• JANE (10/5): Apart from the door locking latch problem, we loved our stay and would visit again sometime. Thank you Nicki. - Spacious, exceptionally clean and lots of supplies for the bathroom and equipment for the kitchen. Great location and outlook to the putting green. (We are golfers). The key lock is a great idea (once you know how) but you may need to check the actual door lock and locking plate on door frame as the door latch was not clicking in to the lock when trying to turn the key or the inside latch. It took ages trying to lock the door and the door plate on the opposite door frame seemed a little loose?

• Dawn (3/5): Disappointing - Sorry but the negatives outweighed anything positive. Apartment tired, needs a refurb, smelt of smoke, broken electricity switches, split system not operating properly - not good on a cold night. Kitchen not clean.

• Danielle (2/5): Displeasing owners to coordinate the arrival/departure - Im taking time to write this review as we paid a good dollar to be there and have travlled alot. The double bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable, had some great sleeps, the facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and amenities) all good. There is no oven. Able to cook and wash up for small meals. Fridge is good. Tv and wifi work. Aptm is best for two people, three is some crunchy. At the end of the day it was important to rest and just enjoy peace of rest. Need a car to move to other areas and locations in the area. Easy to get to golf at Moonah, and use the bar, restaurants if need. Its alittle worn at the edges. Needs renovation. No door handle at all on bathroom door, thus can not close it for privacy. The fly screen in main room falls off with any touch (hinges worn out), no fly screen on bedroom window/door. No smart tv to use apps. Shower head is loose. Thus can not have proper shower. We were three adults in the aptm and asked various times, if there was a ‘sofa bed’ to use. The second bed (the presumed sofa bed) is not a ‘sofa bed’ but roll out mattress from a two seated uncomfortable smelly sofa that rolls out on the floor when u pull it out. The aptm provides a topper to enhance the sleep but its not bed as there are various ‘rutts, n curves’ in the lay out. Hoping all is clean, ….. that is where the third or fourth person will sleep. To understand how clumsy it is the sofa is uncomfortable in its normal state when watching tv. The owners abit disorganized as the correct key lock code was not communicated vis sms prior to the arrival. Can read booking.com communication regarding. Thus caused an issue to enter and depart. I will not return to this aptm, to this arrogant attitude being that they are not interested to accommodate the needs of the traveller at heart. If you can get the aptm for a cheap price do so, but go to the hotel and their services likewise.

• Chelsea (7/5): Good - Clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. Very exposed, no privacy if you want to keep light in the room. Booking.com messaging wasn’t coming through and I couldn’t get in contact with anyone, very stressful in the lead up to the stay.
• Garry (10/5): Spacious. Had everything you would want. - Spacious. Great base for exploring Mornington Peninsula. Had everything you would want and more. Overlooking putting green. Only problem there was I forgot my putter!! Nothing.

• Amanda (8/5): Get away - Ground floor made it easy access. It was relatively quiet during the home I was there. There is a sofa bed which is handy. There wasn't any Netflix or streaming options. Also I noted that booking .com advertises as wheelchair accessible. The entry is but the bath/ shower is not. The bath is quite deep so may not be easy to use (step into) if you have an injury or are an older person. The shower is in the bath. It does make a good bath for children though.

• Swati (10/5): Excellent and comfortable stay as there was a extra sofa bed for my son and room for parents. - The room was spacious, very clean and fresh, they accommodated us at the last minute since me and my husband already had another placed booked but my parents and son tagged along, so we needed space for them to stay. They had a great time, my son loved how they had so many wonderful toys to play with. I can’t think of anything that could have been better. I believe everything my parents needed was already there..

• Andrew (9/5): Hidden Gem in Fingal - Soothing & Relaxing experience - Nikki communication was fabulous from start to finish , apartment was awesome felt really warm & relaxing pool side mini golf outside very pleasant , TY. :)) Food at Golf club sat night was very average burger & fish chips was 2/10 really ordinary to be honest and we decided to skip breakfast given food quality at night. Local fish chips & burger shop would have been better option at third of price . Couple extras for apartment that would be bonus 2 keys front door just in case we lock ourselves out Bottle opener Smaller milk option for tea & coffee to save opening 1 litre We will be booking again thanks for your hospitality and welcoming spirit ,we really appreciate.
