The apartment was presented to a very high standard and the bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet but close to some very good restaurants and beautiful walks along the river. Could not criticise anything, it was perfect.

Pool is noisy overnight but closing windows blocked it out. Quick direction for the parking spot might have saved a little time (eg turn left and left again at bottom of ramp)

• Allison (10/5): Exceptional stay in a perfect Honeysuckle location - We had a wonderful three-night stay at Aqua 360 and couldn’t fault the experience. The apartment was beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we needed. The quality of the towels, linen and toiletries was excellent, and the thoughtful extras — tea, coffee, chocolates and milk — were a lovely touch. We especially appreciated the provision of extra towels for the pool, which made things so easy. The location is outstanding, with a huge choice of restaurants and cafés just a very short walk away. The streaming service worked perfectly, and the check-in instructions were clear, simple and stress-free. We were also very grateful to be offered early check-in when requested. Jordan was an exceptional host — friendly, professional and incredibly responsive to any message or request. Overall, a very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a fantastic location. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others. The fact that we couldn't stay longer.

• Graham (10/5): Delightful well-presented centrally located apartment. Very clean throughout with lovely balcony. - We met Jordon at the parking level. She was most helpful and pleasant to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Immaculately clean throughout with very thoughtful inclusions. Only a small matter that we got over. Power point availability for use in the kitchen area was a bit tricky.

• Motoxbluedog (10/5): Exceptional premises - First impressions was that the place was so fresh and inviting. We had a great view back over the pool and city. I can't believe how well fitted out the unit was by a person with a great eye for detail. The decor, linen and furnishings were immaculate and much much better than the standard cheap fare used by other premises. Everything was very clean and tidy, the cleaning staff are doing an amazing job. The room had all the little extras that you don't normally get (1 litre milk, full size soaps, shampoos etc, high quality appliances and cleaning products etc etc. The location was great as we just walked everywhere leaving the car in the secure car park. We just found our favourite place to stay in Newcastle and will be returning. Absolutely no complaints at all. You would have to be a very fussy person to find any faults.
• Diane (9/5): Perfect stay - The unit was in a wonderful location with a view over the pool, historical courtyard and museum. Close to the harbour, the light rail and within easy walking distance to main landmarks, museum, Fort, Bathers Way, restaurants and bars. Unit was clean, beautifully furnished and maintained. Having milk and other extras in fridge was very thoughtful. We were also lucky with the weather . Would prefer a darker room at night but that is my problem, not with the unit.close

• Seb (10/5): Absolute perfection. - This apartment was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, elegant, comfortable and superbly located for walking (near the harbour and close to the beaches). The large screen TV and fast internet were greatly appreciated, and all the necessary kitchen appliances for cooking were provided. The knives were sharp, which is something you don't always get! The bed was very comfortable, and the access was extremely easy. My host Jordon thoughtfully provided not just the basics of coffee and tea but also a nice welcoming bag of chocolates, which was a very friendly and personable touch. I could not be happier with this apartment! I didn't like that I could only stay three nights - would happily stayed much, much longer! I wish all accommodation was this good.

• Pauline (10/5): Location, ambiance, and secure free parking - We chose this apartment to celebrate New Year’s in the middle of our Australian road trip. Great location and appealing décor were the deciding factors. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to prepare a special NYE dinner, and the smart TV allowed us to sign into our Netflix account. Communication with our host Jordan was excellent with prompt responses and clear instructions. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage to absorb our luggage. Parking was secure and well lit under the building. Waterside restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. As I am highly sensitive to scented products and air fresheners, Jordan ensured that the apartment was scent-free when we arrived which greatly enhanced our stay. An extra bonus was being able to watch the New Year’s fireworks from our balcony. Jordan, thank you for a lovely stay!

Apartment is exactly as photos exhibited. Beautiful fit out with nice touches of ornaments etc. Facilities are excellent as owners have done and keep it very clean and tidy. Nice touches included like a litre of milk (not skimpy hotel size), a full loaf of raisin bread, full packet of cream biscuits and new tub of butter/spread. Plenty of kitchen utensils, you would not need anything else. Oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and plenty of other kitchen equipment. Just an extremely pleasant holiday experience. Far superior than any hotel in Newcastle. You have space. Nothing really to dislike.

Our host was easy to contact and provided all the details regarding wi fi, room access etc. We will return! Absolutely nothing!
• Simone (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment was fantastic. The apartment itself was beautiful. It had everything you needed and a sensational view over the pool. The added touch of milk in the fridge, tea and coffee supplied, basic condiments and the bag of Kitkats was a wonderful touch. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves there. It rained most of our stay however there was still plenty to do within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was fantastic!!!

• Anthony (1/5): Stinky unit - Location only The unit stank of awful Asian cooking smells that would not go even with the doors open, I could not sleep because of the smell and there is no one on the property to help you with this, the bed is so old and broken and uncomfortable, the shampoo, soap and conditioner were above the toilet not in the shower because there was nowhere to put them in there. The lounge wobbles and the chair is on an angle not comfortable bad quality furniture. Will never stay here again.
