s the problem for Wabi Sabi customers management. First time other customers keep pulling my door handle and pushed door when I was sleeping. Second time other customers try to again open my door with a password, and even the staff here went knocked my door twice and asked me to provide the booking information to check if it’s correct room number at even 3:46AM !.WTF IF THEY LET ME IN IF I DIDNT PAY AND GET THE INSTRUCTION BECAUSE THIS STUPID HOMESTAY WAS SELF-CHECKIN ! PERIOD!!! I couldn’t sleep for whole night. I’VE TEXTED THEM AND THEY EVENT JUST SEEN AND GHOST ME ! YOU GUYS OWN ME AN APOLOGIZES ! I won’t book Wabi Sabi third time, it was the worst homestay experience !!!!!!

• Emma (3/5): Wouldn’t do it again. - The location was good As soon as we paid for the accomodation our host completely ghosted us. No further communication on their end despite multiple attempts to message or call, we had paid for a room with a balcony and purposefully looked for a place that was noted as having wifi for work purposes and came to find the room had neither. The apartment was not serviced at all and is actually just an air bnb host. Even after 6 days of staying here we did not receive any fresh bedding or towels at all, there is no reception and the apartment is on top of a salon. Had we known the assistance would have been so poor we would not have booked in the first place. Extremely disappointing stay for our last week in Vietnam.

• Tran (7/5): Good - The room is big and comfortable. Cushion materials is nice. They have a fully equipped kitchen. There are scented candle ( but empty), scented essential oil lamp but no essential oil inside so we used as a sleeping lamp. The bathtub in the room, haven't used it but it's a nice idea to try next time.
• Allan (1/5): The customer service is really awful, I never meet the bad situations when I stayed there. - Everything is very bad I had a terrible experience staying from this hotel. The customer service was awful—they work online and disturb guests as late as 10:00 PM, asking me to open the door. It was quite ridiculous. They also failed to provide the address in advance, and it turned out to be a salon. Overall, it was a nightmare. I don't recommend this hotel for tourists, not experience like me.
