Omar (2/5): Mal servicio - Vende algo que no fue posible hospedarme me mandaron el codigo para poder entrar como ala 1 de la madrugada ya yo habia buscado otro hotel para hospedarme y los llamo para que me rembolsar el dinero y no me dan razon alguna
Ruth (2/5): - No Customer service to get help. No water for 2 days. No change of sheets at all. They said that if I stay 19 days or longer; I would get the room clean. I was sick with stomach viruse, I needed the basics water and clean sheets. The place it is so noisy and dangerous. Too many bars nearby with loud music, and gangs fighting with the police. I have video. Horrible experience, I would like a full refund. I never had a good night sleep. I left two days earlier and boooked another hotel at a better, quiet, and clean place. The customer service was awesome. Please don't send tourists to this location. They are going to hate it. Thanks .
