• Stephen (9/5): Lovely place in a great location that would benefit from improvements to the building entrance. - The apartment is very nice and communication leading up to our stay and on departure was excellent. The entrance to the building is underwhelming and the noise off the street can be loud.
• Cedrine (9/5): Super localisation -agréable et très bien équipé - Séjour du lundi au jeudi, donc plus calme que les week-ends sûrement mais on est au centre ville ☺️ Résidence très calme. Localisation au top ! 5-8 mn métro & bus , 5 mn à pied de covent garden market. 2 chambres séparées. Literie confortable - plutôt « tendre » et accueillante. Appartement Très bien équipé: linge & serviettes de toilettes , produits nettoyants et petits échantillons pour la salle de bain (merci!) On n’a pas cuisiné mais tout le nécessaire est là. Ascenseur - ça c’est super! Appartement au 4ieme. Check in & out très facile. Rien - c était comme indiqué dans l’annonce et les commentaires.

• YJB Guest (8/5): Great location, comfortable and clean. - The key box was on the floor with keys in it, much better if it could be wall or rail-mounted The main issue was that some bedside tables were missing, as were the reading lights in the bedroom. This definitely needs addressing.

• Thierry (7/5): Emplacement au top. Appartement sonore depuis l'extérieur et un peu défraîchi. Prix acceptable - Le logement est très bien placé dans une rue peu passante. En lisière de Covent Garden et de Soho, ça permet de très bien rayonner pour visiter Londres. 2 stations de métro à 5 min à pied. Les 2 chambres sont de bonne dimension et plutôt agréables. La déco est au mini, mais l'appartement a du charme dans l'ensemble. La cuisine est bien équipée et possède tout le nécessaire. Des dosettes de café étaient à disposition à notre arrivée. L'état général de l'appartement ne correspond pas au titre du logement : "new". Il mérite d'être rafraîchi et surtout la salle de bain (qui reste propre pour autant). L'état général de la literie du lit que nous avons utilisé est assez fatigué malgré la présence d'un surmatelas. Seul un côté du lit possède prises et tablettes. Pas de couette ou de couverture supplémentaire. La couette à disposition est assez légère et trop juste pour l'hiver. Le moins agréable est l'absence d'insonorisation des fenêtres (châssis bois à guillotine) qui donnent sur la rue. Bien que l'appartement soit au 4ème étage, on entend très bien les sorties de pub (un à chaque extrémité de la rue). De plus les stores proposés ne permettent pas le noir complet. Donc attention aux dormeurs au sommeil léger...

• Bernard (9/5): Fab location, close to Covent Gdn tube, in a buzzing area, but just one minute away so you don’t have all the noise! - Fabulous location, which was what we wanted. A lift, 4th floor. Bed was comfy. Kitchen newly done out with comprehensive facilities and consumables, eg washing powder, dishwasher tabs, tea, coffee etc. Kitchen/living area layout, maybe not for everyone. Larger bedroom could make a good lounge with bed settee, coffee table and the big tv. Kitchen was spotless, but bathroom surfaces were really dusty. Assume they’d been missed.

• Yue (10/5): Convenient location and comfortable stay - Easy to check in and out especially for introverts. Heater works well. Rooms were very comfortable. Perfect location, easy access to many tubes. Would definitely stay again if theres a chance in the future. Neighbor played radio loudly till midnight.
