• Jessica (8/5): - The location is very convenient, it is in a heart of Naples, the bed was confortable, the staff is very friendly and the communication is efficient. Easy self check in with clear instructions. We enjoyed our stay. There is a lack of sockets to charge your electronic devices (only one available), there is a lot of switches to turn on different lights, i would suggest to be labeled. The place has a good and enough space but will be great to have a hanger clothes or and small wardrobe. For a stay of more than four nights, we will suggest an extra set of towels and more than 2 coffee pods. The general cleaning was fine, however the mirror and the coffee machine need a bit more attention. It is a street level apartment, you experiment a lot of noise.
• Efthalia (1/5): Worst stay ever - The location was good!! The only thing that mattered for the host was to pre pay the taxes(even before the arrival instructions). When we got to the house we found a car and a motorcycle blocking the entrance, along with the laundry bags that where placed outside the laundry room that was working 24/7! Besides the noises, the atmosphere of the room was suffocating because of the mold and the humidity! I spent the first hour in Napoli cleaning the room-never saw such a dirty place anywhere!!! The owner was just "sad that we didn't like his apartment "! The entrance door was worst than that of a warehouse abandoned for decades ,the bathroom cabin had mold and rust, the bathroom sink was not big enough to wash hands,the sheets where dirty(with hair and blood).....soo sad i can only share 4 pictures.. still waiting an answer from booking....
