• jeremy (8/5): Nice apartment - Location was perfect.. Quick communications with owner.. Sofa bed uncomfortable, outside door code didn't work on the second night, had to wait til someone else came along to access. Also, to clean the chandeliers, 2 workmen had completely blocked off the stairs, with no other way down to the apartment. we had to wait for them to dismantle scaffolding so we could get past.. (if there was an emergency, and you had to get out quickly from the other side, it would of been disastrous)

• Ljubica (7/5): Good - Amazing communication with the host, personally I appreciated the WhatsApp messages. Communication was straight to the point. Just a side note, not sure why the check in instructions are only available just a few hours before arrival, that does not make any sense! Location is everything, no need to use the bus/metro if you are visiting the top city attractions, the Duomo is a walking distance and so are many bus/metro stops if necessary. I did not appreciate that the flat is not advertised as a basement apartment, as such the bedrooms are at street level hence the noise is a lot to handle, especially since I was travelling with twin babies, bed time was a proper disaster, you can hear every pedestrian walking by all the car traffic and so on.
• Radu (5/5): The apartment is clean and nice, but the noise from the street makes it almost impossible to rest at night, which is una - It was clean, cosy, good location, near the Duomo area. Also, the communication with the host was very good. The apartment is located on a bulevard, on the lower floor, so that the bedrooms are at the street level. That means in the night, especially in our first and last night, the feeling was that the beds were literary on the sidewalk. We could hear, during the night, each and every noise from the the street, it was like the cars were driving in our bedroom. In the morning we found out that there is actually a second window that we can close. We did this and in the second night it was a bit better. But in the third, somehow the second windows automatically opened and it was again, hell. In the living area where it is also a bed, the blinders are semitransparent so, it is light all night. So, if you plan to have some rest, simply don’t rent this apartment, you cannot.
• Jonathan (8/5): First time in milan - On the whole the stay was great. The apartment was walking distance to the duomo and shops and the staff were helpful at all times . Particularly liked the whats app chat with them to help with any queries or issues(not that there were many) I felt the apartment was quite noisey as it was down at Street level could hear people and cars going by late at night and early in morning could hear people leave through access gate. Didnt bother me too much but my 13 year old struggled to sleep in the room he had so moved into sofa bed in living area. Beds were quite uncomfortable but again cant really complain too much.

• Noni (7/5): Location good need to check and update kitchen equipment - Location Always aware and unable to resolve MUSTY smell through apartment …needs addressing.. We did manage to leave ajar the only two opening windows in the apartment in living room… this helped .. not practical to leave open at night as too noisy.. Very FEW KITCHEN utensils and No microwave ..great supermarket with loads of food choices nearby to heat or cook but didn’t have even a teatowel, pot holder, egg flip .. tongs..no salad bowl..
• Ramesh (5/5): It is a good place location wise but the damp smell inside the apartment is a show stopper. - This property is about 10 minutes from the Milano Centrale Train station. The main attraction of the city , Duomo is just 10 minutes by walk. There is a Carrefour store opposite to the property that can be used for buying essentials. There are two bedrooms and the living room has a Sofa bed giving you essentially three separated areas to sleep for a group. This is a basement apartment and the windows could not be opened to let in the fresh air from outside as a result the whole apartment has a very mouldy smell that hits you as soon as you enter the apartment. It caused a lot of discomfort for my wife while sleeping as the Air was causing some breathing issues. We also did not see a microwave oven and thought that would have been a useful addition.
• Amit (7/5): Overall good experience - The location, cleanliness, size was perfect. No blinds in living room, it was too bright even during the night with street lights. Bit noisy also.
• Sonia (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay close to main attractions - Property secure and close to everything. Clean and modern styling, Apartment was below street level, so not as airy but on the upside easy to get luggage on and out.

A humidity problem despite AC; due to water leakage in the wall; resulting (also) in musty smell. Also, it is a basement apartment (with good lighting and windows), but should be advertised as such.
• Sergey (4/5): Disappointing - It was great location There was a lot of mold, at hence the smell. The rooms were dark and very small. The terrestrial TV did not work and it was a Euro cup, which made all the difference. There were a lot of demands on how to keep the flat - even sending pictures of the keys. Response from the owners was not quick enough.

• Rubi (8/5): Great stay, great location, will defo recommend to others. - Location was excellent. Very close to metro and not far from Duomo. Host was very helpful with some of our silly questions and even video called to assist. Rooms were decent and place was clean. There was an issue with a lot of flies around the place which became very annoying. Can’t open windows as this was bottom floor. Property located on a main road therefore traffic noise all night which made it difficult to sleep. Also, asked host for extra toilet roll but was told to go purchase ourselves which I found a bit odd.
• Lara (10/5): The perfect location for your stay in central Milan! - This property was fantastic, within easy walking distance of the metro, Il Duomo and so many fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. The information provided by the hosts was perfect, making it very easy to find and enter. I can’t recommend this property highly enough, it was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and the air con was heavenly! Nothing, everything was great!
