Guest Reviews

- Enobong (8/5): It was just for one night, but my stay was truly satisfying - I liked almost everything except the food. Please see my comment below. There wasn’t much variety of food to choose from, so one was limited to only the available options.
- Richard (10/5): -
- Jim (8/5): Fine - Great breakfast. A bit difficult to find. Could not turn off the air conditioner
- Marc (8/5): Good - The property was clean and seemed fairly new - we used the pool which was nice. Breakfast buffet was included and was a standard typical one that most hotels are doing which is the minimum gay I look for at hotels. Two small issues we had - both not crazy bad but the pool shower and bathroom were both out of order which could have been an issue when you have 2 young kids. The main issue was the track which the glass doors for the shower in the room were installed on was don’t done level. So the doors would always roll open to the one side and we had to have someone the in the bathroom to hold the door open to avoid water from leaving the shower. That in my option is not a just happened issue - like a leaky faucet but was just installed properly from the get go.
- Connor (10/5): Very good. - The stay was enjoyed. N/A
- Paul (8/5): -
- Pauline (10/5): Loved our stay and would definitely be back - It was lovely and clean staff were very helpful Nothing
- Esther (10/5): -
- Tessa (9/5): - Clean friendly close to amenities Bathroom door is barn style with no fan
- Ryan (9/5): Spoty sheets and bathroom lock - Overall great! Breakfast was great, room was comfy and mostly clean.Staff was great and friendly. only minor things were: Sliding door on bathroom had no lock so very awkward with kids.
Sheets had stains on it, switched but still had small stain spots. Maybe add some bleach to the wash.
- Jens (9/5): -
- Dennis_R (10/5): Great place to stay - Clean, modern, spacious. Great place to stay. They had a little trouble finding my reservation at check-in.
- James (9/5): -
- Timothy (10/5): The rooms wear great the food was not. - low quality. Everything was processed food, even the cream for the coffee.
- Richards (10/5): -

- Patricia (6/5): - Clean however both stays the air condition unit was SO loud and ballast night we had to call the desk to get them to change the batteries In thermometer . We didn't arrive until 9 pm and were gone by630 bother visits this month and 250 I feel is a lot but closest to pine river institute staff were friendly
- Darlene (9/5): -
- Diana (8/5): Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again. - The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast offered hot and cold choices and four types of coffee which we appreciated. Front desk people were helpful and courteous. The location, on the edge of town, made for a quiet night - also appreciated. Decor was extremely nicely done just prior to our stay. There was one chair in our room for two people in a two-bed room which we thought odd. A call to the front desk soon remedied that.

- Compton (3/5): - Mid-winter during a wind storm. Area power outage occurred. Hotel was totally unprepared for event. Backup system did not kick in. Hallways were not lit and dangerous too navigate. No water to units. Imagine the toilet systems. Manager hid or made himself unavailable during entire event which lasted from about midnight for over 10 hours.

