- Fabiana (9/5): - Confortável, limpo e bom atendimento dos funcionários do local Quarto onde fiquei com problema de elétrica, ao colocarmos telefone para carregar as luzes permaneciam acesas. Tinham na TV apenas alguns canais abertos, sem muitas opções.para assistir TV ( sem globo e sem filmes, apenas SBT pegava bem)

- Alberto Vicente (5/5): Muito ruim - Cafe da manhã muito bom. Tive uma péssima experiência. Pois havia reservado 5 quarto. Porém ao chegar para fazer o check-in. A pessoa na recepção informou que não tinha mais quartos disponivel e enfatizava que não tinha nenhuma reserva, mesmo eu mostrando para ela o número da reserva. Assim tivemos que sair pela a cidade a procura de hotel. E havíamos feito a reserva um mês antes, pois fomos a cidade para um casamento. O que posso dizer é que se eu precisar voltar a Votorantim não volto para esse hotel. Pois mostrou claramente para mim que eles não tem controle das hospedagens e nem respeito pelo os hóspedes.
