• Pablo (10/5): - Emplacement idéal, appartement très grand, propre et tranquille, chambres spacieuses avec beaucoup de rangements. Cuisine bien équipée. Douches et toilettes partagées mais on ne se marchait pas dessus et c'était propre. Plutôt calme pour les chambre côté cour. Bon wifi et prises disponibles. Il manque une lumière au dessus de la cuisinière et le frigo n'était pas très froid. Sinon aucun souci !

• Sherry (10/5): - Safe and quiet location, just around the corner from many restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Respectful guests, and Dairo, who lives on site, is a gem! Balcony, clean, well equipped kitchen, coffee and filtered water provided. We stayed 6 nights and never an issue with shared bathrooms . I didn’t like receiving an email following our stay requesting that we give them a 10 star rating, or get back to them about why not so they can improve. I would have given the 10 stars without the request, and it was obvious to me that they put a lot of effort into making the accommodation the best possible.

Ideal location in Laureles which is very nice, we were also given some top tips of location to visit which we ended up in Pueblo Paisa. Additionally there is great free coffee and free washing!

• Xiaojing (10/5): Really friendly and relaxed place to stay in Laureles - Everything is perfect, Dairo and Camila are super friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom are very clean and well maintained. They have free washing and drying machines to use. And they also helped me store my suitcase when I visited Salento and Santa Marta, that helped me a lot! Highly recommended to everyone who prefer to stay in a quiet and relaxing place! NA

I loved the vibes and had an amazing Christmas and New Year I will not forget in a long time. The kitchen and apartment is clean and a cleaning lady comes daily. Highly recommended for solo travellers! Sometimes we had cockroaches, but I think in this climate it is almost unavoidable.

• Alex (10/5): Perfecto para nómadas digitales - Realmente, nos gustado mucho alojarnos en CoNomad está en un barrio tranquilo y seguro, dispusimos de una habitación amplia con lugar de trabajo tanto dentro de la habitación como en el coworking, una cocina muy bien equipada y organizada. Todo muy limpio. Además el paisa Dairo nos ha ayudado y aconsejado en todo, muchas gracias! Nada, todo genial.

Siempre atento a las consultas. El primer día me explicó cómo funcionaba todo dentro del apartamento y también en la ciudad de Medellín. Espero volver muy pronto, sin dudas serán mi primera opción. La comunicación a través de la plataforma fue muy fluida también. El último día me comuniqué con Camila, para solucionar un contratiempo personal, ella supo responder y darme la tranquilidad. En resumen, el equipo de CoNomad House contribuyó a tener una experiencia superior.

Location is good too, nearby everything but in a less busy street. I really enjoyed my stay, and overall recommend the place There was often a strong smell of cigarettes in the common area, coming I guess from the balcony where people where smoking without closing the door... And my room was on the road side, and nearby the television area so it was sometimes a bit noisy.
• Michl Schürr (10/5): - Ich war drei Nächte dort und habe die anderen Gäste kaum gesehen. Das Hostel liegt ruhig und sicher, dennoch in der Nähe zu Restaurants. Das Gemeinschaftsbad hatte ich bei 7 Zimmern und 3 Bädern faktisch für mich alleine.

La localisation au coeur de Laureles est top : restaurants, bar et commerces a maximum 10 min, metro a 15 min à pied. Le lieu est très propre, la chambres au calme et très confortable. La cuiaine a tous les équipemts nécessaires et un petit balcon permet de se poser pour voire un café au soleil. Un endroit parfaot pour travailler et visiter. Mais celui qui fait qu'on se sent si bien c'eat Dairo avec son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et ses bons conseils. Si je reviens un jour à Medellin, c'est ici que je poserai mes valises.

• Viviana (10/5): Great place to stay in the heart of laureles and feel like home! - This is a lovely house situated in a very central part of Laureles, just a short walk from great restaurants and cozy cafés. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everyone there is incredibly kind, making you feel right at home. The place is clean, quiet, and cozy, with spacious bedrooms that are perfect for long stays and remote work. I even extended my stay because it felt so comfortable, and I’ll definitely be coming back next time. N/a
• Marta (10/5): Highly recommended! 10/10 - This place impeccable! I love to have my own space, I usually book apartments knowing the inconveniences in co-living spaces. BUT! I haven't met any of these here. Rooms are spacious, each with an area to store your stuff - most of the rooms are with HUGE wardrobes. Each room with a comfortable workspace, lamps in each place you may need. Literally, there's nothing missing. Common spaces are perfectly designed to meet your needs - sofa, a ban bags, additional co-working space, a terrace where you can chat with other people, books, and a Nintendo, if you like. And my favourite spot - a hammock. Kitchen is more than fully equipped. I'd maybe only consider adding a few more glasses. There are 3, again big, bathrooms for 6 rooms. It just feels at home. Location is great - close to all the amenities, the area is safe and QUIET! What's more, the staff is jus amazing. The house is always clean, no areas that are missed by the (wonderful and friendly!)cleaning lady's cloth. Dairo, the dueño de esta casa, is very helpful and supportive during the whole stay. Fortunately, I was able to extend my stay here, but I already know that I'm gonna miss that place.

I was in communication with the owner Florian as well for extension and changing rooms and he has been really accommodating! It's also in a very central location in Laureles, near excellent restaurants, cafes, calle 70, etc.
• Thomas (8/5): Best Value stay in Medellin - Excellent facilities for the price. Clean and spacious rooms with lots of closet space and good quality fans. Top notch kitchen with lots of fridge space. Good working area, fast wifi, helpful staff, free DIY laundry, drinking water filter. Best location. Definitely the best value for the cost that I've seen in Medellin. Rooms are either too hot or too noisy, but it's the same everywhere in Medellin at this budget. It's not technically co-living, because many guests are just travelers staying for a few nights which takes rooms off the market for long term working/nomad people.
• Myriam (4/5): Room Disappointment and Deception - The location is convenient, and the house includes most basic necessities needed for a short-term stay. While there is always room for improvement, the setup has potential for a good experience if managed transparently and with more consistency. The room I received didn't match listing photos and lacked basic amenities (closet, natural light) despite my pre-arrival requests. After being moved twice, I ended in Room #2—noisy, street-facing, and near the entrance with constant disruptions. Management used their "non-refundable" policy to force me to stay in accommodations that didn't match what I paid for. During my month-long stay, several guests became ill; I left with pneumonia from inadequate heating and bedding. Only Rooms #4, #6, and #7 are acceptable—Rooms #1 and #2 face noisy streets and bars, while Room #3 is uncomfortably hot according to other guests. I was misled into booking a room I never received, then switched to the worst option available. This experience was deceptive and exploitative. Not recommended for long stays. If booking, get written confirmation of your exact room assignment.

The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is perfectly equiped and you have your own space for your groceries. Dairo, the host, is super sweet and friendly. Highly recommended!

• David (10/5): One of the best CoLivings so far - We were 1 1/2 months here and had a very pleasant stay at CoNomad. The rooms and the facilities are exactly as in the pictures (or sometimes even a bit better). The beds were the best we had in any CoLiving so far. Its a very good place if you have to work since people really respect quiet times, the wifi is good and you have comfortable work areas. We met very nice and kind people with the same lifestyle here. Also the host of the place is always around and next to being a very nice person, he is assisting everyone immedetialy with any kind of needs. There is nothing bad to say about CoNomad its just a pleasant stay.
