• Stephanie (8/5): Beautiful property but extremely hard bed - Beautiful property, pool area, great location, and the friendly cat was a plus! The staff were very nice and helpful as well as the included breakfast the first morning was delicious . The casa exceeded my standards. Very well maintained and well equipped. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed. The bed was extremely hard, I’ve never experienced a bed this hard ever, and therefore we didn’t get good sleep at all and my body hurt. For the price paid you’d think they’d have good quality mattresses, but no. Lying on the sand on the beach was more comfortable. This would deter me from staying again and recommending this place unless this is changed. Also wish they cleaned the room, made the bed, and changed out towels/wash cloths during our stay.
• Lovinggood (10/5): One of the best places to stay on Caribbean side. - Absolutely gorgeous gardens. Beautiful room with ac and the best shower I have ever had. Amazing location 2 miles from puerto Viejo. Walk to the gorgeous beach 100 feet away I loved everything. It was gorgeous.

The amenities were well maintained and thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. What truly stood out was the staff: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. We really enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the comfortable amenities and great location. One small suggestion would be to have the option to better close or secure the kitchen area. Since it is open to the outside, it was difficult to leave food there, and we often had to rush cooking and cleaning to avoid animals coming in. Raccoons were able to get into the food and trash, so a way to properly close the kitchen would make the experience even more comfortable and stress-free for guests.

• Nancy (10/5): Awesome beach escape - We stayed in Casa Jeffrey. It was a great place to stay. We loved the outdoor kitchen, the huge deck and the beautiful bathroom. We were steps from the pool. The property was a gorgeous jungle setting. The black beach Playa Negra was just a 2 minute walk across the road. It was very convenient having the Super SK grocery store right in front of the property. There was also a nice beachfront restaurant across the street. It is just a short 15-20 minute walk into Puerto Viejo along the beach or sidewalk. The owner and property manager as well as all the other staff were very friendly. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. There is really nothing not to like about this place. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but that is just my preference.
• Barbara (10/5): This was one of my best overnight stay in Costa Rica, thumbs up Casa Jeffrey - We loved the landscaping on the property as well as the private villas which included an outdoor kitchen. The Host was delightful and most of all very helpful with assisting us where to go. For example, where to buy fresh fish from the fisherman’s. The owner of this beach escape surely, understood the assignment of a paradise dream. Thank You Both! (This is not a good bye but s see you again) Nothing to say, property is Great!
