• Eliott (8/5): - The location is fantastic, lovely being able to sit on the deck and see the beach through the trees. Easy walk into the town, cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and very good quality bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt like the apartment needed a good deep clean. Many of the cupboards smelt musty and the shower door surrounds needed a good clean.

• Demi (1/5): Spend your money else where - The location As you can see with the photos and videos below this unit was most definitely not up to scratch. Upon walking into the unit there was a bikini top left from precise guest on the table. Not a huge deal but the more I looked around the unit I could see that was the level of cleaning throughout. For $1698.94 for 4 nights I do not believe it is too much to expect that the fans do not sound like they’re falling from the ceiling or to have doors open and close. Based on the fact that there is mould all over the backs of the bathroom doors as well as in the basins, I am not surprised that we ended up in the hospital with out 9 month old daughter. I am requesting a call from your manger regarding these issues and how you plan to rectify what has been an absolutely horrible experience.

• Kathryn (8/5): A Lovley week. - Position A few of the appliance need fixing. Dryer needs replacing and dishwasher handle needs fixing.?

• Judy (10/5): - A wonderful location across from beautiful Clarke's Beach and close to the Byron Bay township. A very comfortable, spacious apartment, perfect for 3 adults. Very clean with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We will hopefully return. The only thing missing was a cloth to wipe down the kitchen bench otherwise it was a perfect place to stay.

• Ashleigh (8/5): Great location very accessible to everything - Amazing location. Host Tanya is very easy to communicate with and keeps you up to date with everything going on in the building Cleanliness was okay however could have been better
• Ross (8/5): Great location - Great position, walkable to the town centre. Entry procedure relies on receiving a text with a code which may not immediately come through, especially a problem with an international phone number. This caused some delay. Also there are a few maintenance issues which require attention.
