• D (2/5): Less than Ideal. Tolerable. - availability. I paid in full on a credit card before arrival. Staff at check-in were rude, argumentative & demanded I pay upfront, a higher cost. Gave me a discounted rate of $400+ USD for golf cart rental, which was overall dirty and contained trash. Pitiful Customer service, No Working WiFi. When I asked for a map, they pointed to a 2023-2024 magazine and said it's in there. I had a torn-in-half towel for a bath mat. The faucet handle came off the 1st time I attempted to use it. I have photos of the view: a parking lot full of trash, not the advertised photos. Other photos I am unable to upload here. The location is dirty, loud, and not at all as expected.

They tried to put us in a 4th floor room with two bedrooms but it was dirty and we weren’t comfortable with it. The owners were nice but they couldn’t understand why we didn’t want to stay there. It was just not what we thought we had rented.

• Lloyd (4/5): - The walls between the rooms are extremely thin and you can hear everything from the next room. This wasn’t helped by the fact that next door played extremely loud music until 3.00 in the morning and started again at 08:00. The room I was needed a good painting and the furniture and fridge were very outdated and could do with replacing. Staff were friendly and location is very central in the main part of town.
• Jacklyn (4/5): We would not stay here again. Very expensive for little comfort. - The location was close to the water, dive shops and restaurants. Worst thing was we didn’t have any hot water. We discussed this with management and was told to let the water run for awhile. We tried letting wasted water run for a long time and still took showers in cold water. When we arrived at the hotel the lobby looked like a storeroom and we were even hesitant to stay there. The room was facing the street (did have a nice window with curtains) and the street noise was loud. We could also hear neighbors talking in the other room and outside our door. The walls needed a coat of paint due to lots of scuffs on the walls. There were ceiling tiles loose and falling down in the bathroom. A water kettle was provided but no cups or coffee. Also no shampoo. Room was clean and room service staff was helpful.

• Julie (1/5): It was frightening - Location The room wasn’t ready, it appears to be mold on the walls, the bathroom door handle didn’t work, the fire alarm was hanging from the wall, wires were coming out of the exhaust fan, there was something underneath the sheets that made them feel like there was sand, there were black scuff marks on the walls. When I tried to relay my concerns to the lovely man at the front desk said “but everyone’s OK, right?” I told him that I needed to write a review-he said “ok”

• Francisco Emiliano (10/5): - Very clean, house keeper was very nice and asked if we needed anything very often! In mid-town so a golf cart was not needed. Very good Salvadorian restaurant across the street with great prices and plenty of convenient stores on each side of the hotel. Beach was two blocks away! We will return.

• Bernard (6/5): OK for one night, wouldn’t want to stay any longer. - Location. Room was not ready when we went to book in. We arrived at 11:00 and were able to leave our luggage in the foyer until our 13:00hr booking in. On returning to the hotel at 13:00hrs the room was still not ready and we had to wait another hour before we could gain access, and the cleaners were still in there and everything (floor and all surfaces) were wet making it very slippery.

• Gus (10/5): - Staff are super friendly and eager to assist with anything you need. Big airconditioned rooms, comfortable and clean. They have golf cart rentals. 1/2 a block from San Pedro water taxi. Close to the airport. Downtown close to everything.
