• PHUONG MAI (8/5): Heel tevredent - Kamer, keuken,badkamer. De apartement is beetje ver van centrum, maar heel makkelijk verbinden bij metrohalte Wood Green, lijn Piccadilly! Heel handig! Veel winkels, restaurants in de buurt!👍🏻 We moeten in 1 dag zoeken voor deze apartement nadat de andere reserved apartement is geannuleerd zonder reden! Gelukkig we hebben deze apartement gevonden! Alleen de trap beetje klein
• June (8/5): Piso perfecto para unos dias en Londres - La relacion calidad precio esta muy bien y la dueña fue muy maja. La boca del metro esta a 5 minutos del piso y es una calle con mucha vida. Las ventanas dan a una calle principal en la que hay mucho ruido nocturno y se escuchaba todo por el mal aislamiento. A parte esta mas lejos de lo que pensaba del centro y los aeropuertos, pero la boca de metro la tienes a 5 minutos del aparcamiento.

• alegerald (7/5): - Staff super, risposte super veloci e intervento lampo nel momento del bisogno. Sempre gentile e precisa. Ottima posizione, atterrando e partendo da Stansted, peccato per la chiusura metro proprio nel nostro weekend. Bus benissimo collegati ma tragitto lungo il doppio rispetto alla metropolitana. Scale un pochino strette per salire con le borse, parte dell'arredo vecchiotto o rovinato ma per prezzo e posizione non mi sarei aspettata sicuramente la perfezione. Nel complesso sono soddisfatta!

• Natalie (10/5): Perfect spot! - The space was great, we were staying for an event at Alexandra palace and it’s even closer than we had expected! The space was more than we expected, and close to some shops and restaurants that meant we could make a bit more of a day of it while visiting. Communication from the hosts was great; informative yet friendly and quick response time too. We will definitely stay again when we’re next that way. The only feedback I could give is that, as a group of three girls staying, a couple more mirrors wouldn’t be a bad thing! This didn’t and wouldn’t put us off returning but would just make the space even better than it already is!

• Giuseppina (5/5): - La posizione (se però vi trovate a Londra con uno sciopero dei mezzi come nel nostro caso, invece che impiegare 15 minuti per arrivare in centro impiegherete un’ora con l’autobus). Non venite in questa struttura! Tanto per cominciare, appena arrivati stava diluviando e non riuscivamo nemmeno ad entrare in quanto due signore stavano a detta loro “traslocando”, hanno lasciato tutte le valigie nello strettissimo pianerottolo rendendo il nostro ingresso alla struttura quasi impossibile! Abbiamo chiamato e messaggiato ripetutamente i proprietari che non hanno mai risposto fino a qualche ora dopo quando hanno risposto ad un solo messaggio. La prima sera non appena tornati all’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto allagato in quanto il frigo perdeva acqua ed abbiamo dovuto dare il cencio; Cosa più assurda è stata tra la notte fra il terzo ed il quarto giorno, quando verso le 12:20 a.m. ci hanno svegliato degli inquietanti rumori provenienti dal piano di sopra con tanto di conati di vomito e gente che continuava a dire “oh my god” che ci ha fatto stare in pensieri e faticando a dormire. I proprietari in tutto ciò? ASSENTI!

• Andrea Sofia (8/5): - The apartment was really close to bus stop and the underground. The furniture was new and the apartment was good for 5 people. Such an affordable price to be at new years eve. The staff gave us good info and answers really quickly even in festive days.

• Stephanie (8/5): Lovely spot easily accessible to central - The communication from Becca was fantastic. Everything was incredibly clear and comms were polite and professional. I appreciated the attention to detail on how to enter the property. The space was perfect for one night for some friends and I to stay when we had an event in the city that would not finish in time for trains back North. The location was easily accessible through tube ride and a 5 minute walk up a well light high street. Many amenities near by if needed and the space itself was spacious and had a lovely little kitchen if you were to need one. The entrance to the flat did not have an automated light on the tight staircase, it would be better if there were one so that it is easy to see when navigating the stairs and bags at the same time as there are no windows for natural light.

• Simon (8/5): - It is well equipped (a washing machine, microwave, good WiFi, enough space for a family of five). Very responsive staff!! I got an answer within minutes or almost seconds. Public transport and grocery stores are close by. We missed a pancake spatula, a bigger pot for making pasta. Maybe another smaller towel per person would be fine. A bit noisy due to traffic. If they improve window sealing, the problem would disappear.