- Patricia (10/5): - Very clean Price

- Cory (10/5): - Location, cleanliness, & helpful courteous staff. steamed eggs & fatty meat at breakfast.
- Andrea (10/5): - Second stay in a few months. Will return. Great hotel, clean with excellent staff. The price went up as I booked just a few days in advance. I wish the price was more reasonable.
- James D (8/5): Very convenient to the ski facility and restaurants for my short vacation. - Proximity to the Nordic ski facility. The pool. The drinking water is salty which affected the coffee and my water bottle for skiing. The breakfast was satisfactory.
- Roki (9/5): We had a wonderful stay there. - This hotel had nice and clean facilities and is well situated for our outdoor activities. The staff were very friendly. The pool was a bit cold.
- Katie (4/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): -
- Pete (1/5): - Shitty experience with booking and Hampton Inn. Payed double. No one will help out. Awful experience. Customer service. By all parties
- Ian (8/5): -
- Patrick (8/5): Very efficient and cheerful staff. - The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. The toilet plugged up.
- Tracey (10/5): So good I came back twice! - My second visit, to a lovely hotel that ticks all the boxes.
- Tracey (9/5): Fabulous hotel - Great staff who were very understanding when I made a mistake on my booking. Great facilities and lovely breakfast.
- Marine (8/5): - Emplacement pas très loin d'Orangeville et ces services/restaurants.
Personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner bon.
Chambre propre. Chambre devant l'ascenseur, un peu bruyante par moments la nuit.
- Regina (9/5): - Staff was very friendly, hotel new and modern. Coffee available in lobby 24/7 TV channels not the best selection. Breakfast was ok.
- Christin (8/5): -
- Melanie (7/5): Le séjour étais bien. - La chambre étais grande et moderne. La Porte de la douche ne restait pas fermer elle s’ouvrait seule. L’eau dans l’établissement étais aussi salé.
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional front desk staff, clean comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast made my stay enjoyable. - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was truly exceptional—friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast was also yummy, with a great selection that made each morning a pleasure. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! During my stay, I did notice that there were kids running around the halls and throughout the hotel, which at times was a bit distracting. However, this did not affect my overall stay or my opinion of the hotel. The staff was hardworking, professional, and did a great job ensuring guests were taken care of. Their effort and dedication truly stood out and made the experience a positive one overall.
- Sean (5/5): - Clean, decent pool. Breakfast was sub-par. I requested Communication with the GM, emails and calls unanswered. TV didn't work, missing a cable
- TAMMY (10/5): Great experience. Will stay again - The staff is friendly, room was clean Pool is small, no hot tub.
- Anne (10/5): -
- Luiza (10/5): -
- David (9/5): - The room was comfortable and modern. The receptionist at the front desk was particularly lovey.
- Arwind (9/5): Pleasant and peaceful - Quiet and peaceful, perfect for short stays. Not much to dislike
- Therese (8/5): Very good stay, clean, confortable bed, big windows, will go again! - Cleanliness, very good bed, big windows which felt like having a balcony Same breakfast for 2 days…Would have liked bacon on the second day instead of saucisse…but not really a problem…
- Pete (1/5): Awful customer service from booking and Hampton - Awful experience. By both booking and Hampton. Double charged for two rooms horrible customer service. Will never use booking or Hampton again. The whole experience
- RICHARD (10/5): -
- Tina (9/5): - It was a great stay. Only thing was that we were told that bacon was coming out soon for breakfast, but it never did. Does not affect my rating. Still a 10. Thank you. As mentioned, above. Was told bacon was coming out, but we never saw it. Still all in all an eating of 10.
- Jeremy (10/5): -
- Brandon (8/5): - It seemed as though the snow hadn’t been cleared for some time
- Dianna (8/5): Clean and comfortable rooms. - It was clean and well kept. Comfortable beds. All the pillows were the same, a variety would’ve been appreciated and the tap water is salty and disgusting. I’ve lived in Orangeville and why the water there isn’t great this is next level.
We found a water bottle refill station in the lobby but were told nothing on check-in. When we were checking out we mentioned the water and she said “oh we don’t recommend the tap water - it’s not safe to drink”.
Might want to say that on check-in and better yet fix it or supply free bottled water to the rooms.
Otherwise a great stay and I will return. With my water bottle!
- Gabriela (10/5): -
- Mackay (9/5): -
- Mark (10/5): - The only problem is the breakfast can be much better for the money everything else was excellent including the staff and facility
- Tolmie (8/5): - We liked the breakfast, the shower room We had issues with the water in the room tasting horrible, and the fan was very loud.
