Guest Reviews
- Marek (8/5): Very good - Location, 3 min to Cipro meteo, and shops (24 hr Carrefour), big rooms, clean beds. Family friendly apartament. Close to metro but not to the Vatican entrance by foot - but still not too far :)
- Νικολαοσ (9/5): Convenient location and clean - Good location, spacious and clean apartment. Great access to metro, convenient groceries around The electronic access was a bit stressing. The apartment lacked some essentials which I usually expect in such apartments, like paper in the kitchen. Also the bed in the bed chamber had nor been made and we had to do it ourselves (There were clean sheets in the apartment left on the dresser). I also sent a message to ask about where we could store our luggage after check out but never received any reply. Last but not least there was no information regarding wifi in the apartment (I still do not know if there is or not)
- Rami (4/5): Excellent location but not much else - Great location, walking distance to the Vatican Museum, Cipro Metro station, 2 supermarkets, and fruit store.
Lots of storage space.
Nice coffee machine. The listing states that the apartment has a microwave. There is no microwave.
The listing states that the apartment has a dishwasher. There is no dishwasher.
The bathroom is not in good shape.
There is an oven, but no baking trays or any way to actually use the oven. It is a nice decoration but not much more.
No cutting board. First time I stay in a place without even a single cheap cutting board.

When we arrived, we checked that everything works and found that the stove top is unusable. The small burner was working but of course you cannot cook anything on such a small flame. One of the medium burners was barely working so it was pretty much another small burner. The other two burners did not work unless you held the button pressed, so not very useful. I contacted the host and he got it fixed in a day. Not a bad response time, but this issue was reported in a review from 26 April, so over 7 months ago. It was reported again on 2 July.
The kettle should have been thrown to the garbage about a year ago. The layer of sediment in the bottom is disgusting, so we didn't use that either.
I made the reservation for two people and a pet. I don't know how booking.com informs the owner about the pet. However, I always send a message to the owner right after the booking to let them know we bring a dog with us. I did it in this case as well. When the owner told me that a technician will come to fix the stove top, I told him that the dog will be in the apartment. His response was that I did not mention the dog anywhere, followed by a screenshot of the reservation, showing my comment about the dog. Funny.
He then followed with a statement that usually there is a surcharge for the dog, but because of the mix-up with the stove, he will not charge us this amount. This would have been nice, if not for the minor detail that the listing states that there are no extra charges for pets.
- Nele (8/5): Very good - The apartment is nice and spacious, easy to access independently. Good location – near the metro station and a walk away from cafés, bars, the Vatican. The window coverings made the room dark and the bed was comfy, which made for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean. The facilities also have a bath. All in all, a nice and comfy stay if you want to stay a little longer in Rome. Small things could be done to make the whole experience better – kitchen could use more appliances and basic supplies (e.g salt-sugar, tea, oil etc). Only one burner worked on the stove. The kettle nor hair dryer didn't fit into the socket.
- Kir (9/5): Solid option if you want to live near city center - - great location: 10 minutes walk from Valle Aurelia Train Station if you arroved in Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport airport, and 10-15 minutes walk to Vatican area;
- near apartments very good supermarket Carrefour Market - Roma P.le Degli Eroi where you can find anything you need; - bathroom kinda old
- no microwave
- elevator - every time you need to be sure that door is closed because of you left it unclosed neighbors can't use it and second elevator issue - it can't handle more than 3 peoples (240kg) which is not good if you are famaly of 4 adult people
- Chanel (8/5): Very good -
- Tatiana (7/5): Good - The apartment is located in a nice area, close to the Cipro metro station and within walking distance to the Vatican, local shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the owner was responsive to our inquiries and provided helpful assistance. The flat itself is a good size and includes convenient amenities such as a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. However, despite its favourable location and owner responsiveness, the flat requires renovation. At a rate 200 euros per day, we felt the price did not match the quality we experienced. Upon arrival, we encountered cleanliness issues, including dirty floors, and noticed damaged kitchen features such as the worktop and skirting. Furthermore, the cooker was difficult to light, with only one functional ring, and the bath drained slowly. Additionally, the check-in process, conducted through an app, proved to be less straightforward than anticipated, requiring a smartphone for seamless navigation. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that the owner requested a 10/10 review in exchange for a future discount, which we found to be a less than ideal practice. While we appreciate the gesture of a potential discount, we believe that reviews should be genuine reflections of guests' experiences.
- Marina (7/5): Good - The place was nice.
It was located close to Cipro subway station and a Carrefour supermarket.
The view was nice from the windows, because it was on the 6th floor.
The bathroom was quite clean and there was hot water all the time. When we arrived, the smart lock that you use to enter the building, as well as the apartment, didn't work because the wifi also didn't work and when we said that to the Host, he/she replied to us "so strange, thanks for the feedback.".
- Shannon (10/5): Fantastic stay! Very helpful when we asked for an iron. Great location to the metro, Vatican and shops. We would certain - Spacious and beautiful. Lots of natural light but possible to make dark very quickly. I would of liked a spare key for back up. I worried that our phones would run out of battery or data and we wouldn’t get into the apartment.