• Amber (10/5): Highly recommend, great experience - The apartment was great, clean and had everything we needed. We had some trouble getting the key but the owner was so helpful so it really wasn't an issue. The beds were firm but still comfortable, and overall was an amazing experience. The apartment was quite warm as theres a lot of good weather in the UK right now, and the apartment had fans in the bedroom and living room so we could keep cool which was an added bonus. It also sits right by a number of bus routes so its easy to get around the Tottenham area and into city centre london from the location. As the apartment sits on a main street, even at night there can be some noise outside like buses or loud people/vehicles so if youre a really light sleeper you might be woken up by it but it didnt affect us at all.
• Richards (9/5): Amazing place for short stay explorers - Great amenities, everything you could ever need for a short stay in London. Located close to multiple food, grocery and retail stores and a stones throw from bus stops and tube stations. Responsive property manager, clear instructions. It can get hot/humid very fast. Fans provided but some A/C or ceiling fans would be a great addition. Also the plug sockets are a but volatile, the living room and bedroom sockets all had one port that stopped and started working if anything plugged in.

În our last night accommodation, around 1 or 2 am ring at intercom, i didn't answer, but I think have key or living in this building, because coming in building 2 guys and 2 womens was drunk and make a lot of noise in all building..in special în front of my door and next level. My kids was little scared, because sleeping before to arrive this group.What i want to mention, this group don't call only one time ..insisted around 5 min to ring.

• Emma (5/5): Basic apartment, but issues with water and owner! - The apartment was basic, but what we expected for the money. The water stopped working when we returned back from the theatre and when I called the contact number, nobody answered. I then messaged on WhatsApp and booking.,I'm and about 30 minutes later someone told me it was the whole area that had water issues and it was not their fault. I understand things like this are out of your control, but we were not notified and had literally no water and couldn't use the toilet all night (from about 10pm). The landlord didn't offer any kind of help and basically said he wouldn't take any responsibility, which I find very unprofessional. He didn't even offer to bring us bottled water! The shops were shut, so we literally had to not use the loo or block it up! Not good!

• Ka (8/5): The property is ok but for August was a bit overpriced for what I have . - Location was ok good connection to tube and buses, many shops around . A bit noisy to sleep, windows on the street. Towels were not very fresh washed and no bigger knives to cut bread or watermelons.

Great communication for easy check in The apartment was very clean Fairly well equipped kitchen Sofa bed was fine for 2 adults Shower was AMAZING 25 min walk to Ally Pally Would stay again The double bed wasnt the comfiest and the road outside was very noisy all night, maybe some better soundproof curtains could help? First world problems though!

We knew it would be a loud location with the busy high street outside, but what was challenging was the loud tenant above who kept us awake until the early hours of the morning each night.
• Cassi (1/5): Worst location ever visited - The apartment itself was OK The location it was in was extremely noisy, constant sirens, shouting, arguing, the apartment upstairs was unbelievably noisy constant banging and shouting, I read previous reviews and thought maybe the noise upstairs was the guests staying at the time, obviously not. Very unsafe location approached several times for money and trying to take possessions. Went to watch snooker at Alexandra Palace, personally wouldn't stay here ever again, only got 2 hours sleep, we have serveal holiday lets and i would not let this property as one! Especially if you have children, Couldn't wait to leave. The parking they give you, ask for a different postcode as the one supplied through parking app is wrong, as so unsafe we drove to the venue both days.

• Sorria (8/5): Busy Area, clean property - Very clean ,comfortable beds,all facilities you could need. Very close to two underground stations and any shop you could need on the doorstep. Great communication with Oscar who provided information and answered messages quickly. There was 5 of us and only 3 towels so had to buy more for our stay. I think each room could do with an additional fan, the property gets very warm. Having to leave the windows open means it gets very noisy which is obvious because it's on a busy main road , but bring ear plugs if noise keeps you awake.

Property interior was stunning and better than any of my other experiences:) Fully furnished with loads of helpful fixed facilities and everything was clean with extra cleaning supplies provided for free. Lovely free wifi perk and television fully functioning. Only one window in the property opened a little which made the heat almost unbearable as it was very hot, even with the fans. Would be better if the property was better equipped for hotter days.

• I (10/5): Perfect. Definitely recommend this instead of hotel - Everything was like in the photos. Good, clean and comfortable. I didn’t expect that but is better then hotel. We had a 1 year old with us and he enjoyed it.
• Bennett (8/5): Perfect for going to the concert - Safe parking five minutes away. Thirty five minute walk to Tottenham stadium for a concert. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Overall I was very happy and slept 4 adults with relative ease. Was quite warm in the flat, but it's a warm summer!