- Robert (10/5): -
- McPherson (7/5): I will not be booking through bookings.com again - The Christmas music in the hall was too loud. Difficulty with check in process as the rooms were booked by a third party.
- YJ (8/5): Good hotel for overnight on road trip. - Good hotel for overnight stay on road trip ..
- Sheila (10/5): - Newer and convenient Snow
- Sara (9/5): - It was nice and clean
- Duane (8/5): -
- Fernanda (10/5): -
- David (10/5): -
- Sandra (10/5): - Clean and friendly staff
- Crisford (3/5): Disappointed - I did like the staff. The room was good I had trouble connecting with wifi. I requested last name and room number, in the end it was actually my first name to access. The tv was not mounted properly so when I tried to adjust it seemed like it was falling and I just set it back. When i arrived I was tired from the drive, the room temp was cold and I just delt with it. I was attending a program that is required because my son is in a facility 25min away, I was told there was a discount offered because I am required to attend. When asking the night before. I was informed it didn't exist and I already got a good price for the room.
- Frank (8/5): A great stay and would stay again when in the area. - Very good breakfast ….one of the best when travelling!!!
- winifred (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Adonias (10/5): Comfortable - Perfect for a short getaway — clean, quiet, and excellent service.
- Nancy (6/5): I spoke to the front desk as we left to mention it and was basically left with a oh too bad attitude. Hope you enjoyed y - The property was clean and modern The noise of the heater/AC unit in the bedroom was louder than a jet engine. Absolutely impossible.
- Wayne (8/5): - Location
- henderson (8/5): -
- Nicolaas (9/5): -
- Lu Anne (10/5): - This is a fairly new hotel. It is very clean. The staff are very helpful and very considerate.
- Alison (1/5): The hotel is new and nice. But the housekeeper and manager on the three days two nights we stayed are subpar at best - Great parking. They didn’t clean our room. We called for more towels and coffee as they didn’t clean our room and needed more for our second day of stay. And nothing was brought to us. I left a message with manager and never received a call back.
- Linda (10/5): We enjoyed our visit. - All’s good. Thanks. Everything was fine.
- Ryan (10/5): - AC in the room was quite loud and woke us up a couple of times.
Otherwise, it was a nice stay.
- Ingrid (9/5): - Support and flexibility
- Larraine (10/5): - The hotel was very clean and the area around the hotel was quiet. We were is the area for a wedding which was near the hotel. There is lots of parking for guests.
- Angela (10/5): -
- Keeley (10/5): - This is a beautiful Hampton - staff were amazing! Great food, clean rooms and great location. If you like it cool to sleep the temperature sneaks up - so put it down cool to start. Air conditioner has white noise.
Front staff are great - very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for a great stay!
- Matt (10/5): - Very nice and new building. Staff was very accommodating with our late check out request
- Paulina (8/5): - We enjoyed the pool. We were unable to connect properly to the Wi-Fi, especially during the rain, which meant we could barely use the internet. When we asked the reception for assistance, we were told the rain was affecting the connection, but unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered.
- Audrey (9/5): Great. - We were given an upgrade to King suite. Nice quiet room. Darkening shades. Spacious. Two suitcase holders. Comfortable beds. AC doesn’t blow directly on the bed. The King Suite is well designed. The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sit on. Too deep, and only one back/decorative pillow that didn’t help.
- Candace (10/5): - Been here a few times now and always have good service from the staff, i will continue to come here for my future getaways
- connor (6/5): - nice hotel, however the anticipation of a large amount of guests checking in one one day was not coordinated very well. was there at 2 for an early check in and didn’t get to my room until 2:45. took 45 minuets for 3 people to get to their rooms. not very efficient.
- Eva Yin Chu (8/5): traveling - I have sometime didn't stay with Hampton Inn & Suites because the internal decor was a bit old. This time I tried again, wondered the hotel is quiet and the new decor is good (modern designed). The room is comfortable, hot shower is good, however the bed is quite hard (for myself). Lightings is good, breakfast is OK, free parking is good and convenience.
I think is good experience for to review the Hampton Inn & Suites, will try more in other cities.
- James (10/5): -
- JAYARAM (10/5): - Nice stay & nothing to complain.
- Caro (10/5): -
- Angela (6/5): - Did not realize when I booked that I would pay a $150 pet fee for two dogs ($75 each) for my stay. Other than that, nice stay, clean and quiet hotel with a park across the road to walk the dogs.
- patrick (8/5): -
- Lynn (10/5): - Excellent staff, comfortable room
- Alison (10/5): - Large clean rooms. Good location.
