A localização é boa, tem comércios próximos e fica a poucos metros da praia. Relação custo benefício é boa! Quartos pequenos, quentes, havia apenas um ventilador na residência, ou seja, insuficiente para atender a todos. Havia mofo em alguns móveis e impregnado no colchão e sofá, requer uma limpeza mais cuidadosa e mais ventilação na residência. . .
