- Keith (10/5): - Location Nothing ...all good
- Thomas (9/5): Peaceful waterfront living with the city convenience. - The location is excellent, the water lodge is set in a lovely marina that feels calm and tucked away, yet it’s incredibly well connected. It is about a 10 minute walk into Canary Wharf which makes getting around very easy, with quick access to multiple transport lines into Central London.
Security was another big plus. The area feels very safe and well looked after, which made the whole stay more relaxing, especially in the evenings.
Having a dedicated car parking space was also a huge advantage. In London, that’s not always easy to come by, so it made a real difference not having to worry about parking.
The property itself is thoughtfully designed. Although the space is limited, it’s been laid out in a way that maximises every inch. It feels light, open, and airy, while still offering a good sense of privacy, something that really added to the comfort of the stay.
Communication throughout was excellent, clear, prompt, and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.
Overall, the combination of a great location, strong transport links, secure surroundings, smart design, excellent communication, and the added bonus of parking made this place incredibly convenient and stress-free and a great place to stay for O2 events. Have no complaints.
- Jodie (7/5): Lovely stay, wish we didn’t have issues with the sewage and water but the showers in the bloc were lovely. - Loved everything about it The water and sewage , you have to be very wary.
- Finbarr (1/5): If your from London you can’t stay here so they say - I didn’t get to stay at the property I flew in from Dubai and because I used my uk license as my identification they told me I would throw parties as my identity had a London address I didn’t like the way they dealt with my situation as I stated I have flew in from Dubai but they was very rude and told me talk to booking it’s cancelled nothing they will do
- kerry (1/5): I can’t be belive this is allowed to happen! The lack of help from you (booking.com) for a family with three young child - Nothing as we were unable have running water to the property No running water, no toilet, no shower!
With 3 young children we are appalled

- Virginija (10/5): Very nice place and super quiet - Location and experience -
- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Lovely location and modern facilities - Lovely location and the lodge was very well equipped. Perfect for group stays. The decking area was lovely but would benefit from more seating.
- Jennie (10/5): Very nice modern accommodation, ten minute walk from Canary Wharf, WiFi, Netflix, everything you need in the kitchen, mi - It was modern, private and different, great location :) Nothing not to like
- Amy (6/5): Good location and quirky place to rest your head. - Location was brilliant from the 02 (small walk and 1 tube stop!) The beds felt like they had cheap mattresses on and needed some attention.
- Neil (9/5): Great alternative location for visiting Canary Wharf and central London. - Location was great, felt safe and secure. Facilities were good, and good transport links nearby. Bunk beds perhaps not sturdy enough for older teens.
- Pearson (10/5): Exceptional - The place was perfect away from hustle and bustle of the centre we came by train so a little hard to find but once we did it was easy. Would definitely stay again and recommended to friends and family. Thank you fir a lovely mini break we haven't been to London before the place is huge compared to Leeds. Cannot think of a single thing
- Kiara (10/5): Exceptional - Unique experience and comfortable to have a place to yourselves. It was away from the main city, getting to and from an event was tricky with public transport being 10-20 minute walks from the nearest stations.
