- Lucas (7/5): An okay stay - Amenities, flooring balcony, and superb location. Restaurants, coffees and ice cream shops are extremely good. I was a bit disappointed by the bed stiffness, and lack of blanket cover and power plugs. I was also surprised by a noisy construction right in front of the building that starts banging at 7 am, weekends too. A really good heating without control for the apartment led me to look for the missing air conditioner controller and the host's response being "you can open the window". I let them know that it was too noisy due to the construction and I got zero response after that. Finally, I think that it is misleading to advertise a property as "pay only at arrival" and request an upfront deposit of 20% value through WhatsApp. They were nice enough to understand that I would not be able to do the upfront payment and let me pay on arrival.
